Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用防护服面料及其制作工艺。本发明的医用防护服面料,包括防静电面料层、功能层和透气透湿微孔膜层,所述功能层为抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的复合整理剂整理而成。本发明制得的医用防护服面料具有良好透气透湿、防静电、抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的综合性能,经清洗、灭菌后可实现多次使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防护服面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种医用防护服面料及其制作工艺。
背景技术
医用防护服是医务人员(医生、护士、公共卫生人员、清洁人员等)及进入特定医药卫生区域的人群(如患者、医院探视人员、进入感染区域的人员等)所使用的防护性服装。其作用是隔离病菌、有害超细粉尘、酸碱性溶液、电磁辐射等,从而保证人员的安全和保持环境清洁。
目前,医用防护服通常采用无纺布或者塑料薄膜等材料制成。普通无纺布由于其高孔隙率,虽然具有好的透气性,但防渗透性能比较差。为了起到防病毒的作用,所采用的无纺布面料层数多,因而不可避免地使制成的防护服具有厚重、透气性及透湿性差等缺点,医护人员穿着时会觉得闷热、不舒服,不仅会严重影响工作效率,而且会危害到医护人员的身体健康。
市面上还有部分医用防护服面料材质采用无纺布材质,通过使用助剂对织物表面进行涂层处理,然后将面料制作成防护服。虽然可以达到隔离的效果,但这种防护服面料透气性差,强度低易破损,不易成型,同时,由于其防静电性能及静电衰减性能比较差,在穿戴使用过程中,还容易带有一定的静电。
而单单采用塑料薄膜制成的防护服,虽具有较好的防渗透性能,但其透气性能不佳,医务人员或病人穿着此类防护服,会有不透气、不透汗等不适感,严重时可能会发生呼吸困难的现象。并且,现有的防护服大多是一次性的,不能经过清洗灭菌后重复利用。
CN1450220A公开了一种用于医用防护服的、可重复使用的并具有良好的屏蔽水、血液、体液等液体及透湿、透气等性能的面料,该面料包括一层具有适当密度和组织结构的织物,其可以透气、透湿,且能屏蔽水、血液、体液等液体;该层织物经由适当的拒液整理剂进行适当的功能整理工艺而成。该发明用于医用防护服的面料在具有透湿、透气性能的同时,还可具有良好的屏蔽水、血液、体液等液体的功能;不仅耐洗性好,可重复多次使用,还可耐医学高温消毒处理。但是,其抗静电性能和透湿、透气性能有待进一步提高。
CN107237155A公开了一种抗静电医用防护服面料及其制备方法,选用含导电纤维面料进行拒水整理和轧光整理。该方法生产出的面料抗静电性能良好,而且能有效阻隔血液、体液的渗透,可耐多次高温70℃水洗。但其阻隔性仅能达2级,大部分病毒在70℃下可杀死,而少数病毒需要>85℃或巴氏灭菌才能清除,此发明未提及耐高温>85℃消毒和耐有效氯消毒性能。
因此,开发一种具有良好透气透湿、防静电、抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的综合性能的经清洗、灭菌后可实现多次使用的医用防护服很有必要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种医用防护服面料及其制作工艺,制得的医用防护服面料具有良好透气透湿、防静电、抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的综合性能,经清洗、灭菌后可实现多次使用。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种医用防护服面料,为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种医用防护服面料,包括防静电面料层、功能层和透气透湿微孔膜层,所述功能层为抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的复合整理剂整理而成。
本发明的医用防护服面料,防静电面料层使得防护服具有良好的防静电功能,透气透湿微孔膜层使得防护服具有良好的透气、透湿功能,功能层使得防护服具有良好的抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透、抗菌的综合性能,并且经清洗、灭菌后可实现多次使用。本发明制作的医用防护服与目前市场上医用防护服的主要不同点在于,经清洗、灭菌后可实现多次使用。
所述复合整理剂按重量份计,包含如下组分:

氟碳化合物防水剂的重量份为1-3份,例如为1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份或3份等。
异氰酸酯交联剂的重量份为1-3份,例如为1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份或3份等。
有机硅防水剂的重量份为1-3份,例如为1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份或3份等。
纳米二氧化钛的重量份为0.1-0.5份,例如为0.1份、0.2份、0.3份、0.4份或0.5份等。
水的重量份为90-98份,例如为90份、91份、92份、93份、94份、95份、96份、97份或98份等。
所述氟碳化合物防水剂为Forapel、Teflon系列防水剂、AG415、AG710、TG421、WRS-C35中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
优选地,所述氟碳化合物防水剂为质量比为1:(1-3)的Forapel和TG421的混合物,例如质量比为1:1、1:2或1:3等。
优选地,所述有机硅防水剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、羟基硅油和氨基硅油中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
采用氟碳化合物防水剂和有机硅防水剂配合使用可使防护服具有最佳的抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的综合性能。
所述防静电面料层采用涤纶长丝纤维与导电纤维制备而成。
优选地,所述导电纤维为碳纤维或添加了银的涤纶长丝纤维。
所述透气透湿微孔膜层具有透气微孔,所述透气微孔的孔径为5nm-100nm,例如孔径为5nm、10nm、20nm、30nm、40nm、50nm、60nm、70nm、80nm、90nm或100nm等。
优选地,所述透气透湿微孔膜层为PU膜层或聚四氟乙烯膜层。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种目的之一所述的医用防护服面料的制作工艺,包括织造、染整、定型、功能整理、覆膜、热封胶、无尘净化处理、包装、灭菌的工艺。
具体的,所述织造工艺具体为:采用涤纶长丝纤维与导电纤维机织制作成防静电面料。
所述无尘净化处理工艺具体为:在10000级无尘净化车间内,对防护服产品进行无尘净化,采用洁净净化风进行净化处理。
优选地,所述灭菌工艺采用环氧乙烷进行灭菌。
所述覆膜后还包括打卷、裁剪、缝制的工艺。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述医用防护服面料的制作工艺包括如下步骤:
织造:采用涤纶长丝纤维与导电纤维机织制作成防静电面料;
染整/定型:使用氢氧化钠、洁净洗涤剂助剂材料对防静电面料进行染整/定型工艺;
功能整理:采用复合整理剂对防护服面料进行抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透功能整理;
覆膜:使用微孔膜材料,与防静电面料进行覆合;
打卷:将成品面料进行打卷;
裁剪:对面料进行衣片裁剪并分包;
缝制:采用涤纶长丝线对各衣片进行缝制;
热封胶:采用热封胶条对防护服各接缝进行热封处理;
无尘净化处理:在10000级无尘净化车间内,对防护服产品进行无尘净化,采用洁净净化风进行净化处理;
包装:对防护服采用双层密封包装;
灭菌:采用环氧乙烷对防护服进行灭菌;
入库:将灭菌后的防护服入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的制作工艺简单,制得的医用防护服面料具有良好透气透湿、防静电、抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的综合性能,经清洗、灭菌后可实现多次使用。具体的,抗渗水性能为静水压89-98kPa,透湿量6541-7104g/m2.d,抗静电性为0.05-0.15μC/件,静电衰减时间为0.09-0.2s,表面抗湿性能4-5级,抗合成血液穿透性6级,纵向断裂强力为1505.3-1754N,横向断裂强力为876-989N,纵向断裂伸长率为59-69%,横向断裂伸长率为48-57%,过滤效率为99.9%,环氧乙烷残留量2μg/g以下;经十次水洗后,抗渗水性能为静水压72-90kPa,透湿量7014-7980g/m2.d,抗静电性为0.09-0.2μC/件,静电衰减时间为0.11-0.3s,表面抗湿性能4-5级,抗合成血液穿透性6级,纵向断裂强力为1481-1732N,横向断裂强力为864-951N,纵向断裂伸长率为53-62%,横向断裂伸长率为41-53%,过滤效率为99.9%,环氧乙烷残留量2μg/g以下。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如无具体说明,本发明的各种原料均可市售购得,或根据本领域的常规方法制备得到。
本发明的医用防护服面料,包括防静电面料层、功能层和透气透湿微孔膜层,功能层为抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的复合整理剂整理而成。
本发明的医用防护服的制作工艺流程如下:
织造、染整、定型、功能整理、覆膜、打卷、裁剪、缝制、热封胶、无尘净化处理、包装、灭菌、入库。
其中,具体工艺如下:
织造:采用涤纶长丝纤维与导电丝机织制作成防静电面料,防静电性能稳定可靠。
染整/定型:使用氢氧化钠、洁净洗涤剂等助剂材料,配套染整/定型工艺,保证面料的性能稳定。
特种整理:采用复合整理剂对防护服面料进行抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透等功能整理,以保证面料的物理性能指标符合标准要求。
覆膜:使用微孔膜材料,与防静电面料进行覆合,确保面料的透气、透湿等穿着性能要求,同时也保证了面料的抗合成血液穿透性能与过滤效率等指标。
打卷:将成品面料按规格要求打卷备用。
裁剪:按照工艺设计要求,根据CAD排版图,对面料进行衣片裁剪并分包。
缝制:根据工艺要求,采用涤纶长丝线对服装各衣片进行缝制,符合产品规格尺寸及各项要求。
热封胶:根据热封工艺要求,采用热封胶条对防护服各接缝进行热封处理,确保接缝密合,保证接缝处的过滤效率性能符合。
无尘净化处理:在10000级无尘净化车间内,对防护服产品进行无尘净化,采用洁净净化风进行净化处理,确保服装的洁净度,避免污染。
包装:根据包装操作规范要求,对防护服采用双层密封包装,避免污染,保证品质。
灭菌:采用环氧乙烷灭菌,环氧乙烷液体和气体均有较强的杀微生物作用,可以杀灭各种微生物,包括细菌繁殖体、芽胞、病毒和真菌孢子,是一种广谱性灭菌消毒剂,优选地,气体的杀微生物作用更强。
入库:将灭菌后的防护服入库。
实施例1
本实施例的医用防护服面料的制作工艺包括如下步骤:
织造:采用涤纶长丝纤维与导电纤维机织制作成防静电面料;其中,涤纶长丝规格为68D/48f;导电纤维为碳纤维,规格为20D/3f;
染整/定型:使用氢氧化钠、洁净洗涤剂对防静电面料进行染整/定型工艺,染整采用高温溢流染整工艺,130℃温度下染整,180℃温度下定型;
功能整理:采用复合整理剂对防护服面料进行抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透功能整理;
其中,复合整理剂按重量份计,包含如下组分:
覆膜:使用聚四氟乙烯膜微孔膜材料,与防静电面料进行覆合,透气微孔的孔径为50nm;
打卷:将成品面料进行打卷;
裁剪:对面料进行衣片裁剪并分包;
缝制:采用涤纶长丝线对各衣片进行缝制;
热封胶:采用热封胶条对防护服各接缝进行热封处理;
无尘净化处理:在10000级无尘净化车间内,对防护服产品进行无尘净化,采用洁净净化风进行净化处理;
包装:对防护服采用双层密封包装;
灭菌:采用环氧乙烷气体对防护服进行灭菌;
入库:将灭菌后的防护服入库。

本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于,复合整理剂组成配比不同,具体为按重量份计,包含如下组分:

对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的区别之处在于,功能层的整理剂为法国Atochem公司的Forapel防水剂整理而成,整理剂不含其它组分,其他的与实施例1的均相同。
将实施例1-7与对比例1制得的医用防护服面料进行性能测试,初始测试结果如表2所示,水洗十次后的性能指标的结果如3所示。
医用防护服的性能指标主要参照《GB19082-2009医用一次性防护服技术要求》标准,防护服的再次使用流程具体为:对防护服进行高温灭菌、纯化水清洗、烘干、再次高温灭菌。其中,灭菌条件具体为:121℃,灭菌时间:20分钟。
为证明医用防护服经过清洗灭菌后其主要物理性能满足《GB19082-2009医用一次性防护服技术要求》标准的要求,对清洗灭菌后的防护服的性能进行验证,验证方法具体为:
(1)将使用后的医用防护服放入高温蒸汽灭菌锅进行灭菌;
(2)将灭菌后的医用防护服放入纯化水清洗并烘干;
(3)将烘干后的医用防护服放入高温蒸汽灭菌锅再次灭菌;
(4)将灭菌后的医用防护服进行性能检测,检测指标:抗渗水性、透湿量、抗合成血液穿透性、表面抗湿性、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、过滤效率、抗静电性、静电衰减性能;
(5)连续重复上述(1)~(4)步骤十次,从而确定制作的医用防护服可以多次使用,并确定重复使用次数。
本发明的防护服的性能指标的测试标准如下:
抗渗水性能参照GB/T4744-1997《纺织织物抗渗水性测定静水压试验》检测;透湿性参照按GB/T 12704-1991规定的方法A吸湿法标准测定;抗静电性参照GB/T 12703-1991《纺织品近点性能的评定第1部分:静电压半衰期》标准测定;表面抗湿性能参照GB/T 4745-1997《纺织品防水性能的检测和评价沾水法》标准测定;断裂强力参照GB/T3923.1-1997标准测定;断裂伸长率参照GB/T3923.1-1997标准测定。
过滤效率的测试,最少测试3个防护服样品,测试方法如下:
应使用在相对湿度为30%±10%,温度为25℃±5℃的环境中的氯化钠气溶胶或类似的固体气溶胶【粒数中值直径(CMD)1):0.075μm±0.020μm:颗粒分布的几何标准偏差:≤1.86;浓度:≤200mg/m3】进行试验。空气流量设定为15L/min±2L/min,气流通过的截面积为100cm2。
注:颗粒粒数中值直径(CMD)相当于空气动力学质量中值直径(MMAD)(0.24±0.060)μm。
静电衰减性能的测试方法如下:
测试环境:样品测试前,在相对湿度为50%±3%,温度为23℃±1℃环境下放置24h,测试也在这一条件下进行。
取样:在防护服关键部位各取一块规格为89mm×(152±6)mm的样品。取样过程中应注意带好乳胶或棉织手套,防止样品表面的污染。
测试:按照IST40.2(01)的方法,将测试样材安装在至少可产生正负5000V电压的静电衰减测量仪上,然后给材料加上5000V的电压,接着测量电荷衰减时间。
环氧乙烷残留量的测试方法如下:
气相色谱仪应满足以下条件:
a)氢焰检定器:灵敏度不小于2×10-11g/s[苯,二硫化碳(CS2)]。
b)色谱柱:所用色谱柱应能使试样中杂质和环氧乙烷完全分开,并有一定的耐水性,色谱柱选用表1的条件。

c)仪器各部件温度:气化室:200℃;检测室:250℃。
d)气流量:N2:15mL/min~30mL/min;H2:30mL/min;空气:300mL/min。
测试步骤:按照GB/T14233.1-2008 9.4规定的极限浸提法,以水为溶剂进行平行测试,按照GB/T 14233.1-2008中9.5.2规定的相对含量法进行测试,结果以算数平均值计算,如一份合格,另一份不合格,不得平均计算,应重新测试。

Claims (10)
1.一种医用防护服面料,其特征在于,包括防静电面料层、功能层和透气透湿微孔膜层,所述功能层为抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透的复合整理剂整理而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用防护服面料,其特征在于,所述氟碳化合物防水剂为Forapel、Teflon系列防水剂、AG415、AG710、TG421、WRS-C35中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物;
优选地,所述氟碳化合物防水剂为质量比为1:(1-3)的Forapel和TG421的混合物;
优选地,所述有机硅防水剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、羟基硅油和氨基硅油中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的医用防护服面料,其特征在于,所述防静电面料层采用涤纶长丝纤维与导电纤维制备而成;
优选地,所述导电纤维为碳纤维或添加了银的涤纶长丝纤维。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的医用防护服面料,其特征在于,所述透气透湿微孔膜层具有透气微孔,所述透气微孔的孔径为5nm-100nm;
优选地,所述透气透湿微孔膜层为PU膜层或聚四氟乙烯膜层。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的医用防护服面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述制作工艺包括织造、染整、定型、功能整理、覆膜、热封胶、无尘净化处理、包装、灭菌的工艺。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述织造工艺具体为:采用涤纶长丝纤维与导电纤维机织制作成防静电面料。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述无尘净化处理工艺具体为:在10000级无尘净化车间内,对防护服产品进行无尘净化,采用洁净净化风进行净化处理;
优选地,所述灭菌工艺采用环氧乙烷进行灭菌。
9.根据权利要求6-8之一所述的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述覆膜后还包括打卷、裁剪、缝制的工艺。
10.根据权利要求6-9之一所述的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述制作工艺包括如下步骤:
织造:采用涤纶长丝纤维与导电纤维机织制作成防静电面料;
染整/定型:使用氢氧化钠、洁净洗涤剂助剂材料对防静电面料进行染整/定型工艺;
功能整理:采用复合整理剂对防护服面料进行抗渗水、表面抗湿、抗合成血液穿透功能整理;
覆膜:使用微孔膜材料,与防静电面料进行覆合;
打卷:将成品面料进行打卷;
裁剪:对面料进行衣片裁剪并分包;
缝制:采用涤纶长丝线对各衣片进行缝制;
热封胶:采用热封胶条对防护服各接缝进行热封处理;
无尘净化处理:在10000级无尘净化车间内,对防护服产品进行无尘净化,采用洁净净化风进行净化处理;
