Description

System, method, device and storage medium for realizing multimedia business card service
Technical Field
The invention relates to a system, a method, a device and a storage medium for realizing multimedia business card service in the field of mobile communication.
Background
In recent years, in the field of mobile communication, a video business card service has been introduced. In the specific application of the video business card service, before a calling user makes a call (for example, a business-purpose telephone) to a called user, video business card information representing information such as the identity of the calling user, introduction of a related company of the calling user, the purpose of the call and the like is pushed to the called user, so that the called user can know the related information of the call in advance, and the call experience of the user is improved.
On the other hand, in the Rich media Communication (RCS) standard, which has been increasingly widely used in the field of mobile Communication in recent years, a Pre-call (Pre-call) function is configured in an Enhanced Call (EC) service, and under the Pre-call function, a call intention can be presented to a called user in text and picture form through an end-to-end (P2P) form from a Calling user terminal to the called user terminal before the called user answers the call of the Calling user.
Disclosure of Invention
In the prior art, the video business card service is generally implemented by two methods, namely Media Negotiation (MN) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) message. However, the inventor finds that the following problems exist whether the video business card service is realized by media negotiation or by enhancing SIP messages:
(1) in order to couple the video business card service with the call flow under the Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) standard, the sequence of the call flow of VoLTE needs to be changed greatly or the signaling setting of VoLTE needs to be changed, so that the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS: IP Multimedia Subsystem) of VoLTE in each area (for example, administrative province), the system design of the service platform and the structural configuration of the terminal chip need to be changed at a huge change cost;
(2) the video business card service can be coupled to the VoLTE calling process, the video business card service can have great influence on the VoLTE calling process, and the service coupling is high;
(3) even if such coupling can be achieved, it is difficult to adapt equally to the talk call traffic of other types of communication networks, such as Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) networks.
In view of the above problems, the present inventors have found that the above-described pre-call function under the rich media communication (RCS) standard can be applied to a video business card service.
More specifically, at present, in a mobile communication network, a dual IP multimedia subsystem core network structure in which an IP multimedia subsystem based on the VoLTE standard is combined with an IP multimedia subsystem based on the RCS standard is widely adopted. In view of this, the video business card service function is realized by using the pre-call function after the change, by changing the pre-call in the IP multimedia subsystem based on the RCS standard from the original end-to-end (P2P) mode to the platform-to-end (service platform to user side, A2P) mode, and changing the original text and picture form carrier to the multimedia form carrier including the text of characters, images, audio or video. Therefore, the call flow of VoLTE is not required to be changed greatly, the core network structure of the dual IP multimedia subsystem widely adopted at present is directly applied, the multimedia business card service including the video business card service can be realized by weak service coupling, and the calling service of the call can be realized by further expanding the VoLTE network to a Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) network, an application program based on a rich media communication (RCS) standard and the like. Furthermore, the pre-calling under the RCS standard is changed from the original end-to-end form which is difficult to safely supervise to a platform-to-end form, so that the multimedia business card service can be managed through the service platform, and the safety supervision level is greatly improved compared with the original video business card service. In addition, the original video business card service can be further expanded to various multimedia forms such as character texts, images, audios or videos by utilizing the pre-calling function under the RCS standard, so that the user experience is effectively improved.
In view of the above situation, the present invention provides a system, a method, an apparatus and a storage medium for implementing a multimedia business card service, which can implement a calling service of a call in various forms including a VoLTE network, a CDMA network and an application based on the RCS standard while implementing the multimedia business card service with weak service coupling without greatly changing a call flow of VoLTE, and can enhance multimedia form information such as a character text, an image, an audio or a video, and effectively improve a security monitoring level.

(registration method in multimedia business card service System 10)
Fig. 2 is a sequence diagram showing a registration making method of a multimedia business card of the multimedia business card service in the multimedia business card service system 10.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S201, a first user a (in this embodiment, the first user a is taken as a calling user as an explanation) performs registration of a multimedia business card service through a first user terminal 140A, and the first user terminal 140A sends a multimedia business card service registration request to the service platform 130. The first user a may register through a special multimedia business card service APP installed in the first user terminal 140A, or may register through a dedicated website of the service platform 130, short message sending, phone voice activation, and other modes.
In step S202, in the service platform 130, in response to the multimedia business card service registration request sent from the first user terminal 140A, the user registration unit 131 performs multimedia business card service initialization for the first user a, generates a uniquely determined user account associated with the first user a, and stores the uniquely determined user account in the service storage unit 134. The user account includes, for example, a user account identifier, user information, a mobile phone number of the user terminal device, a type of the user terminal device, multimedia business card information of the user, a multimedia service profile of the user, and the like.
In step S203, the first user a generates and creates a multimedia business card of the first user a through the first user terminal 140A by using the business card setting unit 132 in the service platform 30, for example, by inputting information such as character text, uploading pictures, uploading audio, uploading video, and the like, and stores the created multimedia business card in the service storage unit 134. In addition, a default multimedia business card template can be configured in advance for the user, or a plurality of multimedia business card making tools can be provided. The first user a may make the first user a through a special multimedia business card service APP installed in the first user terminal 140A, or may make the first user a through a variety of manners such as a dedicated website of the service platform 130, sending a short message, uploading a phone voice, and the like.
In step S204, in the service platform 130, in response to the completion of the multimedia business card production of the first user a, the service control unit 133 sends the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a to the second communication system 120.
In step S205, in the second communication system 120, in response to receiving the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a, the capability opening gateway 122 uploads the multimedia business card information to the content storage unit 121.
In step S206, in the second communication system 120, the content storage unit 121 stores the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a, and generates a link corresponding to the multimedia business card information that can acquire the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a, and sends the link to the service platform 130.
In step S207, in the service platform 130, the link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a is stored in the service storage unit 134 in association with the user account of the first user a.
In addition, although the case of generating and creating the multimedia business card of the first user a is shown in steps S203 to S207, when the first user a changes and edits the already-generated and created multimedia business card, the changed multimedia business card information may be similarly transmitted to the second communication system 10 and a link to the changed multimedia business card information may be acquired from the second communication system, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
(Call operation method in multimedia Business card service System 10)
As shown in fig. 3, in step S301, a first user a as a calling user initiates a call to a second user B as a called user by using a first user terminal 140A, and sends a call request for making a call with the second user B to the first communication system 110.
In step S302, in the first communication system 110, in response to the first user a initiating a call request for the second user B to make a call with the second user B, a call instruction for requesting a call with the second user B is directly transmitted to the second user terminal 140B through call processing (first communication processing), and a call notification message, which is information indicating that the first user 140A initiated the call request for the second user 140B, is transmitted to the service platform 130 through pre-call processing (second communication processing).
In step S303, in the service platform 130, in response to the call notification message received from the first platform 110, the service control unit 133 determines whether the first user a has registered the multimedia business card service and there is multimedia business card information associated with the first user a. In step S303, when the service control unit 133 determines that the first user a has registered the multimedia business card service and the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a exists, the process proceeds to step S304, and when the service control unit 133 determines that the first user a does not register the multimedia business card service and/or the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a does not exist, the pre-call processing is ended.
In step S304, in the service platform 130, the service control unit 133 sends a pre-call request instruction for the second user 140B to the second communication system 120, where the pre-call request instruction indicates that the second communication system 120 is requested to initiate a pre-call for the second user 140B, and preferably includes a link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a.
In step S305, in the second communication system 120, the capability opening gateway 122 causes the message processing unit 123 to transmit a pre-call instruction for causing the second user terminal 140B to present the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a to the second user terminal 140B.
In step S306, the second user terminal 140B presents incoming call notification information (e.g., incoming call ring, incoming display page, etc.) representing the call from the first user a in response to the call instruction of the first communication system 120, and concomitantly, presents multimedia business card information associated with the first user a in response to the pre-call instruction of the second communication system 120. The term "accompanying with" may mean that the incoming call notification information of the call from the first user a and the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a are continuously presented at the same time, that the incoming call notification information of the call from the first user a is intermittently presented in the process of the incoming call notification information of the call from the first user a, and that the incoming call notification information of the call from the first user a and the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a are presented to the user alternately for a while, but is not limited thereto, as long as the user can know the incoming call notification information of the call from the first user a and the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a before receiving the call.
In step S307, the second user B receives the call from the first user a in the second user terminal 140B to have a call with the first user a, or does not receive the call from the first user a or hangs up after receiving the call from the first user a, so that both the call processing and the pre-call processing are ended.
Alternatively, in the pre-call process, in step S303, the service platform 130 transmits a link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a from the service platform 130 to the second user terminal 140B in a case where a pre-call request instruction for the second user B is transmitted to the second communication system 120 in response to the call notification message; alternatively, in the case where the second communication system 120 makes a pre-call to the second user B in response to the pre-call request instruction in step S304, the link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a is transmitted from the second communication system 120 to the second user terminal 140B in step S305, and then, in step S306, the second user terminal 140B acquires the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a from the link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a, downloads and stores it in the storage section of the second user terminal 140B. Among them, from the viewpoint of resource consumption, it is preferable that the second communication system 120 transmits a link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a to the second user terminal 140B.
Optionally, for example, the first user a can set to present different multimedia business card information or not to present multimedia business card information for different called users or called user groups, thereby enabling more refined user information presentation.
Alternatively, for example, the second user terminal 140B can set to block all calling users or a pre-call of a specific calling user without downloading and presenting the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a. Specifically, in at least one of the service platform 130, the second communication system 120, and the second user terminal 140B, a multimedia business card mask list set by the second user B is stored, the multimedia business card mask list recording the specific user for causing the second user terminal 140B not to present the multimedia business card information associated with the specific user. For example, in a case that a first user a is recorded in a multimedia business card screening list in the service platform 130, the service platform 130 does not send a pre-call request instruction for a second user B to the second communication system 120; in the case where the first user a is recorded in the multimedia business card mask list in the second communication system 120, the second communication system 120 does not make a pre-call for the second user B, and in the case where the first user a is recorded in the multimedia business card mask list of the second user terminal 140B, the second user terminal 140B does not acquire or present the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a. Therefore, information disturbance can be avoided, and the use experience of the called user is improved.
Alternatively, for example, when the pre-call processing for the second user B starts, during or after the pre-call processing for the second user B ends, text message information showing personal data and the like related to the first user a is transmitted to the second user terminal 140B, so that the second user B can know the information and backup information more clearly.
Alternatively, in step S306, the second user terminal 140B determines whether it is necessary to newly acquire the multimedia business card associated with the first user a before acquiring the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a from the content storage unit of the second communication system 120 according to the link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a received from the second communication system 120, for example, with respect to the link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a received from the second communication system 120. More specifically, when the link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a received this time is the same as the link of the previously received multimedia business card information associated with the first user a stored in the storage part of the second user terminal 140B, it is determined that there is no need to newly acquire the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a, the previously acquired multimedia business card information associated with the first user a is presented along with presentation of the call from the first user a, when the link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a received this time is different from the link of the previously received multimedia business card information associated with the first user a stored in the storage part of the second user terminal 140B, it is determined that there is a need to newly acquire the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a, based on the link of the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a, the multimedia business card information associated with the first user a is newly acquired, and the newly acquired multimedia business card information associated with the first user a is presented concomitantly with presentation of the call from the first user a. Therefore, the data of the same multimedia business card information can be prevented from being repeatedly downloaded, resource consumption and flow consumption can be saved, and the presentation efficiency of the multimedia business card information can be improved.
According to the invention, the multimedia business card service can be realized with weak service coupling without greatly changing the call flow of VoLTE, and simultaneously, the calling services in various forms including VoLTE network, CDMA network and application program based on RCS standard are realized, the multimedia form information such as character text, image, audio or video is presented in an enhanced manner, and the safety supervision level is effectively improved.
