Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a refrigerator with a cooling and heating dual-purpose function.
Background
The refrigerator is one of the household appliances owned by each family, and is also the most common electric appliance for preserving food. For the refrigerators in the market at present, most of the refrigerators adopt a compressor for refrigeration, and cool air is provided for the refrigerators through circulation, so that the temperature requirements of all compartments are met.
The analysis of the working principle of a compression type refrigerator shows that the main refrigeration parts comprise a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser and a capillary tube, the refrigeration processes are compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation respectively, when the refrigerator works, a refrigerant is sucked by the compressor, the refrigerant is changed into a high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant after being sucked into the compressor through the compressor, the compressed refrigerant is conveyed into the condenser through a pipeline, the refrigerant starts to release heat after the condenser, the high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is changed into a low-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant after being condensed, the refrigerant enters the capillary tube after being condensed, the pressure of the refrigerant is reduced through throttling and pressure reduction of the capillary tube, and finally the refrigerant enters the evaporator, the space in the evaporator is much wider than that of the capillary tube, the low-temperature low-pressure liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator and then rapidly absorbs heat and evaporates to finally become isothermal and isobaric gaseous refrigerant, and then the gaseous refrigerant is sucked and compressed by the compressor again to continue the refrigeration cycle. As the refrigerant evaporates to absorb heat, the temperature in the refrigerator decreases, and the cooling effect is finally achieved. Under the action of the compressor, the refrigerating system is driven, so that the refrigerator can work normally.
At present, the refrigeration systems and the working principles of the existing refrigerator and the air conditioner are compared, the situations of the existing refrigerator and the air conditioner are generally the same, but the refrigerator is different from the air conditioner in that the refrigerator can only provide the refrigeration effect and does not have the heating function. In the area with the temperature below zero for a long time in winter, fruits and vegetables and the like which are required to be stored by a user need to be heated to a refrigerating temperature, and the food needs to be placed in an insulation box until the food is eaten; therefore, the invention designs the refrigerator with the cooling and heating functions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a refrigerator with cold and warm dual-purpose functions, which aims to facilitate consumers to select corresponding functions for use in different seasons or temperatures in daily household use and integrate the functions of household appliances to maximize the functions; the refrigerator is provided with the four-way valve, so that the function conversion of controlling the refrigerator to be in a refrigerating/heating state is achieved, the function exchange of a condenser and an evaporator of the refrigerator can be realized, namely, the refrigerator can complete refrigerating circulation and can realize heating and heat preservation functions, and the refrigerator has the advantage of dual purposes of cooling and heating.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a refrigerator with cooling and heating functions, which comprises a refrigerator shell, a refrigerator liner, a compressor, a four-way valve, an anti-condensation pipe, a condenser, a filter, a capillary tube and an evaporator, wherein the condenser is arranged in the refrigerator liner; a refrigerator liner and a compressor are fixedly arranged in the refrigerator shell; the exhaust port, the return air port, the anti-condensation pipe and the evaporator of the compressor are respectively and fixedly connected with four oil ports of the four-way valve; the four-way valve controls the refrigerator to be in a refrigerating/heating state; when the refrigerator performs refrigeration, the flow path of the refrigerant inside the refrigerator is as follows in sequence: the system comprises a compressor, a four-way valve, an anti-condensation pipe, a condenser, a filter, a capillary tube, an evaporator and the compressor, and achieves refrigeration cycle; when the refrigerator heats, the flow path of the refrigerant inside the refrigerator is as follows: compressor, cross valve, evaporimeter, capillary, filter, condenser, prevent congealing pipe, compressor, reach the heating cycle.
When the refrigerator is used for cooling, the internal refrigerant completes the refrigeration cycle from the compressor → the four-way valve → the condensation preventing pipe → the condenser → the filter → the capillary tube → the evaporator → the compressor, when the refrigerator is used for heating, the functions of the condensing part and the evaporating part are exchanged under the action of the four-way valve, the internal refrigerant completes the heating cycle from the compressor → the four-way valve → the evaporator → the capillary tube → the filter → the condenser → the condensation preventing pipe → the compressor, and the refrigerant is repeatedly circulated in the system, so that the refrigerator can achieve the purposes of cooling and heating.
The refrigerator shell is consistent with a common household refrigerator, is usually made of metal, needs certain physical strength and provides support and protection effects for the refrigerator body; the refrigerator liner has high requirements on liner materials because the liner meets the use requirements in refrigeration and heating environments, and common plastic materials such as ABS, HIPS and the like of a household refrigerator are difficult to meet, so that metal liner materials such as aluminum plates and the like or other high and low temperature resistant materials are recommended to be used; the compressor is mainly used for sucking refrigerant steam which absorbs heat in the evaporator into the cylinder, compressing the steam by the piston, and radiating heat to air by the condenser to liquefy after the steam pressure is increased and the temperature is increased; the four-way valve has the conversion function of refrigerating and heating functions, and the valve core is driven by the electromagnet to act, so that the flow direction of Freon in the pipeline is changed, the function exchange effect of the evaporator and the condenser is achieved, and the household refrigerator can refrigerate and heat; the condensation preventing pipe and the condenser are condensation parts in the system, and are used for radiating heat in air through heat transfer of the refrigerant in the parts of the condensation preventing pipe and the condenser, so that the refrigerant is liquefied into liquid refrigerant; the filter is a drying and filtering component, and the liquid refrigerant is dried and filtered before entering the capillary tube so as to achieve the effects of absorbing moisture in the refrigerant and filtering visible dirt; the capillary tube is a throttling component in the system, and the refrigerant is throttled by the capillary tube to control the flow rate so as to be completely and fully liquefied; in an evaporation part in the evaporator system, after a refrigerant enters an evaporator through a capillary tube in a throttling manner, the refrigerant boils under certain pressure, absorbs heat of a space around the evaporator, and turns wet steam into saturated steam; then is sucked into a compressor for compression; the accumulator and the evaporator are usually in an assembly integrated form, and the accumulator and the evaporator are used for separating gas and liquid in the refrigerant and storing the liquid refrigerant to prevent the liquid refrigerant from returning to the compressor to cause liquid impact damage.

Furthermore, a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber are arranged in the inner container of the refrigerator; a refrigerating air duct and a return air duct are respectively arranged between the refrigerating chamber and the freezing chamber; a fan is fixedly arranged in the refrigerating air duct; the fan, the refrigerating air duct and the air return duct are used for transferring the cold or heat of the freezing chamber in the single-system product to the refrigerating chamber, after the system is refrigerated or heated, the cold or heat is driven to the refrigerating chamber through the fan and the refrigerating air duct, and after the cold and heat are exchanged, the cold or heat returns to the freezing chamber through the air return duct, so that the cold and heat exchange balance in the chamber is achieved.

The invention relates to a refrigerator with cooling and heating dual-purpose functions, which can realize the function exchange of a condenser and an evaporator of the refrigerator, a user needs the refrigerator to refrigerate to store food in high-temperature seasons, the refrigeration is selected by a key, the refrigerant in the refrigerator finishes the refrigeration cycle from a compressor → the condenser → the capillary tube → the evaporator → the compressor, and similarly, the user selects heating by the key when the user needs the refrigerator to realize the heating and heat preservation functions in low-temperature seasons, the refrigerant in the refrigerator is switched by a four-way valve to finish the cycle process from the compressor → the evaporator → the capillary tube → the condenser → the compressor, at the moment, the original evaporator serves as the condenser in the process, the heat is radiated in the refrigerator to ensure that the temperature in a compartment rises, and the heating work is finished; under different temperature seasons, the consumer can realize the maximization of function set use by switching the refrigeration/heating function of the refrigerator; the refrigeration function is used to delay the food storage time in summer; by the function of replacing the heat insulation box by heating in winter, a consumer puts the food to be heat-insulated into the box, and keeps the temperature until the food is eaten, so that the food is prevented from being rapidly cooled, and the health of the consumer is facilitated; also for the winter, the temperature is in the subzero state for a long time, even in the area of minus dozen degrees, at the time, the fruits and vegetables need to be placed at the refrigeration temperature of about 0 ℃ for the best, so as to keep the relatively long storage time, and the fruits and vegetables also need to be heated, so as to keep the temperature of about 0 ℃.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention achieves the function conversion of controlling the refrigerator in a cooling/heating state by installing the four-way valve in the refrigerator, and can realize the function exchange of the condenser and the evaporator of the refrigerator, namely, the refrigerator can complete the cooling circulation and also realize the heating and heat preservation function, so that the refrigerator has the advantage of dual purposes of cooling and heating.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the invention relates to a refrigerator with cooling and heating functions, which comprises a refrigerator shell 1, a refrigerator liner 2, a compressor 3, a four-way valve 4, an anti-condensation pipe 5, a condenser 6, a filter 7, a capillary tube 8 and an evaporator 9; a refrigerator inner container 2 and a compressor 3 are fixedly arranged in the refrigerator shell 1; the exhaust port and the return port of the compressor 3, the anti-condensation pipe 5 and the evaporator 9 are respectively and fixedly connected with four oil ports of the four-way valve 4; the four-way valve 4 controls the refrigerator to be in a cooling/heating state.
During the refrigeration of the refrigerator, the internal refrigerant completes the refrigeration cycle from the compressor 3 → the four-way valve 4 → the condensation preventing pipe 5 → the condenser 6 → the filter 7 → the capillary tube 8 → the evaporator 9 → the compressor 3, during the heating of the refrigerator, the functions of the condensing part and the evaporating part are exchanged under the action of the four-way valve 4, the internal refrigerant completes the heating cycle from the compressor 3 → the four-way valve 4 → the evaporator 9 → the capillary tube 8 → the filter 7 → the condenser 6 → the condensation preventing pipe 5 → the compressor 3, and the refrigerant is repeatedly circulated in the system in such a way, so that the aim of the refrigeration and the heating of the refrigerator can be achieved.

Preferably, a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber are arranged inside the refrigerator inner container 2; a refrigerating air duct 12 and a return air duct 13 are respectively arranged between the refrigerating chamber and the freezing chamber; a fan 11 is fixedly arranged in the refrigerating air duct 12; the fan 11, the refrigerating air duct 12 and the air return duct 13 are used for transferring the cold or heat of the freezing chamber in the single-system product to the refrigerating chamber, after the system is refrigerated or heated, the cold or heat is driven to the refrigerating chamber through the fan 11 and the refrigerating air duct 12, and after heat and cold are exchanged, the cold or heat returns to the freezing chamber through the air return duct 13, so that the cold and heat exchange balance in the chamber is achieved.
