Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building components, in particular to a foamed ceramic assembled outer wall and an installation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the modernization of assembly type buildings and industries is rapidly developed in China. The national institute is discharged as the guide opinion about the vigorous development of the assembly type building, so that the green building and the building material are further definitely and actively popularized in the future, and the assembly type building accounts for 30 percent of the newly built building in about 10 years. The fabricated building has the advantages of high construction speed, small restriction by climatic conditions, labor saving and building quality improvement.
The general method of current outer wall is to build the heat preservation in outer wall construction behind the hollow brick by laying bricks or stones, and its performances such as waterproof, give sound insulation, energy-conservation are all not ideal, and the practicality is relatively poor, and the site operation process is comparatively loaded down with trivial details complicacy, and the construction progress is slow, and the construction cycle is long.
The existing assembled lath outer wall is difficult to joint, complicated in process, large in quality fluctuation and difficult to ensure the water tightness of the outer wall; the decoration treatment of the outer facade of the building is troublesome, and the high-quality aesthetic requirement cannot be met; and also has a problem in energy saving performance. The existing prefabricated reinforced concrete externally-hung wallboard has large dead weight, so that the transportation and the hoisting are difficult, and the construction measure cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: aims to provide a foamed ceramic assembled outer wall and an installation method thereof, and the foamed ceramic assembled outer wall has the advantages of water resistance, fire resistance, heat preservation, low cost and quick construction.

The outer side surface of the wall plate 3 is provided with a plurality of rows of fixed seats;
the waterproof bonding layer 2 is provided with a plurality of rows of stiffening ribs and is arranged on the outer side surface of the wallboard 3 through a fixed seat;
the decorative surface block 1 is provided with a plurality of blocks and is arranged between any two rows of stiffening ribs;
the gap filling material 5 is filled between any adjacent decorative surface blocks 1;
the decorative surface block 1 is made of a foamed ceramic material and is cubic; the inner side of the top surface is provided with a top convex part 1-1, the outer side of the bottom surface is provided with a bottom convex part 1-2, and the bottom surface is provided with a bottom groove 1-3 adjacent to the bottom convex part 1-2; the outer side surface of the decorative surface block 1 is provided with decorative layers 1-4, and the side edge of the outer side surface of the decorative surface block 1 is provided with a crack filling groove (1-5);
the outer section of the stiffening rib 2-1 is provided with a curve-shaped bulge part 2-2, so that the cross section of the stiffening rib 2-1 is in a club shape; the middle parts of the upper and lower surfaces of the stiffening ribs 2-1 are provided with middle convex parts 2-3 which are matched with the top convex parts 1-1 of the decorative surface block 1 in a limiting way.
The mounting method of the foamed ceramic assembly type outer wall comprises the following steps: it comprises the following steps:
s1, arranging a fixed seat 4 on one outdoor side of a wallboard 3;
s2, installing and combining the wall boards 3 into an inner wall body;
s3, fixing the waterproof bonding layer 2 on the wallboard 3 through the fixing seat 4;
s4, clamping the decorative surface block 1 between stiffening ribs 2-1 of the waterproof bonding layer 2;
s5, after the decorative surface blocks 1 are adjusted in position, gap filling materials 5 are placed in gaps between the adjacent decorative surface blocks 1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the waterproof bonding layer with waterproof and surface layer fixing functions is adopted, so that the waterproof performance of the assembled outer wall is obviously improved. Compared with the conventional outer wall waterproof structure, the construction speed is high, the waterproof effect is reliable, and the cost is obviously reduced.
2. The decorative effect of the decorative face block arranged by the assembly type wall body system is similar to that of the traditional face brick. The shape matching of the decorative surface block and the waterproof combined layer enables the installation speed of the decorative surface block to be obviously improved compared with the traditional pasting process, meanwhile, the width of the seam between the decorative surface blocks can be accurately controlled, and the decorative effect is obviously improved.
3. The decorative surface block and the waterproof combined layer adopt a mechanical meshing principle, and the integrity and the durability of the decorative surface layer are obviously improved compared with the traditional pasting process by arranging the gap filling material on site.
4. The heat insulation performance of the assembled wall body can be improved by arranging the decorative surface block on one outdoor side, and the integration of heat insulation and decorative surfaces is realized.
5. As a novel material, the foamed ceramic has the advantages of good moldability, light weight, high strength, fire resistance, heat preservation and good durability, and has the advantage of cost for manufacturing the building facade model.

The outer side surface of the wall plate 3 is provided with a plurality of rows of fixed seats 4;
the waterproof bonding layer 2 is provided with a plurality of rows of stiffening ribs and is arranged on the outer side surface of the wallboard 3 through a fixed seat 4;
the decorative surface block 1 is provided with a plurality of blocks and is arranged between any two rows of stiffening ribs;
and the gap filling material 5 is filled between any adjacent decorative surface blocks 1.
The outer side refers to the side facing outdoors, whereas the inner side refers to the side facing indoors.
The wallboard 3 is mostly a light strip wallboard, the waterproof bonding layer and the decorative face block are sequentially arranged, combined and installed from inside to outside, and the wallboard 3 and the waterproof bonding layer 2 are connected by a fixed seat 4; the decorative surface block is mechanically engaged with the waterproof bonding layer.
The waterproof binding layer is made of a coated steel plate or a plated steel plate material, wherein the coated steel plate or the plated steel plate is subjected to roll cold bending to form a wave-shaped section along the height direction of the outer wall. The stiffening ribs 2-1 are arranged according to the height direction size of the decorative surface block. The inner part of the stiffening rib 2-1 is hollow, an opening is arranged on the inner side of the stiffening rib 2-1, and the opening of the stiffening rib 2-1 is inserted into the fixed seat 4 to realize the fixation of the waterproof combined layer and the wallboard 3.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8: the outer section of the stiffening rib 2-1 is provided with a curve-shaped bulge part 2-2, so that the cross section of the stiffening rib 2-1 is in a club shape; the middle parts of the upper and lower surfaces of the stiffening ribs 2-1 are provided with middle convex parts 2-3 which are matched with the top convex parts 1-1 of the decorative surface block 1 in a limiting way.
As shown in fig. 4-5: the decorative surface block 1 is a cube, the inner side of the top surface of the decorative surface block is provided with a top convex part 1-1, the outer side of the bottom surface of the decorative surface block is provided with a bottom convex part 1-2, and the bottom surface of the decorative surface block is provided with a bottom groove 1-3 adjacent to the bottom convex part 1-2.
The outer side surface of the decorative surface block 1 is provided with decorative surface layers 1-4, and the side edge of the outer side surface of the decorative surface block 1 is provided with a crack filling groove 1-5.
The decorative surface block 1 is made of a foamed ceramic material to form a foamed ceramic decorative surface block. By matching the shapes of the foamed ceramic facing block and the waterproof bonding layer, the following mounting method can be realized: as shown in fig. 8: the foamed ceramic facing block is slightly inclined and then placed between the stiffening ribs 2-1 of the waterproof combination layer, and the foamed ceramic facing block is rotated to realize reliable meshing of the foamed ceramic facing block and the waterproof combination layer.
The fixed seat 4 comprises a fixed end 4-1 connected with the wallboard 3 and an enlarged part 4-2 arranged at the outer end of the fixed end 4-1, so that the cross section shape of the fixed seat 4 is matched with that of the stiffening rib 2-1.
In the invention, the fixed seat 4 is made of materials with enough strength and good thermal performance, such as: the integral body of the stainless steel or the fiber reinforced composite material is in the shape of a sheet (namely, an expanded part 4-2) with an expanded end part (namely, an outer end) at one outdoor side, a fixed end 4-1 arranged at one indoor side (namely, an inner end) can be embedded in the light strip-shaped wall plate 3 by adopting methods of mechanical meshing or bonding and the like, the end expanded part 4-2 arranged at one outdoor side is matched with the shape of a stiffening rib 2-1 of a waterproof binding layer of a profiled steel plate, and the fixed end 4 is reliably connected with the waterproof binding layer 2 through the mechanical meshing effect.
The installation method of the invention is as follows: it comprises the following steps:
s1, arranging a fixed seat 4 on one outdoor side of a wallboard 3;
s2, installing and combining the wall boards 3 into an inner wall body;
s3, fixing the waterproof bonding layer 2 on the wallboard 3 through the fixing seat 4;
s4, clamping the decorative surface block 1 between stiffening ribs 2-1 of the waterproof bonding layer 2;
s5, after the decorative surface blocks 1 are adjusted in position, gap filling materials 5 are placed in gaps between the adjacent decorative surface blocks 1.
