技术领域
本发明属于环保涂料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
长期以来,溶剂型涂料的应用技术已经较为成熟,尤其是特种功能性涂料的应用,但在制备这些具有特种功能涂料的过程中大多都难以离开有毒有害溶剂的使用,例如有机硅树脂体系,硅树脂是具有高度交联网状结构的聚有机硅氧烷,有机硅成膜的防热涂层体系具有优异的耐热性能、电气性能和憎水性、耐寒性、耐化学药品性以及防霉性。在国内的有机硅防热涂层材料成膜技术中都难以离开苯类溶剂,在防热涂层制备过程中挥发出的有机物(VOC)含量超标,对环境及人体健康有着较大的影响。
申请号为CN201610767325.1的专利文件公开了一种耐高温保温涂料,其是由有机硅水性树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、蛭石粉、珍珠岩粉、硅藻土、消泡剂、分散剂和防腐剂组成,可应用于高温炉道、炉膛、窑炉的内外表面,具有防水、防火、隔音、抗酸碱腐蚀功能。其是通过水性环氧树脂和水性聚氨酯树脂对有机硅水性树脂进行改性得到的,主要是针对热管道在蒸汽或液体输送的过程中会产生热量损耗、管道锈蚀的问题所提出的,耐温可高达1100℃,但主要用于民用,并未公开可用于军用设备。
因此,需要根据涂料对于防隔热性能以及绿色环保的需求,开展无毒或低毒性、低导热且耐高温涂料绿色制备工艺以及技术研究,保证涂料具有较好机械性能和防隔热性能的同时,解决传统防隔热涂料的VOC较高,毒性较大,易污染环境以及对人体健康造成威胁等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中溶剂型防热涂料在应用中环境保护不足的问题,同时防热涂层的综合性能不低于传统溶剂型防热涂层,提供一种新型环保防热涂料及其制备方法,新型环保防热涂料可以应用于军民两用产品的隔热防护,是一种环境友好型耐高温防隔热涂料。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
1、一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料的配方:按重量份计,由水性有机硅树脂30~40份、耐高温纳米填料5~10份、低密低导填料20~30份、混合助剂30~40份。
进一步,所述的水性有机硅环保防热涂料是由水性有机硅树脂33~37份、耐高温纳米填料5~10份、低密低导填料18~27份、混合助剂33~38份。
其中,所述混合助剂由乙腈8~10份、正丁醇8~10份、丙二醇甲醚16~20份、防霉剂1~3份制备而成。
进一步,所述水性有机硅环保防热涂料的最佳配方为:水性有机硅树脂36份、耐高温纳米填料6份、低密低导填料22份,乙腈9份、正丁醇9份、丙二醇甲醚18份及防霉剂1份。
2、所述水性有机硅环保防热涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤;
(1)预混:将水性有机硅树脂、耐高温纳米填料、低密低导填料、乙腈、正丁醇、丙二醇甲醚及防霉剂用尼龙棒搅拌进行预混;
(2)分散:将预混好的有机硅环保防热涂料进行两次分散处理;
(3)砂磨:将分散好的水性有机硅环保防热涂料在砂磨机中砂磨3个循环以上;
(4)调配:分散砂磨好的水性有机硅环保防热涂料用不小于80目的筛过滤,过滤后加入混合溶剂调配均匀,经分散砂磨后的水性有机硅环保防热涂料粘度控制在30s~60s(室温),细度不大于45μm,即得水性有机硅环保防热涂料。
进一步,所述的两次分散处理,第一次分散处理是在300~600r/min的转速下分散50~60min;第二次分散处理是在600~900r/min的转速下分散100~120min。
3、所述水性有机硅环保防热涂料的使用方法:使用时采用多次喷涂,每喷涂一遍需表干后(表干过程中允许在40℃下烘箱中加速表干)才能喷下一遍,防热涂层厚度达到要求后需分段在不同温度下连续固化处理至成膜。
进一步,所述的连续固化处理,是在35℃~45℃下固化6h,55℃~65℃下固化6h,90℃~100℃下固化12h以上。
上述技术方案中所采用的耐高温纳米填料、低密低导填料、助剂和溶剂可以按照本领域公知常识进行选择。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过对有机硅树脂进行氨化水性处理,使涂料可以直接加水兑稀使用,所含溶剂大多也为环保型溶剂,所得到的防热涂层耐高温达800℃、密度小于1g/cm3、导热系数小于0.20W/m.K,静态隔热温度低于250℃,具有较高的耐热性、隔热性和环境适应性,是军民两用产品防热设计优选的一种防热材料。
在现有的水性有机硅环保防热涂料中所选用的主体树脂一般是采用水解氨化的有机硅树脂,但用有机硅树脂加工而成的涂料附着力较差,所需要的的固化温度高,本申请发明人经过大量的实验研究和筛选,选用了有机硅树脂进行氨化水性处理(胺中和),并通过实验筛选出了有机硅树脂、填料及助剂的优选比例,有效改进了有机硅树脂的性能,改性后的涂料体系能实现中温固化,同时应用了烧蚀率低、密度低的特种填料,完成了一种水性有机硅防热涂料配方的研制及环保型防热涂层材料的制备。所制备的涂层是一种具有防隔热功能的环保型绿色涂料,在减少有害原材料和消除有机溶剂的同时,尽可能赋予涂料优异的防隔热性能和机械性能,以替代传统有机溶剂型防热涂料,导热系数低、密度低、机械性能优良,其综合性能优良,拟在军民两用产品上推广应用,在耐高温隔热防护领域的应用具有十分重要的意义。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
1、涂料配方如表1所示:

2、制备方法:
(1)称量:先称量主体树脂、各种助剂并加入分散砂磨机中,再称量固体填料加入,最后称量溶剂,并将80%的溶剂加入分散砂磨机中,其余溶剂在分散砂磨过程中加入。
(2)预混:将称量好的物质用尼龙棒搅拌混合均匀。
(3)分散:将预混好的涂料在450r/min的转速下分散55min,再在750r/min的转速下高速分散110min。保证涂料体系预混均匀。
(4)研磨:采用卧式砂磨机,装好研磨介质,接通冷却水,设定好温度、压力后进行两个循环的砂磨,在砂磨及分散过程中料温不得高于35℃,涂料粘度控制在25s~45s,细度不大于40μm为研磨合格。
所述的研磨介质可选用φ1.5~φ3的玻璃珠或氧化锆珠。
(5)过滤:将砂磨好的涂料用不小于80目的铜丝网过滤,铜丝网必须保持清洁、完好。
(6)调漆:加入溶剂调配均匀,即得。
实施例2
试片喷涂,主要包括试片的前处理、涂料的制备、喷涂及固化。
(a)试片的前处理:试片(铝试片阳极化,镁试片氧化)用乙酸乙酯或丙酮清洗。
(b)涂料的调配:称取水性有机硅防热涂料800g,用100目铜丝网过滤,再加入80g混合溶剂均匀调配到易于喷涂的粘度。
(c)喷涂:选择上吸式喷枪喷涂,空气压力控制在0.3MPa左右,喷枪距离约20cm,单层湿膜厚度在20μm~30μm。常规性能、耐热性能涂层厚度控制在20μm~30μm,隔热性能涂层厚度控制在0.9mm~1.2mm,热性能测试涂层厚度控制在3mm~4mm(按标准尺寸后加工)。
(d)固化:试件在35℃~45℃的烘箱中烘6h,然后在55℃~65℃的烘箱中烘6h,最后再90℃烘12h以上。
(e)试片测试:按相关标准对试片进行性能测试,测试指标如表2所示。

实施例3
保温管的喷涂:主要包括保温管的前处理、水性有机硅防热涂料的喷涂及防热涂层的固化。
(a)保温管的前处理:保温管为合金钢材料(1000×φ100)5件,内外表面采用磷化表面处理。
(b)工序保护喷涂:保温管在磷化后需在24h内喷水性有机硅防热涂料作为工序保护。
(c)总体喷水性有机硅环保防热涂料:称取水性有机硅环保防热涂料,加混合溶剂调整达到易于喷涂的粘度。选择大型喷枪喷涂,空气压力控制在0.35MPa左右,喷枪距离约30cm,单层湿膜厚度在30μm~40μm,每喷一遍表干时间在5min~15min(在40℃烘箱中表干时间3min~5min),涂层厚度控制在0.6mm~0.8mm。
(d)涂层的固化:保温管防热涂层的固化在35℃~45℃的烘箱中烘6h,然后在55℃~65℃的烘箱中烘6h,最后再90℃烘12h以上。
水性有机硅环保防热涂料研制已通过鉴定评审,该防热涂层在保温管上制备应用并完成环境试验,从涂装质量、综合性能分析,水性有机硅环保防热涂料满足了工程化应用的要求,水性有机硅环保防热涂料具备军民两用的推广价值。
Claims (8)
1.一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料,其特征在于,所述的水性有机硅环保防热涂料,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:水性有机硅树脂30~40份、耐高温纳米填料5~10份、低密低导填料20~30份、混合助剂30~40份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料,其特征在于,所述的水性有机硅环保防热涂料,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:水性有机硅树脂33~37份、耐高温纳米填料5~10份、低密低导填料18~27份、混合助剂33~38份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料,其特征在于,所述的混合助剂,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:乙腈8~10份、正丁醇8~10份、丙二醇甲醚16~20份、防霉剂1~3份。
4.一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)预混:将水性有机硅树脂、耐高温纳米填料、低密低导填料、乙腈、正丁醇、丙二醇甲醚及防霉剂进行预混;
(2)分散:将预混好的有机硅环保防热涂料进行两次分散处理;
(3)砂磨:将分散好的水性有机硅环保防热涂料在砂磨机中砂磨3个循环以上;
(4)调配:将砂磨好的水性有机硅环保防热涂料用筛网过滤后,加入溶剂进行调配。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的两次分散处理,第一次分散处理是在300~600r/min的转速下分散50~60min;第二次分散处理是在600~900r/min的转速下分散100~120min。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的砂磨,是使砂磨后的水性有机硅环保防热涂料室温粘度为30s~60s,细度≤40μm。
7.一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料的使用方法,其特征在于,使用时采用多次喷涂,每次喷涂后需表干后才能喷下一遍,当防热涂层达到要求后进行连续固化处理至成膜。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种水性有机硅环保防热涂料的使用方法,其特征在于,所述的连续固化处理,是在35℃~45℃温度下固化6h,再于55℃~65℃温度下固化6h,再于90℃~100℃温度下固化12h以上。
