Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板包括:水泥纤维板层;胶水层,设置在水泥纤维板的上方;图案纸层,设置在胶水层的上方;三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层,设置在图案纸层的上方;三聚氰胺树脂层,设置在三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层的上方;脲醛树脂固化剂层,设置在三聚氰胺树脂层的上方;改性脲醛树脂层,设置在脲醛树脂固化剂层的上方;耐磨层,设置在改性脲醛树脂层的上方。本发明还公开一种用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板的制造方法。通过上述方式,本发明所公开的装饰板除了具有装饰功能外,还具有防火防水绝缘功能,同时还具有耐磨功能,能够满足用户的高质量要求,大大提升了用户的体验。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板技术领域,特别涉及一种用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板。
背景技术
装饰板是建筑装修行业常用的材料,作为一种表面装饰材料铺设在地面或墙面上,应用于各种建筑的地面、墙面的装饰和节能改造,许多高级房舍的地面和墙面、实验室的地面的墙面、办公场所地面和墙面以及商场地面和墙面大都采用地板作为修饰。
目前,市面上的装饰板功能比较单一,仅用于装饰作用,且防火和防水性能差,无法满足用户的高质量要求,大大降低了用户的体验。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板,除了具有装饰功能外,还具有防火防水绝缘功能,能够满足用户的高质量要求,大大提升了用户的体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板,其特征在于,包括:水泥纤维板层;胶水层,设置在所述水泥纤维板的上方;图案纸层,设置在所述胶水层的上方;三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层,设置在所述图案纸层的上方;三聚氰胺树脂层,设置在所述三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层的上方;脲醛树脂固化剂层,设置在所述三聚氰胺树脂层的上方;改性脲醛树脂层,设置在所述脲醛树脂固化剂层的上方;耐磨层,设置在所述改性脲醛树脂层的上方。
进一步的,还包括:除尘剂层,设置在所述耐磨层和所述改性脲醛树脂层之间,或者,设置在所述耐磨层的上方;除菌层,设置在所述耐磨层和所述改性脲醛树脂层之间。
进一步的,所述图案纸层由图案纸及涂布在所述图案纸中的透明保护层构成,所述水泥纤维板层中设置有木质材料或发泡材料。
进一步的,所述胶水层由淀粉胶或玉米胶构成。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤S101:在常温、常压、低湿度的条件下,把改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌;步骤S102:在常温、常压、低湿度的条件下,把三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌;步骤S103:把图案纸通过浸渍机浸泡在步骤S101所调配好的改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂混合液中,并以40m/min通过130摄氏度的烘箱进行避光烘干处理;步骤S104:把步骤S102调配好的三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂混合液进行上下涂布到经过步骤S103处理后的图案纸中,并以40m/min通过130摄氏度的烘箱进行避光烘干处理,以得到三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸;步骤S105:把步骤S104制备好的三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸和科技纸从上到下依次层叠排布,用热压机以130摄氏度、15个标准大气压的条件进行200秒热压,以得到成型的热压片材;步骤S106:把成型的热压片材喷洒软化剂处理以得到的三聚氰胺片材,待其冷却后再在库房中储存;步骤S107:把三聚氰胺片材、胶水粘合剂和水泥纤维板从上到下一次层叠排布,用液压机以25摄氏度、2个标准大气压的条件下进行冷压,待其胶水粘合剂干燥后再在库房中储存。
进一步的,所述把改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌的步骤包括:把比例范围为19-21%的改性脲醛树脂、比例范围为0.04-0.05%的脲醛树脂固化剂和比例范围为0.08-0.10%的渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌。
进一步的,所述把三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌的步骤包括:把比例范围为19-21%的三聚氰胺树脂、比例范围为0.04-0.05%的除尘剂、比例范围为0.01-0.02%的脱模剂和比例范围为0.15-0.29%的三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌。
进一步的,还包括:将装饰原纸通过浸渍水性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性的丙烯酸乳液浸渍预定的胶量,并放置进预定温度的烘箱内进行烘干,且用固化剂涂布在装饰原纸的两面以达到预定的固化程度,从而得到科技纸。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明所公开的装饰板除了具有装饰功能外,还具有防火防水绝缘功能,同时还具有耐磨功能,能够满足用户的高质量要求,大大提升了用户的体验。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,该用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板包括水泥纤维板层10、胶水层11、图案纸层12、三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层13、三聚氰胺树脂层14、脲醛树脂固化剂层15、改性脲醛树脂层16和耐磨层17。
在本实施例中,水泥纤维板层10由水泥纤维板构成,而水泥纤维板具有防火绝缘功能,在火灾发生时水泥纤维板不会燃烧,不会产生有毒烟雾,导电系数低,是理想的绝缘材料,且水泥纤维板还具有防水防潮功能,在半露天和高湿度环境,仍能保持性能的稳定,不会下陷或变形,另外水泥纤维板还具有隔热隔音功能,有良好的隔热保温性能,产品密度高、隔音好,因此使得本实施例的墙板具有防火绝缘功能、防水防潮功能以及隔热隔音功能。
优选地,水泥纤维板层10中设置有木质材料,这样能够减轻重量。进一步的,在一些实施例中,水泥纤维板层10中还设置有发泡材料,这样能够进一步减轻重量,方便搬运。
胶水层11设置在水泥纤维板10的上方。优选地,胶水层11由淀粉胶或玉米胶构成。应理解,淀粉胶和玉米胶主要是农作物或食用成份,不存在有甲醛的成份,因此采用淀粉胶或玉米胶构成胶水层11,能够使得该胶膜纸的甲醛释放量超低,环保又健康。
图案纸层12设置在胶水层11的上方。应理解,图案纸层12作为装饰作用。
应理解,胶水层11主要是用于将水泥纤维板层10和图案纸层12固定。
在本实施例中,图案纸层12由图案纸及涂布在图案纸中的透明保护层构成。应理解,图案纸是设置有图案的,而在图案纸中涂布透明保护层,能够对图案纸中的图案进行保护。
优选地,图案纸层12中设置有金属粉末。应理解,设置金属粉末能够使得图案纸层12的外观看起来更加美观。
三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层13设置在图案纸层12的上方。
三聚氰胺树脂层14设置在三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层13的上方。应理解,三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层13主要是用于将图案纸层12和三聚氰胺树脂层14稳定连接。
脲醛树脂固化剂层15设置在三聚氰胺树脂层14的上方。
改性脲醛树脂层16设置在脲醛树脂固化剂层15的上方。应理解,脲醛树脂固化剂层15主要是用于将三聚氰胺树脂层14和改性脲醛树脂层16稳定连接。
耐磨层17设置在改性脲醛树脂层16的上方。应理解,本实施例的耐磨层17能够起到耐磨作用。
进一步的,在本实施例中,该用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板还包括除尘剂层,其中除尘剂层设置在耐磨层17和改性脲醛树脂层16之间。应理解,除尘剂层能够起到除尘作用。
当然,在其他实施例中,该除尘剂层可以设置在耐磨层17的上方。
进一步的,在本实施例中,该用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板还包括除菌层,其中除菌层设置在耐磨层17和改性脲醛树脂层16之间。应理解,本实施例的除菌层能够起到除菌作用。
进一步的,在其他实施例中,胶水层11、三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层13、三聚氰胺树脂层14、脲醛树脂固化剂层15和改性脲醛树脂层16中均包括粘合剂和改性硅藻土。应理解,粘合剂具有粘性,可以黏住相邻的材料层,由于在胶水层11、三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层13、三聚氰胺树脂层14、脲醛树脂固化剂层15和改性脲醛树脂层16中加入具有防辐射性能的改性硅藻土以达到防辐射的目的且兼具除甲醛功能,而使用改性硅藻土不但可以吸收室内产生的电磁波,同时对室外产生的电磁波有一定的屏蔽作用,且可以吸收甲醛,使室内环境干净无辐射。
进一步的,在其他实施例中,胶水层11、三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层13、三聚氰胺树脂层14、脲醛树脂固化剂层15和改性脲醛树脂层16中均包括吸音隔音材料,能够起到吸音隔音效果。
如图2所示,该用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板的制造方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:在常温、常压、低湿度的条件下,把改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌。应理解,将改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂进行混合搅拌能够使得三者互相渗透,融合更加稳定。
在本实施例中,步骤S101中把改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌的步骤包括:把比例范围为19-21%的改性脲醛树脂、比例范围为0.04-0.05%的脲醛树脂固化剂和比例范围为0.08-0.10%的渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌。
进一步的,在一些实施例中,在常温、常压、低湿度的条件下,把改性硅藻土、吸音隔音材料颗粒、氧化剂、改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌。应理解,加入具有防辐射性能的改性硅藻土以达到防辐射的目的且兼具除甲醛功能,而使用改性硅藻土不但可以吸收室内产生的电磁波,同时对室外产生的电磁波有一定的屏蔽作用,且可以吸收甲醛,使室内环境干净无辐射,而吸音隔音材料颗粒混合在内,能够起到吸音隔音效果,氧化剂起到氧化作用,以减少有害气体的排放。
步骤S102:在常温、常压、低湿度的条件下,把三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌。应理解,三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂进行混合搅拌能够使得四者互相渗透,融合更加稳定,而除尘剂能够有效起到除尘效果。
在本实施例中,步骤S102中把三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌的步骤包括:把比例范围为19-21%的三聚氰胺树脂、比例范围为0.04-0.05%的除尘剂、比例范围为0.01-0.02%的脱模剂和比例范围为0.15-0.29%的三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌。
进一步,在一些实施例中,在常温、常压、低湿度的条件下,把改性硅藻土、吸音隔音材料颗粒、金属粉末、氧化剂、三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌。应理解,加入具有防辐射性能的改性硅藻土以达到防辐射的目的且兼具除甲醛功能,而使用改性硅藻土不但可以吸收室内产生的电磁波,同时对室外产生的电磁波有一定的屏蔽作用,且可以吸收甲醛,使室内环境干净无辐射,而吸音隔音材料颗粒混合在内,能够起到吸音隔音效果,金属粉末起到美观效果,氧化剂起到氧化作用,以减少有害气体的排放。
步骤S103:把图案纸通过浸渍机浸泡在步骤S101所调配好的改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂混合液中,并以40m/min(米/秒)通过130摄氏度的烘箱进行避光烘干处理。
步骤S104:把步骤S102调配好的三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂混合液进行上下涂布到经过步骤S103处理后的图案纸中,并以40m/min通过130摄氏度的烘箱进行避光烘干处理,以得到三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸。
步骤S105:把步骤S104制备好的三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸和科技纸从上到下依次层叠排布,用热压机以130摄氏度、15个标准大气压的条件进行200秒热压,以得到成型的热压片材。
步骤S106:把成型的热压片材喷洒软化剂处理以得到的三聚氰胺片材,待其冷却后再在库房中储存。
步骤S107:把三聚氰胺片材、胶水粘合剂和水泥纤维板从上到下一次层叠排布,用液压机以25摄氏度、2个标准大气压的条件下进行冷压,待其胶水粘合剂干燥后再在库房中储存。
优选地,胶水粘合剂由淀粉胶或玉米胶构成。应理解,淀粉胶和玉米胶主要是农作物或食用成份,不存在有甲醛的成份,因此采用淀粉胶或玉米胶构成胶水粘合剂,能够使得该装饰板的甲醛释放量超低,环保又健康。
优选地,水泥纤维板包含有木质材料和/或发泡材料,这样能够使得装饰板的重量轻。
进一步的,该用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板的制造方法包括:将装饰原纸通过浸渍水性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性的丙烯酸乳液浸渍预定的胶量,并放置进预定温度的烘箱内进行烘干,且用固化剂涂布在装饰原纸的两面以达到预定的固化程度,从而得到科技纸。应理解,本实施例的科技纸主要用于作用装饰层的载体,以起到固定作用,同时还具有韧性,具体地,将装饰原纸浸渍水性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性的丙烯酸乳液浸渍到预定的胶量,能够加强韧性,防止开裂,有效起到保护图案纸的作用。
当然,在一些实施例中,图案纸设有第一图案,而科技纸设有第二图案,其中第一图案和第二图案互相不重叠,且第一图案和第二图案形成一完整立体图案。
经过上述步骤,本发明可以得到的A级防火三聚氰胺片材装饰板不但新颖美观、具有装饰性能,而且还具备良好的防火、防水、防腐蚀等性能。
综上,本发明所公开的装饰板除了具有装饰功能外,还具有防火防水绝缘功能,同时还具有耐磨功能,能够满足用户的高质量要求,大大提升了用户的体验。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板,其特征在于,包括:
水泥纤维板层;
胶水层,设置在所述水泥纤维板的上方;
图案纸层,设置在所述胶水层的上方;
三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层,设置在所述图案纸层的上方;
三聚氰胺树脂层,设置在所述三聚氰胺树脂固化剂层的上方;
脲醛树脂固化剂层,设置在所述三聚氰胺树脂层的上方;
改性脲醛树脂层,设置在所述脲醛树脂固化剂层的上方;
耐磨层,设置在所述改性脲醛树脂层的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板,其特征在于,还包括:
除尘剂层,设置在所述耐磨层和所述改性脲醛树脂层之间,或者,设置在所述耐磨层的上方;
除菌层,设置在所述耐磨层和所述改性脲醛树脂层之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板,其特征在于,所述图案纸层由图案纸及涂布在所述图案纸中的透明保护层构成,所述水泥纤维板层中设置有木质材料或发泡材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板,其特征在于,所述胶水层由淀粉胶或玉米胶构成。
5.一种用于A级防火板材的三聚氰铵片材装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:在常温、常压、低湿度的条件下,把改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌;
步骤S102:在常温、常压、低湿度的条件下,把三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌;
步骤S103:把图案纸通过浸渍机浸泡在步骤S101所调配好的改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂混合液中,并以40m/min通过130摄氏度的烘箱进行避光烘干处理;
步骤S104:把步骤S102调配好的三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂混合液进行上下涂布到经过步骤S103处理后的图案纸中,并以40m/min通过130摄氏度的烘箱进行避光烘干处理,以得到三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸;
步骤S105:把步骤S104制备好的三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸和科技纸从上到下依次层叠排布,用热压机以130摄氏度、15个标准大气压的条件进行200秒热压,以得到成型的热压片材;
步骤S106:把成型的热压片材喷洒软化剂处理以得到的三聚氰胺片材,待其冷却后再在库房中储存;
步骤S107:把三聚氰胺片材、胶水粘合剂和水泥纤维板从上到下一次层叠排布,用液压机以25摄氏度、2个标准大气压的条件下进行冷压,待其胶水粘合剂干燥后再在库房中储存。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述把改性脲醛树脂、脲醛树脂固化剂和渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌的步骤包括:
把比例范围为19-21%的改性脲醛树脂、比例范围为0.04-0.05%的脲醛树脂固化剂和比例范围为0.08-0.10%的渗透剂放置在第一混料机中进行混合搅拌。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述把三聚氰胺树脂、除尘剂、脱模剂和三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌的步骤包括:
把比例范围为19-21%的三聚氰胺树脂、比例范围为0.04-0.05%的除尘剂、比例范围为0.01-0.02%的脱模剂和比例范围为0.15-0.29%的三聚氰胺树脂固化剂放置在第二混料机中进行混合搅拌。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括:
将装饰原纸通过浸渍水性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性的丙烯酸乳液浸渍预定的胶量,并放置进预定温度的烘箱内进行烘干,且用固化剂涂布在装饰原纸的两面以达到预定的固化程度,从而得到科技纸。
