As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the top of the central turntable 606 is a turntable upper conical surface 6061, a plurality of turntable playing parts 6062 which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the central turntable 606 and are upwardly protruded are formed at the lower edge of the turntable upper conical surface 6061, and a turntable side wall 6063 is formed at a position close to the bottom of the card sorting channel at the lower part of the central turntable 606. Thus, the conical surface 6061 on the turntable is helpful for the playing cards to move to the peripheral edge of the central turntable 606 to fall into the card arranging channel, the turntable card poking part 6062 can prevent the playing cards from being blocked or floating while poking the playing cards to rotate, and the turntable side wall 6063 is vertically arranged and can limit and guide the playing cards positioned at the bottom of the card arranging channel so as to ensure the conveying direction. In this embodiment, preferably, the card arranging seat 602 is centrally provided with a mounting seat 6021, the central turntable 606 is rotatably mounted on the mounting seat 6021 through a bearing 6064, the bearing 6064 is fixed in the central turntable 606 through a bearing cover 6065 and a cone cover 6066, and the bottom of the central turntable 606 is provided with annular teeth in gear transmission connection with the central turntable motor 609, so that the card arranging seat is reasonable in structure and convenient to mount. In this embodiment, preferably, the channel turntable 603 is rotatably mounted on the card arranging seat 602 through a plurality of supporting guide wheels, and annular teeth are arranged at the bottom of the channel turntable 603 and are in gear transmission connection with the channel turntable motor 610, so that the structure is reasonable, and the installation is convenient. In other embodiments, the central turntable 606 and the channel turntable 603 may be connected to the respective driving motors by other transmission methods, for example, a reduction mechanism is provided between the two or a chain transmission is provided.

In this embodiment, the upper surface of the channel turntable 603 is provided with a plurality of card pushing parts 6031 in a protruding manner, the distance between two adjacent card pushing parts 6031 is greater than the length of the playing cards, one side of each card pushing part 6031 is a card pushing surface 6033 for pushing the playing cards, the height drop is formed on the card pushing surface 6033, the other side of each card pushing part 6031 is a slope surface 6032 for facilitating the sliding of the playing cards, and thus, the card pushing part can avoid the blocking of the playing cards and improve the card arranging efficiency by adopting a single side card pushing part.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the card pushing part 6031, the card pushing surface 6033 and the slope surface 6032 are integrally formed with the channel turntable 603, and in other embodiments, the card pushing part 6031 may be a component fixedly or movably disposed on the channel turntable 603. Further preferably, the upper surface of the channel turntable 603 is uniformly provided with four card pushing parts 6031, each card pushing part 6031 comprises an inner part and an outer part, and the two parts push the playing cards together from the inner side and the outer side so as to ensure that the playing cards are positioned on the channel turntable 603 in order. It is further preferable that the upper surface of the channel turntable 603 is provided with a ring-shaped recess 6034, and the ring-shaped recess 6034 is smoothly transited to the top plane of the channel turntable 603. In this way, the outer sides of the playing cards, which are not in the same direction as the rotation direction of the channel carousel 603, will rest in the annular recess 6034 of the channel carousel 603, and the inner sides thereof rest on the central carousel 606, facilitating the relative rotational movement of the central carousel 606 and the channel carousel 603 to improve card arranging efficiency.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 21 and 22, the card pushing part 6031 is hinged on the channel turntable 603 as a separate rotating part and is given an upward protruding tendency by an elastic part, when the card pushing part 6031 is protruded upward, one side of the card pushing part 6031 forms a card pushing surface 6033 having a height difference for pushing the playing card, and when the card pushing part 6031 is retracted downward, the card pushing surface 6033 is turned over to form a slope or is retracted into the channel turntable 603 for facilitating the passing of the playing card. Thus, when the situation that the playing cards are crowded and blocked is encountered, the playing cards push the card pushing part 6031 to rotate downwards to retract and not push the cards any more so as to avoid the card jamming fault of the playing cards. In this embodiment, a ramp 6032 for facilitating the sliding movement of the playing cards is preferably provided on the other side of the card pushing portion 6031 and integrally formed with the channel dial 603. Preferably, in this embodiment, the elastic member is a torsion spring 6036. In this embodiment, preferably, a ring of annular protrusions 6035 is provided on the upper surface of the channel turntable 603, the annular protrusions 6035 smoothly transition to the top plane of the channel turntable 603, and the card pushing part 6031 and the slope surface 6032 are both provided on the annular protrusions 6035. Thus, the outer sides of the playing cards with the length direction inconsistent with the rotation direction of the channel turntable 603 can be placed on the inner sides of the annular protrusions 6035 of the channel turntable 603, the inner sides of the playing cards are placed on the center turntable 606, the center turntable 606 and the channel turntable 603 can conveniently rotate relatively, so that card arranging efficiency is improved, and the card pushing part is arranged on the annular protrusions, so that the playing cards can be conveniently tiled on the channel turntable and pushed.
In this embodiment, the upper housing 601 and/or the card sorting seat 602 are further provided with a position sensor for detecting a rotational position of the channel dial 603 and a detection sensor for detecting whether there are playing cards on the channel dial 603. In this embodiment, preferably, the position sensor and the detection sensor are both photoelectric sensors, and the channel turntable 603 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the photoelectric sensor.

In order to further improve the card arranging efficiency and stability, a card arranging mechanism is mounted at the outlet end of the card arranging channel, and the card arranging mechanism is mounted on the card arranging seat 602 or the upper shell 601. In this embodiment, the first friction wheel 615 and/or the second friction wheel 616 are preferably provided with a unidirectional bearing, so that the two friction wheels can only rotate unidirectionally, so as to avoid the playing cards from being blocked at the outlet of the card sorting channel. To accommodate the annular configuration of the channel carousel 603, the axes of the first friction wheel 615 and the second friction wheel 616 are disposed at an oblique angle. The friction wheel can rotate continuously or intermittently. In this embodiment, preferably, a detecting sensor for detecting whether playing cards are on the top of the card pushing portion 6031 of the channel turntable 603 is further provided on the upper housing 601 and/or the card sorting seat 602, the detecting sensor is a photoelectric sensor, a through hole corresponding to the photoelectric sensor is provided on the top of the card pushing portion 6031 of the channel turntable 603, and when the detecting sensor detects the playing cards, the friction wheel motor 611 drives the friction wheel to rotate to withdraw redundant playing cards.
In this embodiment, preferably, one side of the card discharging baffle is provided with a sensing switch 618 for detecting whether the card pushing portion 6031 on the channel turntable 603 is in place, and when the sensing switch 618 detects that the card pushing portion 6031 on the channel turntable 603 approaches or passes through the card sorting channel outlet, the channel turntable motor 610 controls the channel turntable 603 to stop rotating (immediately and/or with a delay to stop rotating), so that playing cards stay in the card storage space 605 to be picked up by the card feeding mechanism of the card dealing device 40. Preferably, the card dealing device further comprises a sensing element 617, wherein the sensing element 617 is located at one side of the card dealing plate close to the card dealing channel and is movably connected with the upper shell 601, a plate-shaped main body of the sensing element 617 is located in the card dealing channel and is matched with the card pushing part 6031 on the channel turntable 603, an extension end of the sensing element 617 is matched with the sensing switch 618, and when the card pushing part 6031 on the channel turntable 603 passes through the plate-shaped main body of the sensing element 617, the sensing element 617 is driven to rotate so as to trigger the sensing switch 618. The structure is simple and reliable, and the cost is low.
In this embodiment, preferably, the upper housing 601 and/or the card sorting seat 602 is further provided with a detection sensor for detecting whether the playing cards are on the channel turntable 603 in the card storage space 605, the detection sensor is a photoelectric sensor, and the channel turntable 603 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the photoelectric sensor. If there are cards in the card storage space 605, the channel carousel motor 610 stops rotating, and if there are no cards, the channel carousel motor 610 continues rotating until a card is detected.

Each card distributing wheel comprises a supporting frame with certain rigidity strength and a rubber ring sleeved and fixed on the supporting frame, and part or all of the arc circumference of the rubber ring is provided with convex rubber saw teeth used for being contacted with the playing cards, so that the friction force is large when the rubber saw teeth part of the card distributing wheel is contacted with the playing cards, and the playing cards are driven to move relatively easily, thereby being beneficial to separating the two playing cards.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, one end of the adjusting bracket 422 is hinged to the dealing seat 415, the other end of the adjusting bracket 422 is sleeved on the adjusting bolt 420, the adjusting bolt 420 is further sleeved with a spring 421, the upper end of the spring 421 abuts against the dealing seat 415, the lower end of the spring 421 abuts against the adjusting bracket 422, and the adjusting bolt 420 is in threaded connection with the adjusting bracket 422 or a nut installed on the adjusting bracket 422, so that the gap between the card distributing pinch roller 403 and the card distributing wheel 404 can be adjusted through adjusting the adjusting bolt 420 to limit the card feeding quantity.
The dealing seat 415 may be an integrally formed part, or may be a plurality of independent formed parts fixed together by a fixing connection manner such as fastening members, clamping, riveting or welding, as shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the dealing seat 415 at least includes a dealing seat main body (shown in fig. 9) and a card feeding side portion (shown in fig. 8) which are fixedly connected by fastening members, and may further include an outer cover plate and other parts. Thus, the installation, the debugging and the replacement of parts are convenient.
In this embodiment, a card feeding mechanism is further provided, as shown in fig. 6 to 11, and the card feeding mechanism comprises a card feeding wheel 401 and a card blocking member 414, the card feeding wheel 401 is rotatably mounted on the card feeding support 402, the card feeding support 402 is movably connected (preferably hinged) with the card dealing seat 415, the card feeding wheel 401 is a driving wheel, the card blocking member 414 is mounted on the card dealing seat 415 in a manner of being capable of sliding up and down and is driven by the card blocking motor 417 to slide up and down, the card blocking member 414 is located below the card feeding support 402 and between the card storage space 605 of the card sorting device 6 and the card feeding port of the card dealing device 40, the card feeding wheel 401 extends into the card storage space 605, the card feeding support 402 and the card feeding wheel 401 are jacked up when the card blocking member 414 is lifted up, so that the card feeding wheel 401 is not contacted with playing cards in the card storage space 605, and the card blocking member 414 is blocked from falling out of the playing cards in the card storage space 605, and when the card blocking member 414 is lowered, the card feeding wheel 401 is pressed against the uppermost playing card feeding wheel 403 in the card storage space 605 to be pushed between the card feeding wheel 401 and the card feeding wheel 403.
In this embodiment, preferably, the hinge shaft of the card feeding bracket 402 and the card dealing seat 415 is coaxially arranged with the shaft of the card distributing wheel 404, and the card feeding wheel 401 and the card distributing wheel 404 are in transmission connection through the transmission belt 423, so that the card feeding device is simple in structure and reliable in operation, and can save a card feeding motor and reduce cost. In other embodiments, the card feeding wheel 401 and the card distributing wheel 404 may be in transmission connection by using gears, synchronous belts, chains, etc.
In this embodiment, preferably, the card blocking component 414 is slidably connected with the card dealing seat 415 up and down through the guide post 416, the card blocking motor 417 drives the card blocking component 414 up and down through the rocker 418 and the swing rod 419, the rocker 418 is fixed on the output shaft of the card blocking motor 417, one end of the swing rod 419 is hinged with the card dealing seat 415, the other end of the swing rod 419 is movably connected with the rotating end of the rocker 418 through the kidney-shaped hole 4191, the connecting post 4192 is fixed on the swing rod 419, the connecting post 4192 is spliced with the connecting hole 4141 on the card blocking component 414, so that the swing rod 419 swings up and down to drive the card blocking component 414 up and down, and the structure is simple, reasonable and the cost is low.
In this embodiment, the conveying mechanism includes multiple sets of conveying wheels 405 disposed in the conveying path of the card dealing base 415, and each set of conveying wheels 405 includes a driving conveying wheel and a driven conveying pinch wheel, which are matched up and down to convey the playing cards. A plurality of identification elements (such as cameras) for identifying the front and back sides of the playing cards are arranged on the bottom wall or the top wall of the conveying channel. In this embodiment, the driving conveying wheel, the card distributing wheel and the card feeding wheel are preferably in transmission connection and driven by the same conveying motor.
In this embodiment, preferably, two recognition elements are disposed in the diagonal direction of the playing card to respectively detect two patterns on the diagonal direction of the front surface of the playing card, so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of recognition of the front surface and the back surface of the playing card. The two identification elements can be triggered to work by the same detection sensor for detecting the playing cards in place, or can be respectively triggered to work by two detection sensors for detecting the playing cards in place. When the detecting sensor detects the playing cards, the camera is started simultaneously or in a delayed mode, so that the camera can just shoot pattern information on the diagonally opposite fixed positions of the playing cards in the conveying channel, and the controller can identify the front and the back of the playing cards according to the pattern information, for example, the front is judged when the character pattern is identified. Other structures, principles, action processes and methods for identifying the front and back sides of the playing card are the same as those of patent documents with publication numbers of CN209405643, CN110193184 and the like and various alternative structures, principles, action processes and methods thereof.
In this embodiment, preferably, a thickness measuring assembly for detecting whether the playing cards passing through the conveying channel are overlapped is disposed on the bottom wall or the top wall of the conveying channel, and the thickness measuring assembly may refer to patent document with publication No. CN111298424, and includes a rotating member, a thickness measuring wheel, a thickness measuring sensor and a thickness measuring conveying wheel, where the thickness measuring wheel and the thickness measuring conveying wheel are vertically corresponding and are respectively mounted on the bottom wall and the top wall of the conveying channel, a shaft of the thickness measuring wheel is mounted on the rotating member, one end of the rotating member is hinged to the bottom wall or the top wall of the conveying channel, and the other end of the rotating member is movable and is correspondingly matched with the thickness measuring sensor mounted on the bottom wall or the top wall, and the trend of the pressure direction of the rotating member and the thickness measuring wheel is given to the thickness measuring conveying wheel by an elastic member. When the thickness of two playing cards is measured and is close to or even exceeds the thickness of the two playing cards, the controller judges that the two or more playing cards are overlapped, and the playing cards are returned to the card storage space by the conveying mechanism to be fed into the card storage space again for card separation. This can further reduce card distribution errors and malfunctions. The thickness measuring assembly can be matched with thickness measuring structures or methods in patent documents with publication numbers of CN209405643, CN110193184 and the like, and can also be used independently, and of course, the thickness measuring assembly can also be used only by the thickness measuring structures or methods in the patent documents with publication numbers of CN209405643, CN110193184 and the like, and various alternative structures, principles, action processes and methods thereof.
In order to facilitate installation, debugging and part replacement, the sensor is in a modularized design, an identification element for identifying the front and the back of the playing card and a control circuit thereof are arranged on a first circuit board, a thickness measuring sensor and a control circuit thereof are arranged on a second circuit board, and the first circuit board and the second circuit board are respectively fixed on the top wall or the bottom wall of the conveying mechanism through fasteners.
In this embodiment, the card turning mechanism includes a first card output pressing wheel 406, a card turning wheel 410, a card turning pressing wheel 411 and a second card output pressing wheel 412, the card turning wheel 410 is a driving wheel and is driven to rotate by a card turning motor, the first card output pressing wheel 406, the card turning pressing wheel 411 and the second card output pressing wheel 412 are driven wheels, the first card output pressing wheel 406 and the card turning pressing wheel 411 are respectively in rolling contact with the card turning wheel 410, the second card output pressing wheel 412 is in rolling contact with the card turning wheel 411, a first card output channel is formed between the card turning wheel 410 and the card turning pressing wheel 406, a card turning channel is formed between the card turning wheel 410 and the card turning pressing wheel 411, a second card output channel is formed between the card turning pressing wheel 411 and the second card output pressing wheel 412, the card turning wheel 410 is mounted on the inner side of the card turning channel and is located between the first card output channel and the second card output channel, the card output channel extends from one side of the card turning wheel 410 close to the card output channel to the other side of the card output wheel 410, the card output channel is used for opening or closing the card output channel, or the card output channel is provided with a card output driving part 413 and a card output channel is set up at one end of the card output channel or is set up by the driving part 413. When the card turning part 407 closes the card turning channel or opens the outlet of the first card discharging channel, the card feeding port, the conveying channel and the first card discharging channel are sequentially connected, and the playing cards are discharged from the first card discharging channel to the card receiving box; when the card turning part 407 opens the card turning channel and closes the outlet of the first card discharging channel, the card inlet, the conveying channel, the first card discharging channel, the card turning channel and the second card discharging channel are sequentially connected, after the playing card comes out from the first card discharging channel, the playing card is blocked by the card turning part 407 to turn to enter the card turning channel, and is sent to the tail end of the card turning channel by the card turning wheel 410 and the card turning pinch wheel 411, the front end of the playing card is abutted against the card pushing part 413, the playing card returns to a flat state after passing through the card turning pinch wheel 411 at the rear end of the playing card, and under the thrust of the card pushing part 413, the rear end of the playing card firstly enters the second card discharging channel and is sent to the card receiving box by the card turning pinch wheel 411 and the second card discharging wheel 412. Therefore, the passing playing cards are turned back and forth through the card turning channel for 180 degrees, so that the front and back sides of the playing cards are turned.
In this embodiment, the card turning wheel 410, the first card discharging wheel 406, the card turning wheel 411, and the second card discharging wheel 412 may be one roller part or may be multiple wheel parts mounted on the same shaft. In this embodiment, preferably, the card turning wheel 410, the first card discharging pressing wheel 406, the card turning pressing wheel 411 and the second card discharging wheel 412 all include a plurality of wheels mounted on respective shafts, the card turning member 407 also includes a plurality of members mounted on the same shaft, and the card turning member 407 and the card turning wheel 410 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the card turning device has a simple structure and is convenient to mount and cooperate. Rubber rings may be mounted on the card flipping wheel 410, the first card dispensing wheel 406, the card flipping wheel 411, and/or the second card dispensing wheel 412 to increase friction with the playing cards.
In this embodiment, preferably, the swing center (card turning shaft) of the card turning member 407 is located at the middle position, so that two swing ends are formed on two sides of the swing center, and the inner side of the card turning member 407 is in an arc shape corresponding to the periphery of the card turning wheel 410, so that the card turning member 407 not only can play a better role in blocking and turning, but also the card turning member 407 can play a role in turning the outer side wall of the card channel, and no special setting of the outer side wall of the card channel is required. In other embodiments, the swing center (card turning shaft) of the card turning member 407 may also be located at one end thereof, so that the outer side wall of the card turning channel needs to be disposed on the card dealing seat to ensure smooth passing of the playing cards in the card turning channel.
In this embodiment, the card turning channel and the second card discharging channel are preferably disposed below the first card discharging channel (that is, the card turning wheel 410, the card turning wheel 411 and the second card discharging wheel 412 are disposed below the first card discharging wheel 406), so that the card dealing device is disposed at one side of the card dealing device, the height of the card dealing device and the card dealing device are adapted, and the space below the conveying channel of the card dealing device can be fully utilized, so that the card dealing device is thinner and more reasonable. In other embodiments, of course, the card flipping path and the second card exit path may be disposed above the first card exit path (i.e., the card flipping wheel 410, the card flipping wheel 411, and the card exit wheel 412 are located above the first card exit wheel 406), as space permits.
In order to ensure delivery pressure and avoid slippage, the first card shoe 406 and/or the card shoe 411 are preferably biased against the card shoe 410 by respective biasing mechanisms, and the second card shoe 412 is preferably biased against the card shoe 411 by respective biasing mechanisms. The energizing means may be an elastic member such as a spring, a spring piece, an elastic ring, or an elastic shaft (for example, a rotation shaft of a pinch roller using an elongated spring), or may be an elastic energizing means composed of a plurality of members, and the conveying pinch roller may be such an elastic energizing means.
The card turning driving mechanism for driving the card turning member 407 to open or close the first card discharging channel (opening the card turning channel) may be realized by a motor through a speed reducing mechanism or a transmission mechanism, and in this embodiment, preferably, an electromagnet is used for driving, one end of a card turning shaft of the card turning member 407 is fixed with a crank, and a swinging end of the crank is connected with a movable end of the electromagnet through a connecting rod, so that when the card turning member 407 is required to act, the electromagnet pulls the card turning member 407 to swing through the connecting rod and the crank. Because the card turning action is performed according to the result of identifying the front and back sides of the playing cards by the identification element and is selective and intermittent, the electromagnet of the embodiment has more reasonable structure and low manufacturing cost.
The card pushing member 413 may be an elastic member such as a spring, a spring piece, or an elastic rubber string, or may be an elastic energizing mechanism composed of a plurality of members. In this embodiment, the card pushing member 413 is preferably a plurality of springs disposed at the end of the channel. Thus, the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
In another alternative embodiment of the card turning mechanism, the card turning channel is directly connected to the card discharging space or the card storing space of the card arranging device, and the second card discharging channel 4213, the second card discharging wheel 412 and the card pushing component 413 are not arranged any more, so that the turned playing cards are directly returned to the card arranging device to be sent to the card again. That is, the card turning mechanism comprises a first card discharging pressing wheel, a card turning wheel and a card turning pressing wheel, wherein the card turning wheel is a driving wheel and is driven to rotate by a card turning motor, the first card discharging pressing wheel and the card turning pressing wheel are driven wheels, the first card discharging pressing wheel and the card turning pressing wheel are respectively in rolling contact with the card turning wheel, a first card discharging channel is formed between the card turning wheel and the first card discharging pressing wheel, the card turning channel is formed between the card turning wheel and the card turning pressing wheel, the card turning wheel is arranged at the inner side of the card turning channel, the card turning channel extends from one side, close to the first card discharging channel, of the card turning wheel to the other side, far away from the first card discharging channel, of the card turning wheel along the part arc circumference of the card turning wheel, the tail end of the card turning channel is communicated to a card placing space or a card storing space of the card sorting device, a card turning part for opening or closing the card turning channel is arranged at one end, close to the first card discharging channel, and the card turning part is driven by the card turning driving mechanism to swing so as to open or close the card turning channel or the card discharging channel. When the card turning part closes the card turning channel or opens the outlet of the first card discharging channel, the card inlet, the conveying channel and the first card discharging channel are sequentially connected, and the playing cards are sent out from the first card discharging channel to the card receiving box; when the card turning part opens the card turning channel and closes the outlet of the first card discharging channel, the card inlet, the conveying channel, the first card discharging channel and the card turning channel are sequentially connected, the playing card is blocked by the card turning part from turning to enter the card turning channel after coming out from the first card discharging channel, and is conveyed to the card discharging space or the card storing space of the card sorting device by the card turning wheel and the card turning pinch roller at the tail end of the card turning channel (a plurality of conveying wheels and pinch rollers thereof can be arranged between the card sorting device and the card turning wheel for conveying the playing card). Therefore, the passing playing cards are turned back and forth through the card turning channel, so that the front and back sides of the playing cards are turned over. The other structures are the same as described above. The structure scheme can make the depth of the card storage box shallow and the height of the poker machine low, but the card dealing efficiency is relatively low and the manufacturing cost is high.
It should be noted that, the first card discharging channel and the second card discharging channel may be outlets directly connected with the card receiving box (i.e. the card turning mechanism has two card discharging ports); in other embodiments, instead of directly connecting the outlets of the card receiving boxes, one or more channels (or conveying wheels/conveying rollers) for continuously conveying the playing cards may be further disposed behind the first card outlet and/or the second card outlet, and then the playing cards may be conveyed to the card receiving positions, for example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a second card outlet pinch roller 408 and a first card outlet wheel 409 are disposed outside the outlets of the first card outlet channel, and a card outlet for conveying the playing cards from the first card outlet channel to the card receiving boxes is formed between the second card outlet pinch roller 408 and the first card outlet wheel 409, so that the positions of the two card outlets are closer, and the card receiving boxes are more convenient and stable. Of course, it is further preferable that the two card outlets of the original first card outlet channel and the second card outlet channel are combined into one card outlet, so that the dealing and receiving of the cards are more stable and reliable, and the card falling position is accurate and does not drift.
In this embodiment, the rotation driving mechanism of the card shoe 20 includes: the card receiving boxes 20 are fixed on a rotary ring 22, the rotary ring 22 is rotatably supported on the base 1 by a plurality of supporting rollers, the rotary ring 22 is driven to rotate by a rotary motor, and when dealing, one of the card receiving boxes 20 rotates to the outside of the card outlet of the card dealing device 40, and playing cards are sent into the card receiving boxes 20. In this embodiment, preferably, the plurality of support rollers are mounted on the base and uniformly distributed on the inner side or the outer side of the rotating ring 22, rolling grooves are formed on the circumference of the support rollers, and the inner side or the outer side of the rotating ring 22 is embedded into the rolling grooves of the support rollers and can rotate. The inner side or the outer side of the rotating ring 22 is formed with transmission teeth, and in a preferred embodiment, the inner side of the rotating ring 22 is provided with an internal gear, and the rotating motor is meshed with the internal gear on the rotating ring 22 through a gear.
With respect to card lifting devices.
The base 1 is provided with a plurality of card lifting devices 21 for lifting the playing cards in each card receiving box to the upper panel, and the card lifting devices 21 are correspondingly arranged with the card receiving boxes 20. The card lifting device can adopt the structure disclosed in patent documents with publication number CN108283800A, CN103055500A, CN111298424 and the like, but the card lifting devices all need to be provided with a door opening plate structure and a corresponding driving motor on the poker machine panel, so that the card lifting device has high cost and unstable operation. The card lifting device disclosed in the patent document with the publication number of CN103157271 is characterized in that a card blocking box is placed on a card receiving box, the card blocking box and the playing cards are lifted upwards together through a card supporting frame, then the playing cards are pushed onto a card lifting plate which is lowered from a table top by a card pushing piece, and then the playing cards are lifted up from the table top by the card lifting plate, so that the structure of parts is complex, and the volume is large and the cost is high.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the card lifting device 21 and the card dealing device 40 are disposed on the inner side of the rotating ring 22, and are located between the card arranging device 6 and the rotating ring 22, the card dealing device 40 conveys playing cards along the radial direction of the rotating ring 22, the N card lifting devices 21 and the card dealing device 40 are uniformly distributed along the rotating ring 22, and are in one-to-one correspondence with the n+1 card receiving boxes 20 fixed on the rotating ring 22, the card dealing device 40 and the card lifting device 21 are located on the inner side of the card receiving boxes 20, and N is greater than 2. In this way, the dealing device 40 and the lifting device 21 both enter and exit the playing cards from the inner side of the card receiving box 20, so that the card receiving box 20 has simpler structure, the action and the structure of the lifting device 21 are simpler and more reliable, the volume is smaller and the cost is lower; and, deal device 40 and lift card device 21 are annular overall arrangement together, have not only avoided stacking two devices from top to bottom (for example with reason card device stacks in deal device top) among the prior art and have led to the higher problem of poker machine height for deal device 40 can set up in reason card device 6 one side, and avoided the prior art with lift card device 21 setting up in the rotatory ring 22 outside and have led to the too big problem of poker machine external diameter, structural arrangement is compacter, space utilization is higher, the poker machine is whole smaller thinner.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the card lifting device 21 includes a card lifting seat 210, a card lifting motor 211, a card lifting plate 213, a card pushing member 215 and a card bearing member 216; the card bearing piece 216 is arranged on one side (the outer side) of the card lifting seat 210, which is close to the card receiving box 20, and is driven by the card lifting motor 211 to slide up and down, the card bearing piece 216 stretches into an opening at the bottom of the card receiving box 20, the opening at the bottom penetrates through the inner side wall of the card receiving box 20 from bottom to top so as to divide the inner side wall of the card receiving box 20 into a left part and a right part, the outer side wall of the card receiving box 20 is higher than the inner side wall of the card receiving box, and the left side wall and the right side wall of the card receiving box 20 are higher than the outer side wall of the card receiving box, so that the card bearing piece 216 can support the playing cards in the card receiving box 20 from the bottom to the top of the card receiving box 20; the card lifting plate 213 is arranged at the upper part of the card lifting seat 210 and driven by the card lifting motor 211 to lift up and down, the card pushing piece 215 is arranged at one side (the outer side) of the card lifting seat 210 close to the card receiving box 20 and above the card bearing piece 216, and the card pushing piece 215 is driven by the card lifting motor 211 to slide inside and outside; thus, when the dealing device 40 deals cards, the plurality of card receiving shoes 20 rotate to randomly receive cards, and the card lifting device does not affect dealing; when the card lifting device lifts cards, as shown in fig. 14, the card receiving box 20 stays above the card bearing piece 216 of the card lifting device, the card pushing head on the card pushing piece 215 is located on the upper outer side of the card receiving box 20, the card pushing position of the card pushing piece 215 is higher than the outer side wall of the card receiving box 20 and lower than the left and right side walls of the card receiving box 20, as shown in fig. 15, the card bearing piece 216 is lifted upwards to lift playing cards from the bottom to the top in the card receiving box 20, meanwhile, the card lifting plate 213 descends from the tabletop, the inner side and the left and right sides of the card lifting plate 213 are shielded by the side walls of the card lifting seat 210, the card bearing piece 216 is arranged on the outer side of the card lifting plate 213, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the card pushing piece 215 pushes the playing cards from the card bearing piece 216 onto the card lifting plate 213, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, then the card lifting plate 213 lifts the playing cards on the table top of the playing card lifting machine, and the card bearing piece 216 and the card pushing piece 215 are reset. Like this, the playing card is all spacing by receiving card box 20 lateral wall or rising card seat 210 lateral wall in lift and propelling movement in-process, has avoided the playing card aversion in the action process to drop, does not need to set up the card holder that keeps off card box and structure complicacy among the prior art, and simple structure is compact, and the action is reasonable, and the operation is reliable, low in manufacturing cost.
Preferably, the card lifting device 21 further comprises a first cam 214, a second cam 217, a card lifting plate connecting rod 2131, a card pushing piece connecting rod 2151 and a card bearing piece connecting rod 2161, wherein the first cam 214 and the second cam 217 are coaxially arranged and driven by the card lifting motor 211 to synchronously rotate; one end of the card lifting plate connecting rod 2131 is hinged with the card lifting seat 210, the other end of the card lifting plate connecting rod 2131 is movably connected with the card lifting plate 213, and the card lifting plate connecting rod 2131 is movably connected with the first cam 214, so that the first cam 214 drives the card lifting plate 213 to lift up and down; one end of the card pushing piece connecting rod 2151 is hinged with the card lifting seat 210, the other end of the card pushing piece connecting rod 2151 is movably connected with the card pushing piece 215, and the card pushing piece connecting rod 2151 is movably connected with the second cam 217, so that the second cam 217 drives the card pushing piece 215 to slide inside and outside; one end of the card bearing member link 2161 is hinged with the card lifting seat 210, the other end of the card bearing member link 2161 is movably connected with the card bearing member 216, and the card bearing member link 2161 is movably connected with the first cam 214, so that the first cam 214 drives the card bearing member 216 to lift up and down. Thus, the two cams are arranged in parallel and coaxially to drive the card bearing piece 216, the card pushing piece 215 and the card lifting plate 213 respectively, so that the card lifting device is compact in structure, small in size and stable and reliable in action.
In this embodiment, the first cam 214 and the second cam 217 are preferably fixed to the same cam shaft 2171, and the cam shaft 2171 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the card raising motor 211 in the circumferential direction. The transmission structure is simple, compact and low in cost.
In this embodiment, the card lifting seat 210 is preferably provided with a sensor 219 for detecting the rotational positions of the first cam 214 and the second cam 217, and the cam shaft 2171 is fixed with a sensing member 2191 for triggering the sensor 219.
In this embodiment, the card lifting plate link 2131 and the card carrier link 2161 are preferably connected to the left and right sides of the first cam 214, respectively.
In this embodiment, the first cam 214 and the second cam 217 are disposed on the left and right sides of the card lifting base 210, respectively, and the space where they are located is shielded by the cam housing 212 and the cover 218, respectively, and the card lifting motor 211 is fixedly mounted on the cam housing 212.
In this embodiment, preferably, the card lifting plate 213 is matched with the guide sleeve hole and the guide chute on the card lifting seat 210 through the guide post 2132 of the card lifting plate at the bottom and the guide protrusions at two sides to realize up-and-down sliding connection.
