Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to beauty oil capable of repairing skin barriers.
Background
It is well known that the skin barrier is the outer coat of the stratum corneum of the epidermis, which is mainly composed of the sebaceous membrane and the stratum corneum. The healthy skin barrier can resist the entrance of external harmful substances, irritants and sunlight, and has the effects of moisturizing and regulating. When the skin barrier is broken, the loss of water through the skin increases and irritants and bacteria can enter the skin causing redness, inflammation and itching. Thus, the stratum corneum in the epidermis plays a crucial role in the skin barrier.
Vegetable oil has been recorded for more than 2000 years for beauty and skin care, and ancient Egyptian has the functional efficacy of applying oil on hair to relieve headache; the emissary beauty-the Aifeike beautiful jade of Kaiser emper, wipes the face, the hair and the body with olive oil, so that the skin is fine, glossy and elastic, the hair is black and bright, and the beauty is added.
With the development of chemical industry, the skin care products synthesized by chemistry replace the old natural products, the utilization rate of a plurality of natural oil is low, and the comprehensive utilization level is not high. However, since the 70 s, people began to pay attention to the importance of environmental protection after the phenomenon of "over-fertilization" was discovered in lakes and inland seas, and thus "returning to nature" was proposed, natural products were utilized to reduce pollution and protect ecology, and the concept of natural skin care was integrated into skin care products.
The total lipid content of human skin is about 3.5% to 6% of the total skin content, and sebum plays an important role in protecting the skin, maintaining the elasticity and luster of the skin, and inhibiting the production of certain pathogenic microorganisms. At present, products with the effect of repairing skin barriers usually repair intercellular spaces by means of supplementing ceramide, moisture and the like, but a layer of sebum membrane is always covered on the skin, so that the repairing effect is not ideal, the skin state is unstable, and skin problems caused by the damaged skin barrier are recurrent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the cosmetic oil capable of repairing the skin barrier aiming at the prior technical situation, the cosmetic oil is rich in various sebum components of human body essential fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, horny cell interstitium and various natural active substances such as natural fat-soluble vitamins, polyphenols, squalene, flavonoids and the like, can quickly form a sebum membrane under the skin, reduce the water loss of the horny layer, improve the water retention capacity of the skin, supplement nutrient substances required by the horny cell interstitium, promote the regeneration of the cells of the inner layer of the body, repair the damaged cells under the skin, enhance the self-renewal of the skin, maintain the good skin horny barrier, construct a good repairing environment, restore the facial oil balance and restore the healthy skin.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the beautifying oil capable of repairing skin barriers is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
the balance is the common external preparation base in cosmetics or dermatology.
The cosmetic or dermatological externally applied preparation matrix is a commonly used matrix which can be applied to cosmetics or dermatology and is well known to those skilled in the art, is cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable, and comprises one or more of an emulsifier, grease, an emollient, a humectant, a thickener, a polyalcohol, a preservative, a chelating agent and an essence.
The oil is one or more of vegetable oil, mineral oil and synthetic oil.
The olive oil is a product sold in the market, is native to the middle sea area, is "noble" in vegetable oil, and is known as "liquid gold" and "vegetable oil queen" based on the excellent natural health care efficacy. Olive oil contains abundant vitamin species, such as vitamin a, which has skin smoothing, tenderness and skin elasticity increasing effects; vitamin E can accelerate the metabolism of epidermal cells and keep the skin young for a longer time; vitamin B1 has the effect of smoothing out fine wrinkles in the skin, and the like. The olive oil contains more than 75 percent of oleic acid, so that the skin elasticity can be effectively maintained; high content of squalene is beneficial to scavenging free radicals; the rich unsaturated fatty acid, the vitamin D, K and the polyphenol antioxidant substances can effectively smooth the skin, prevent water loss, prevent skin aging and reestablish a healthy skin barrier. The olive oil has the most similar indexes to those of sebum secretion oil of human body, is easy to be absorbed, deeply permeates the skin, promotes the rehydration of skin stratum corneum cells, can form a protective film on the surface layer of the skin, and has excellent moisturizing effect on the skin.
Preferably, the olive oil extracted by cold pressing method contains unsaturated fatty acid and multiple natural fat-soluble vitamins, which can promote regeneration of inner layer cells of organism, repair subcutaneous damaged cells, and enhance skin self-renewal.
The Brazilian fruit seed oil is selected from amazon tropical rainforest, is a natural and green organic active component, is rich in abundant selenium (about 16-30 ug/l), is a trace element necessary for human bodies, is very important for human life activities, participates in the synthesis of various selenase and selenoprotein in human bodies, has strong antioxidant capacity, and effectively eliminates redundant free radicals. When active oxygen free radicals attack a water-oil protective layer of the skin, peroxidation reaction begins, sebum peroxidation directly changes barrier function, the stratum corneum is directly affected, the epidermis loses water locking capacity, cell differentiation is affected, parakeratosis is caused, the skin becomes dry and loses luster, and the Brazil nut oil is a natural skin barrier protection active ingredient, can effectively inhibit the phenomenon of sebum peroxidation, and can effectively improve skin firmness and elasticity. In addition, the Brazil nut oil provides the vitamins A, B, C and E for the skin, effectively improves the immunity of the skin and improves the skin quality; is rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid, and can promote skin regeneration and structure reconstruction and improve skin moisture retention.
Preferably, the brazil nut seed oil contains 65% oleic acid, 22% linoleic acid and 3% linolenic acid. Linoleic acid and linoleic acid are essential fatty acids for human body, can deeply permeate into skin to supplement skin nutrition, are important raw materials for synthesizing ceramide, and simultaneously, linolenic acid can reduce the content of arachidonic acid (factors related to inflammation), effectively maintain skin elasticity, resist skin sensitivity, help moisture regulation, enhance skin permeability, promote skin barrier repair and rebuild skin structure.
The crambe abyssinica seed oil is extracted from crambe plants in the mediterranean region, and is an annual herbaceous plant, and during harvesting, the crambe abyssinica seeds contain 26-33% of oil. The two sections of the deep sea camelina sativa seed oil not only has unique skin feel, but also has excellent regeneration and repair functions. This oil is unique because of its long carbon chain fatty acid component, which is a unique molecular structure not found in any other vegetable oils. It contains long carbon chain fatty acids and is concentrated in unsaturated 22 carbon fatty acids, which makes the fat highly resistant to oxidation. The skin care oil is rich in omega 9, omega 3, omega 6 and long-carbon-chain fatty acid (> 50% C22: 1) with high content, and endows the seed oil of the crambe bursa-pastoris with the barrier function of enhancing natural sebum, and can also leave a thin protective film on the skin surface to reduce percutaneous water loss to repair and moisturize.
The Eatopsis tetragona fruit oil belongs to the Palmaceae, is preferably from Eatopsis tetragona fruit oil of Amazon tropical rainforest, is rich in amino acids and anthocyanins, also contains various flavonoid components, unsaturated fatty acids (53.3% -60.9%) and squalene, has good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, enhances the expression level of anti-inflammatory enzyme, and has remarkable potential for treating inflammation. The vegetable Evola nervosa fruit oil has potential anti-angiogenesis and anti-inflammatory activity. In addition, the vegetable Evolvulus aegypti fruit oil is rich in various natural fat-soluble vitamins, can effectively resist skin aging, has extremely excellent skin permeability, obviously promotes skin cell regeneration, reconstructs skin structure, and repairs sunburn and dry skin.
Tests prove that the vegetable and edible Easter oil compounded with the Wushu alder seed oil has a synergistic effect, is similar to the fatty acid structure in the skin, influences the lipid structure of the horny layer of the skin, increases the lipid fluidity, and promotes the penetration and absorption of curative effect substances.
The Alnus cremastogyne seed oil of the invention is a commercial product (manufacturer: CLARIANT). The Alnus cremastogyne seed oil is liquid oil which is close to natural sebum of a human body, has very high unsaturation degree, quickly breaks through a skin barrier on the skin, permeates into subcutaneous tissues, moistens, retains water, prevents dryness, activates subcutaneous microcirculation and has good effects of moistening and softening the skin. Meanwhile, the unsaturated fatty acid in the Alnus cremastogyne seed oil can better promote the absorption of oil and nutrients according to the composition and proportion, and a natural protective film is formed on the skin to prevent the loss of water and nutrients. As is well known, vitamin E is a natural antioxidant, and on one hand, the vitamin E can effectively resist free radicals, inhibit the generation of lipid peroxide and remove chloasma; on the other hand, vitamin E can also remove excessive oxygen free radicals caused by external factors such as ultraviolet rays and air pollution, protect collagen from being damaged by the active oxygen free radicals, prevent sunburn, inhibit erythema generation, strengthen the skin barrier and the like.
The synergistic effect of the two sections of deep-sea camelina sativa seed oil and the five alder leaves seed oil improves the overall skin feel of the beauty oil.
The centella asiatica extract is a commercially available product (manufacturer: indena), and the present invention preferably derives from centella asiatica of Madagasca. TABLE 3 test results of human body moisture content
As can be seen from Table 3 and FIG. 1, the test area of the control (comparative example 1) showed less change in moisture content over time, higher than before application, due to the skin surface maintaining its own moisture balance; the water content of the tested area coated with the beauty oil skin cream of the embodiment 3 is increased firstly and then reduced slowly along with the prolonging of the time, because the beauty oil contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, the skin affinity is better, the beauty oil can rapidly break through the skin barrier and permeate into subcutaneous tissues, the water on the surface of the skin can be promoted to permeate into the skin, and a film can be formed on the surface of the skin, so that the evaporation speed of the water can be effectively reduced. The significance of the data difference was analyzed by software, and it was found that the comparative significance P of 2 tested areas was 0.402 (> 0.05) before applying the repair cream (example 3) and the control sample (comparative example 1), indicating no difference in the moisture content of the skin; after the cosmetic oil repair cream (example 3) and the control sample (comparative example 1) are coated for 60min, the significance P of the tested area of the cosmetic oil skin cream and the tested area of the control group is 0.0307 (< 0.05), which indicates that the moisture content of the skin is different and more significant; after 240min, the significance P of the test area of the cosmetic oil repair cream (example 3) and the test area of the control group (comparative example 1) is 0.0084 (< 0.01), which indicates that the difference of the moisture content of the skin is very significant. Therefore, the skin moisturizing capability can be enhanced by adding a proper amount of the beauty oil in the formula of the cream.
Barrier repair lotion
A barrier repair emulsion containing cosmetic oil capable of repairing skin barrier comprises the following raw materials in percentage:
the preparation method comprises the following steps: heating the oil phase and the water phase to 80 deg.C respectively, mixing the two phases, homogenizing for several minutes, adding 10% triethanolamine aqueous solution, stirring, cooling to 40 deg.C, adding herba Centellae extract, soybean lecithin, essence, and antiseptic, stirring, and discharging white fine uniform emulsion at 35 deg.C.
Experiment (four) human body test skin repair conditions:
1. study subjects: 30 volunteers aged 22-55 years, and the mean (38.67 + -9.75) years. Two test points were selected on the skin surface of the subject for testing the transdermal water loss of test point 1 and test point 2. Eliminating other skin diseases such as allergic dermatitis, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis or stasis eczema; excluding patients undergoing systemic treatment with steroids, antibiotics, antifungal agents and oral antihistaminic, immunomodulator drugs; subjects who participated in any other clinical trial or test for approximately 3 months were excluded. Each subject was informed of the entire study and signed an informed consent.
2. The treatment method comprises the following steps: the skin at test point 1 and test point 2 was applied to the test point with a 30% aqueous solution of K12 (sodium dodecyl sulfate) for 0.5 hour and washed off with clear water.
3. After disruption of the skin barrier, test point 1 and test point 2 were treated with the barrier repair milk prepared in example 5 of the present invention and the blank control of comparative example 2, respectively.
4. The processing method comprises the following steps: the barrier repair cream prepared in example 5 was applied to test point 1 and the conventional cream from the blank control of comparative example 2 was applied to test point 2 once in the morning and evening at 0.5ml each time until absorption.
5. And (3) testing: the water loss on the skin surface of test point 1 and test point 2 was measured by a skin transepidermal water loss measuring instrument (CK company, germany) on days 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 14 before and after the treatment. This test defines complete repair with the value of the pre-treatment transcutaneous water loss leveling.
6. The experimental results are as follows:
normally, the evaporation of water from the skin through The Epidermis (TEWL) is quite low due to an effective skin barrier. TEWL increased, indicating skin barrier damage.
As shown in fig. 2, it can be clearly seen that the transdermal water loss before treatment is 41%, the transdermal water loss of the skin is obviously reduced after 3 days of use in example 5, the skin completely recovers after 7 days, and the TEWL of the skin tends to be obviously reduced under the condition of continuous use; the skin loss through skin was also reduced in the blank control (comparative example 2), but was not restored after 7 days.
It is thus demonstrated that the TEWL (percutaneous water loss) value with the cosmetic oil of the invention is significantly reduced, indicating that the skin barrier is repaired. The invention can effectively protect the lipid barrier and reduce the water loss, thereby protecting the skin, promoting the formation of epidermis, better repairing the skin barrier and recovering healthy skin.
Experiment (v) study of skin permeability using tape stripping technique:
1. preparing a test solution:
test example 1: GTCC + 0.5% genistein;
test example 2: vegetable and edible Equisetum fruit oil + 0.5% genistein;
test example 3: 0.5 percent of genistein and five-alder seed oil of large cracked leaves;
test example 4: vegetable Egtai palm fruit oil, Alnus cremastogyne seed oil and 0.5 percent of genistein;
2. study subjects: age 22-48 years, average (32.55 + -7.76) years of 10 volunteers. Test points, test point 1, test point 2, test point 3 and test point 4 (each test point having an area of 2 x 2cm) were selected at 4 points on the forearm skin surface of the subject.
3. The processing method comprises the following steps: the products (test example 1, test example 2, test example 3, and test example 4) were applied to 4 test areas, respectively, and after 4 hours, the test areas were peeled off 20 times with an adhesive tape. Collecting each adhesive tape, extracting genistein with IPA filtration and concentration method, and measuring content of genistein with high performance liquid chromatography.
Adhesive tape classification: tape No1-2 skin surface layer
Tape No3-8 upper stratum corneum
Tape No9-14 stratum corneum middle layer
Tape No15-20 stratum corneum lower layer
4. The experimental results are as follows:
experimental results as shown in fig. 3 below, test example 1 stayed almost in the top layer of the skin and the upper layer of the stratum corneum; test example 2 and test example 3 mainly stayed in the upper and middle layers of the stratum corneum; test example 4 mainly stayed in the middle and lower layers of the stratum corneum. The experimental results prove that: the vegetable and edible Edeta palm fruit oil compounded with the Alnus cremastogyne seed oil has a penetrating effect on genistein which is obviously superior to that of other independently used oil, and a synergistic effect is obviously generated. After being mixed with the Alternaria catenulata fruit oil compounded with the Alnus crenulata seed oil, the vegetable Alternaria catenulata fruit oil is similar to the fatty acid structure in the skin, so that the lipid fluidity is increased, the penetration and absorption of curative substances are promoted, and the functional effect of the beauty oil is more remarkable.
