A long-lasting moisturizing lotion is characterized in that: the weight percentage of each component is as follows: 50-90% of deionized water, 10-20% of rose hydrosol, 0.2% of thickening agent AVC, 5-20% of glycerol, 5-20% of propylene glycol, 10% of olive oil unsaponifiable matter liposome and 0.1-1% of preservative; the olive oil unsaponifiable matter liposome comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-10% of olive oil unsaponifiable matter, 0.1-8% of glycolipid, 1-20% of lecithin, 1-30% of polyglycerol, 30-60% of glycerol and 10-70% of water.
2. A long-lasting moisturizing lotion according to claim 1, characterized by: the polyglycerol is one or more of polyglycerol-2, polyglycerol-3 and polyglycerol-10.
3. A process for preparing a long-lasting moisturizing lotion according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing and heating the olive oil unsaponifiable matter, the glycolipid, the lecithin, the polyglycerol and the glycerol until the materials are completely dissolved, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, adding water into the solution A while stirring to obtain emulsion, and then carrying out high-pressure homogenization treatment on the emulsion for 2-3 times to obtain the olive oil unsaponifiable matter liposome;
s3, adding the olive oil unsaponifiable liposome into an oil pan, adding glycerol and propylene glycol while stirring, uniformly mixing and heating to 65 ℃;
s4, adding deionized water and rose hydrosol into a water kettle, stirring and scattering a thickening agent AVC, stirring and heating to 85 ℃;
s5, pumping various raw materials in the water kettle into the milk kettle, homogenizing at medium speed for 3-5 minutes, pumping the raw materials in the oil kettle into the milk kettle while stirring, and cooling after stirring uniformly;
s6, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the preservative into the milk kettle, uniformly stirring, sampling, detecting, and discharging after the preservative is qualified.
4. The preparation process of the long-lasting moisturizing lotion as claimed in claim 3, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: in S2, a high-pressure homogenizer is used for high-pressure homogenization, and the high-pressure homogenizer is used for micronization and homogenization treatment of the dispersion in the emulsion.
