The toning lotion component contains unsaponifiable matter liposome, and the unsaponifiable matter liposome can be applied to transparent and semitransparent toning lotions as a moisturizing agent and a sebum repairing agent to prepare a transparent water aqua product with high moistening degree and long-term moisturizing, so that the problems of low moisturizing degree, high skin dehydration degree and insufficient moisturizing degree caused by the fact that a conventional transparent system only takes a water aqua moisturizing agent as a main component are solved.
