Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cervical vertebra nursing, in particular to a cervical vertebra nursing, correcting and positioning device for cervical vertebra diseases.
Background
The cervical vertebra refers to the cervical vertebra and is located below the head and above the thoracic vertebra. Is located in the cervical segment of the spine, and is surrounded by cervical marrow and the meninges. Connected by the intervertebral disc and ligaments, a lordotic physiological curvature is formed.
The cervical vertebra is characterized in that the vertebral body is small and oval, a transverse process hole is arranged on the transverse process, and the vertebral artery and the vertebral vein pass through the hole; the spinous process is short and branched; the joints of the upper and lower articular processes are approximately horizontal, so that the neck can move flexibly. The superior and inferior incisional tracks of adjacent vertebrae define the intervertebral foramen, through which the spinal nerves and blood vessels pass.
Office workers sit in front of a computer all day long or lean down to play friends with mobile phones have cervical vertebra discomfort of different degrees. The neck muscle group exercise can play an important role in the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis, and the improvement of the muscle strength of the neck muscle group is a key link for treating the cervical spondylosis.
Chinese patent No. 202010931006.6 discloses a rehabilitation corrector for abnormal curvature of cervical vertebrae in lying position, comprising: the waist and abdomen supporting plate is used for supporting the waist and back, one end of the waist and abdomen supporting plate is provided with an elastic neck support which can support and forwardly extrude the corresponding cervical vertebra during rectification movement, a massage head is arranged on the supporting surface of the waist and abdomen supporting plate, so that a patient feels more comfortable when using the apparatus, and the height of the waist and abdomen supporting plate relative to the horizontal plane can be adjusted through a telescopic rod; the head support is of a groove-shaped structure with a side blocking function and is used for supporting the head and enabling the head to be stressed to carry out downward pressing movement in all directions; and the elastic connecting device is used for connecting the waist and abdomen supporting plate and the head support.
Referring to the specification, the use mode is recorded, the neck of a patient exerts force, the head support is pressed down as much as possible to be in the extreme position, the head is maintained for 10 seconds, the head is slowly raised and restored to the initial position, the actions are repeated for 10 times to form a group; the neck of the patient exerts force, the head is rotated to the left or the right as far as possible, the head support is pressed to the extreme position, the rotation is slowly carried out for 10 seconds, the head support is restored to the initial position, the actions are carried out, and the steps are repeated for 10 times to form a group; the muscle strength can be effectively improved, the muscles can be pulled and relaxed, and the relevant acupuncture points can be stimulated to achieve the effect of relieving the relevant symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis or preventing the cervical spondylosis of patients without the cervical spondylosis by actively moving the muscles or muscle groups around the neck in all directions.
This patent still needs the patient oneself to make neck and neck brace produce the effect through the mode that the neck was hard in fact to the effect of neck muscle is tempered in the realization. However, the active force applied to the neck is not convenient to control and can not be maintained for a long time, so that the patent can not well realize the effect of correcting and positioning the curvature of the neck, and has room for improvement.
Therefore, the inventor designs a cervical vertebra nursing correcting and positioning device for cervical vertebra diseases, which is used for solving the problems.
