Tissue biopsy specimen stripper
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a tissue biopsy specimen stripper.
Background
The tissue biopsy by percutaneous puncture under the guidance of CT is a medical technology for obtaining cytological or histological specimen materials by utilizing puncture needles to puncture viscera or tissues percutaneously, and definite pathological diagnosis is widely applied to clinic. However, in practical operation, the problem that a biopsy specimen is difficult to peel off is often encountered, mainly because most of the conventional biopsy needles are groove-type cutting biopsy needles, a needle tube of the biopsy needle with the structure is matched with a needle core to form a biopsy cavity, the biopsy needle generally comprises three steps of puncturing a focus, cutting and obtaining the specimen, and often the specimen is difficult to peel off due to close fit between the specimen and the groove of the biopsy needle when the specimen is obtained in the third step, and the specimen can be peeled off by means of external force. The method has the problems of poor accuracy and integrity, long operation time, low working efficiency, unsatisfactory obtained samples and the like when the tissue samples are obtained.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a tissue biopsy specimen stripper which can rapidly and accurately obtain a complete qualified tissue specimen at one time for overcoming the defects of the prior art.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme, and provides a tissue biopsy specimen stripper which comprises a strip-shaped columnar holding part, wherein a blade end for cutting a tissue biopsy specimen and a burr brush end for stripping the tissue biopsy specimen are respectively arranged at two ends of the holding part, and the burr brush end is of a bilateral symmetrical flat single-row triangular burr brush structure.
Preferably, the blade end is an arc sawtooth-shaped blade.
Preferably, the longitudinal section of the burr brush end is triangular and the front end of the burr brush end is provided with an extension shaft, the rear end of the extension shaft is 3-8 mm away from the first long thorn, and the front end of the extension shaft is 1mm away from the first short thorn.
Preferably, the cross sections of the different positions of the brush end of the burr are bilaterally symmetrical triangles, and the length of the burr on one side with the extension shaft as the center is 1-3 mm.
Preferably, the length of the blade end is 15-25 mm.
Preferably, the length of the holding part is 40-60 mm.
Preferably, the length of the brush end of the burr is 15-25 mm.
Preferably, the holding part is provided with decorative patterns such as an oval shape and a curve so as to be convenient to hold and has the function of decoration and beautification.
After the scheme is adopted, the head end and the tail end of the tissue of the specimen can be respectively cut by utilizing the arc-shaped sawtooth-shaped blade end, and then the burr brush end is used for picking, rotating and stripping, so that the specimen is completely taken down; meanwhile, the bilateral symmetrical flat single-row burr brush can lift the whole specimen off the biopsy needle groove, so that the specimen is convenient to smear, and the integrity and the smearing uniformity of the biopsy specimen are ensured. When the invention is used, the doctor can conveniently and rapidly peel off and obtain a complete and qualified specimen in the operation by the methods of peeling, scraping, lifting and the like, thereby shortening the operation time, improving the working efficiency, being beneficial to reducing the probability of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis and being beneficial to ensuring the safety of the patient.
