Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system configuration according to an embodiment of the present invention. Although the mobile terminal is shown in the figure to be monitoring outside the sewage treatment plant, it should be clear to a person skilled in the art that the mobile terminal should also be monitoring inside the sewage treatment plant.
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in the figure, the transmission method of the sewage treatment monitoring message based on the low power consumption terminal comprises the following steps:
step 101: collecting sewage treatment monitoring information by a mobile terminal; in the present invention, sewage treatment should be interpreted broadly, which also includes sludge treatment; the sewage treatment monitoring message can comprise information such as the running state of the treatment equipment, the form of a treated product and the like;
step 102: responding to the collected sewage treatment monitoring information, and sending a scheduling request to the first base station by the mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is in double connection with the first base station and the second base station;
step 103: responding to the received scheduling request, forwarding the scheduling request to a second base station by the first base station, and sending a first downlink control message to the mobile terminal by the first base station, wherein the first downlink control message is located in a first CORESET, and the first downlink control message comprises an indication that the second base station is to send second downlink control information;
step 104: transmitting, by the second base station, a second downlink control message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the scheduling request, wherein the second downlink control message is located in the first CORESET, wherein a first symbol set used for transmitting the first downlink control message has a first association with a second symbol set used for transmitting the second downlink control message, wherein the first association is indicated in RRC signaling;
step 105: determining, by the mobile terminal, whether an indication that the second downlink control information is to be transmitted by the second base station is included in the first downlink control message in response to receiving the first downlink control message in the first CORESET;
step 106: if the indication that the second base station is to send the second downlink control information is judged to be included in the first downlink control message, continuing to determine a first symbol set for sending the first downlink control message by the mobile terminal;
step 107: determining, by the mobile terminal, a second set of symbols for transmitting a second downlink control message based on the first association, in response to determining the first set of symbols for transmitting the first downlink control message;
step 108: in response to determining the second set of symbols for transmitting the second downlink control message, the second downlink control message transmitted by the second base station is received by the mobile terminal on the second set of symbols.

Further, the transmission method of the sewage treatment monitoring message based on the low power consumption terminal comprises the following steps: sending, by the mobile terminal to the first base station, an indication to deactivate the second base station in response to sending the sewage treatment monitoring message to the first base station; in response to receiving the indication to deactivate the second base station, forwarding, by the first base station, the indication to deactivate the second base station to the second base station; stopping, by the mobile terminal, listening to a message sent by the second base station in response to sending an indication to the first base station to deactivate the second base station; in response to receiving the indication to deactivate the second base station, the second base station stops transmitting data to the mobile terminal.
Example 3
In a preferred embodiment, the method for transmitting the sewage treatment monitoring message based on the low power consumption terminal comprises the following steps: responding to the received scheduling request, forwarding the scheduling request to a second base station by the first base station, and sending a first downlink control message to the mobile terminal by the first base station, wherein the first downlink control message is located in a first CORESET, and the first downlink control message comprises an indication that the second base station is to send second downlink control information; transmitting, by the second base station, a second downlink control message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the scheduling request, wherein the second downlink control message is located in the first CORESET, wherein the first set of subcarriers for transmitting the first downlink control message has a second association with the second set of subcarriers for transmitting the second downlink control message, wherein the second association is indicated in RRC signaling; determining, by the mobile terminal, whether an indication that the second downlink control information is to be transmitted by the second base station is included in the first downlink control message in response to receiving the first downlink control message in the first CORESET; if the indication that the second downlink control information is to be transmitted by the second base station is judged to be included in the first downlink control message, continuing to determine a first set of subcarriers for transmitting the first downlink control message by the mobile terminal; determining, by the mobile terminal, a second set of subcarriers for transmitting a second downlink control message based on the second association, in response to determining the first set of subcarriers for transmitting the first downlink control message; in response to determining the second set of subcarriers for transmitting the second downlink control message, receiving, by the mobile terminal, the second downlink control message transmitted by the second base station on the second set of subcarriers.

The invention provides a sewage treatment monitoring message transmission system based on a low power consumption terminal, which comprises: a unit for collecting a sewage treatment monitoring message by a mobile terminal; the method comprises the steps of responding to collected sewage treatment monitoring information, and sending a scheduling request to a first base station by a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is in double connection with the first base station and a second base station; means for forwarding, by the first base station to the second base station, the scheduling request in response to receiving the scheduling request, and transmitting, by the first base station, a first downlink control message to the mobile terminal, wherein the first downlink control message is located in a first CORESET, and wherein the first downlink control message includes an indication that the second base station is to transmit second downlink control information; means for transmitting, by the second base station, a second downlink control message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the scheduling request, wherein the second downlink control message is located in the first CORESET, wherein a first set of symbols for transmitting the first downlink control message has a first association with a second set of symbols for transmitting the second downlink control message, wherein the first association is indicated in the RRC signaling; means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether an indication that second downlink control information is to be transmitted for the second base station is included in the first downlink control message in response to receiving the first downlink control message in the first CORESET; means for continuing, by the mobile terminal, to determine a first set of symbols for transmitting the first downlink control message if it is determined that an indication is included in the first downlink control message that the second downlink control information is to be transmitted for the second base station; means for determining, by the mobile terminal, a second set of symbols for transmitting a second downlink control message based on the first association, in response to determining the first set of symbols for transmitting the first downlink control message; means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a second downlink control message transmitted by the second base station on a second set of symbols in response to determining the second set of symbols for transmitting the second downlink control message.

Further, the transmission system of sewage treatment monitoring information based on the low power consumption terminal comprises: means for sending, by the mobile terminal to the first base station, an indication to deactivate the second base station in response to sending the sewage treatment monitoring message to the first base station; means for forwarding, by the first base station, the indication to deactivate the second base station to the second base station in response to receiving the indication to deactivate the second base station; means for stopping, by the mobile terminal, listening to messages sent by the second base station in response to sending an indication to the first base station to deactivate the second base station; means for, in response to receiving an indication to deactivate the second base station, the second base station ceasing to transmit data to the mobile terminal.
Further, the transmission system of sewage treatment monitoring information based on the low power consumption terminal comprises: means for forwarding, by the first base station to the second base station, the scheduling request in response to receiving the scheduling request, and transmitting, by the first base station, a first downlink control message to the mobile terminal, wherein the first downlink control message is located in a first CORESET, and wherein the first downlink control message includes an indication that the second base station is to transmit second downlink control information; means for transmitting, by the second base station, a second downlink control message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the scheduling request, wherein the second downlink control message is located in the first CORESET, wherein the first set of subcarriers for transmitting the first downlink control message has a second association with the second set of subcarriers for transmitting the second downlink control message, wherein the second association is indicated in RRC signaling; means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether an indication that second downlink control information is to be transmitted for the second base station is included in the first downlink control message in response to receiving the first downlink control message in the first CORESET; means for continuing, by the mobile terminal, to determine a first set of subcarriers for transmitting the first downlink control message if it is determined that the first downlink control message includes an indication that the second downlink control information is to be transmitted for the second base station; means for determining, by the mobile terminal, a second set of subcarriers for transmitting a second downlink control message based on the second association, in response to determining the first set of subcarriers for transmitting the first downlink control message; means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a second downlink control message sent by the second base station on a second set of subcarriers in response to determining the second set of subcarriers for sending the second downlink control message.

Claims (10)

1. A transmission method of a sewage treatment monitoring message based on a low power consumption terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting sewage treatment monitoring information by a mobile terminal;
responding to the collected sewage treatment monitoring message, and sending a scheduling request to a first base station by a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is in double connection with the first base station and a second base station;
in response to receiving the scheduling request, forwarding, by the first base station, the scheduling request to the second base station, and sending, by the first base station, a first downlink control message to the mobile terminal, where the first downlink control message is located in a first CORESET, and the first downlink control message includes an indication that the second base station is to send second downlink control information;
transmitting, by a second base station, a second downlink control message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the scheduling request, wherein the second downlink control message is located in the first CORESET, wherein a first symbol set used for transmitting the first downlink control message has a first association with a second symbol set used for transmitting the second downlink control message, wherein the first association is indicated in RRC signaling;
determining, by a mobile terminal, in response to receiving the first downlink control message in the first CORESET, whether an indication that the second base station is to transmit second downlink control information is included in the first downlink control message;
if the first downlink control message is judged to include an indication that the second base station is to send second downlink control information, continuing to determine, by the mobile terminal, a first symbol set for sending the first downlink control message;
determining, by the mobile terminal, a second set of symbols for transmitting the second downlink control message based on the first association, in response to determining the first set of symbols for transmitting the first downlink control message;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, a second downlink control message sent by a second base station on a second set of symbols in response to determining the second set of symbols for sending the second downlink control message.
2. The method for transmitting sewage treatment monitoring messages based on low-power-consumption terminals according to claim 1, wherein the method for transmitting sewage treatment monitoring messages based on low-power-consumption terminals comprises the following steps:
receiving, by a mobile terminal, a sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction in a first set of symbols of a second slot in response to receiving the first downlink control message in a first slot, wherein resources for transmitting the sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction are transmitted in the first downlink control message, wherein the mobile terminal further receives a third downlink control message transmitted by a first base station in a second set of symbols of the second slot, wherein a first symbol of the first set of symbols of the second slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second set of symbols of the second slot;
in response to correctly receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction, transmitting, by a mobile terminal, an ACK message to the first base station in a third symbol set of a third slot, wherein the mobile terminal also receives, in a second symbol set of the third slot, a fourth downlink control message transmitted by the first base station, wherein the mobile terminal also receives, in a first symbol set of the third slot, a downlink data message transmitted by the first base station, wherein a first symbol of the first symbol set of the third slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second symbol set of the third slot, wherein a first symbol of the second symbol set of the third slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the third symbol set of the third slot, wherein resources for transmitting the downlink data message are indicated in the third downlink control message, after receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message uploading instruction and before sending the ACK message, the mobile terminal enters a dormant state;
in response to correctly receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction, and in response to receiving the fourth downlink control message and the downlink data message, transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a second ACK message to the first base station in a third symbol set of a fourth slot, wherein the second ACK message is used to indicate correct reception of the downlink data message, wherein the mobile terminal also receives, in the second symbol set of the fourth slot, a fifth downlink control message transmitted by the first base station, wherein the mobile terminal transmits the sewage treatment monitoring message to the first base station in a first symbol set of the fourth slot, wherein a first symbol of the first symbol set of the fourth slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second symbol set of the fourth slot, and a first symbol of the second symbol set of the fourth slot is a third symbol immediately following the fourth slot A first symbol after a last symbol of a set of numbers, wherein resources for transmitting the sewage treatment monitoring message are indicated in the fourth downlink control message, wherein the mobile terminal enters a sleep state after receiving the downlink data message and before transmitting the second ACK message.
3. The method for transmitting the sewage treatment monitoring message based on the low power consumption terminal in claim 2, wherein the method for transmitting the sewage treatment monitoring message based on the low power consumption terminal comprises the following steps:
receiving, by a mobile terminal, a sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction sent by a second base station in a first symbol set of a second slot in response to receiving the second downlink control message in a first slot, wherein resources used for sending the sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction are sent in the second downlink control message, wherein the mobile terminal also receives a sixth downlink control message sent by the second base station in the second symbol set of the second slot, wherein a first symbol of the first symbol set of the second slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second symbol set of the second slot;
in response to correctly receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction, transmitting, by a mobile terminal, an ACK message to the second base station in a third symbol set of a third time slot, wherein the mobile terminal also receives, in a second symbol set of the third time slot, a seventh downlink control message transmitted by the second base station, wherein the mobile terminal also receives, in a first symbol set of the third time slot, a downlink data message transmitted by the second base station, wherein a first symbol of the first symbol set of the third time slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second symbol set of the third time slot, wherein a first symbol of the second symbol set of the third time slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the third symbol set of the third time slot, wherein resources for transmitting the downlink data message are indicated in the sixth downlink control message, after receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message uploading instruction and before sending the ACK message, the mobile terminal enters a dormant state;

in response to receiving the indication to deactivate the second base station, forwarding, by the first base station, the indication to deactivate the second base station to the second base station;
stopping, by the mobile terminal, listening to messages sent by the second base station in response to sending an indication to the first base station to deactivate the second base station;
in response to receiving the indication to deactivate the second base station, the second base station stops sending data to the mobile terminal.
5. The method for transmitting sewage treatment monitoring messages based on low-power-consumption terminals according to claim 4, wherein the method for transmitting sewage treatment monitoring messages based on low-power-consumption terminals comprises the following steps:
in response to receiving the scheduling request, forwarding, by the first base station, the scheduling request to the second base station, and sending, by the first base station, a first downlink control message to the mobile terminal, where the first downlink control message is located in the first CORESET, and the first downlink control message includes an indication that the second base station is to send second downlink control information;
transmitting, by a second base station, a second downlink control message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the scheduling request, wherein the second downlink control message is located in the first CORESET, wherein a first set of subcarriers used for transmitting the first downlink control message has a second association with a second set of subcarriers used for transmitting the second downlink control message, wherein the second association is indicated in RRC signaling;
determining, by a mobile terminal, in response to receiving the first downlink control message in the first CORESET, whether an indication that the second base station is to transmit second downlink control information is included in the first downlink control message;
if the first downlink control message is judged to comprise an indication that the second base station is to send second downlink control information, continuing to determine a first subcarrier set for sending the first downlink control message by the mobile terminal;
determining, by the mobile terminal, a second set of subcarriers for transmitting the second downlink control message based on the second association, in response to determining the first set of subcarriers for transmitting the first downlink control message;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, a second downlink control message sent by a second base station on a second set of subcarriers in response to determining the second set of subcarriers for sending the second downlink control message.

means for transmitting, by a second base station, a second downlink control message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the scheduling request, wherein the second downlink control message is located in the first CORESET, wherein a first set of symbols used to transmit the first downlink control message has a first association with a second set of symbols used to transmit the second downlink control message, wherein the first association is indicated in RRC signaling;
means for determining, by a mobile terminal, whether an indication to the second base station to send second downlink control information is included in the first downlink control message in response to receiving the first downlink control message in the first CORESET;
means for continuing, by a mobile terminal, to determine a first set of symbols for transmitting the first downlink control message if it is determined that an indication is included in the first downlink control message that second downlink control information is to be transmitted for the second base station;
means for determining, by a mobile terminal, a second set of symbols for transmitting the second downlink control message based on the first association, in response to determining the first set of symbols for transmitting the first downlink control message;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a second downlink control message sent by a second base station on a second set of symbols in response to determining the second set of symbols for sending the second downlink control message.
7. The low-power-consumption-terminal-based sewage treatment monitoring message transmission system according to claim 6, wherein the low-power-consumption-terminal-based sewage treatment monitoring message transmission system comprises:
means for receiving, by a mobile terminal, a pollutant treatment monitoring message upload instruction in a first set of symbols of a second slot in response to receiving the first downlink control message in a first slot, wherein resources for transmitting the pollutant treatment monitoring message upload instruction are transmitted in the first downlink control message, wherein the mobile terminal also receives a third downlink control message transmitted by a first base station in a second set of symbols of the second slot, wherein a first symbol of the first set of symbols of the second slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second set of symbols of the second slot;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal to the first base station, an ACK message in a third symbol set of a third slot in response to correctly receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction, wherein the mobile terminal also receives a fourth downlink control message transmitted by the first base station in a second symbol set of the third slot, wherein the mobile terminal also receives a downlink data message transmitted by the first base station in a first symbol set of the third slot, wherein a first symbol of the first symbol set of the third slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second symbol set of the third slot, wherein a first symbol of the second symbol set of the third slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the third symbol set of the third slot, wherein resources for transmitting the downlink data message are indicated in the third downlink control message, after receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message uploading instruction and before sending the ACK message, the mobile terminal enters a dormant state;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal to the first base station in a third symbol set of a fourth slot in response to correctly receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction and in response to receiving the fourth downlink control message and the downlink data message, a second ACK message indicating correct reception of the downlink data message, wherein the mobile terminal further receives a fifth downlink control message transmitted by the first base station in the second symbol set of the fourth slot, wherein the mobile terminal transmits the sewage treatment monitoring message to the first base station in a first symbol set of the fourth slot, wherein a first symbol of the first symbol set of the fourth slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second symbol set of the fourth slot, the first symbol of the second set of symbols of the fourth slot is the first symbol immediately following the last symbol of the third set of symbols of the fourth slot, wherein resources for transmitting the sewage treatment monitoring message are indicated in the fourth downlink control message, wherein the mobile terminal enters a sleep state after receiving the downlink data message and before transmitting the second ACK message.
8. The system for transmitting sewage treatment monitoring messages based on low power consumption terminals according to claim 7, wherein the system for transmitting sewage treatment monitoring messages based on low power consumption terminals comprises:
means for receiving, by a mobile terminal, a pollutant monitoring message upload instruction sent by a second base station in a first symbol set of a second slot in response to receiving the second downlink control message in a first slot, wherein resources used to send the pollutant monitoring message upload instruction are sent in the second downlink control message, wherein the mobile terminal also receives a sixth downlink control message sent by the second base station in the second symbol set of the second slot, wherein a first symbol of the first symbol set of the second slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second symbol set of the second slot;

means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal to the second base station in a third symbol set of a fourth slot in response to correctly receiving the sewage treatment monitoring message upload instruction and in response to receiving the seventh downlink control message and the downlink data message, a second ACK message indicating correct reception of the downlink data message, wherein the mobile terminal further receives a fifth downlink control message transmitted by a first base station in the second symbol set of the fourth slot, wherein the mobile terminal transmits the sewage treatment monitoring message to the second base station in a first symbol set of the fourth slot, wherein a first symbol of the first symbol set of the fourth slot is a first symbol immediately following a last symbol of the second symbol set of the fourth slot, the first symbol of the second set of symbols of the fourth slot is the first symbol immediately following the last symbol of the third set of symbols of the fourth slot, wherein resources for transmitting the sewage treatment monitoring message are indicated in the seventh downlink control message, wherein the mobile terminal enters a sleep state after receiving the downlink data message and before transmitting the second ACK message.

means for determining, by a mobile terminal, whether an indication to the second base station to send second downlink control information is included in the first downlink control message in response to receiving the first downlink control message in the first CORESET;
means for continuing, by a mobile terminal, to determine a first set of subcarriers for transmitting the first downlink control message if it is determined that an indication is included in the first downlink control message that second downlink control information is to be transmitted for the second base station;
