Abstract
本发明提供了一种改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸及其制备方法和应用,所述卷烟纸包括如下按质量百分比计算的组分:纤维60~85%;填料10~20%;改性淀粉1~20%;着色剂0.001~1%;固色剂0.001~1%。所述卷烟纸含有改性淀粉、着色剂,其中,着色剂提供彩色的卷烟纸,改性淀粉防止芯材中丙二醇、丙三醇、香精香料及其他添加剂渗透引起的黄斑问题,延长加热卷烟存储时间,改善加热卷烟存储外观,黄斑率小于5%。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟纸技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着现代技术的发展、世界各国政府控烟力度的不断加强及人们对自身健康不断的重视,世界烟草市场产品结构的不断变化,加热卷烟将逐渐发展成为传统卷烟的替代品。加热卷烟采用非燃烧方式通过电、碳、化学等方式加热卷烟雾化剂产生含有烟碱、香味等成分的烟雾达到与传统卷烟相似的消费体验;加热卷烟与传统卷烟相比大幅度减少危害成分。
加热卷烟主要通过加热引起甘油、丙二醇、丙三醇等易挥发物质雾化产生近似卷烟燃烧的烟雾,带给消费者更加接近传统卷烟的抽吸体验;因此,加热卷烟芯材中含有大量的甘油、丙二醇等易挥发物质,加热卷烟储存时,芯材中的甘油、丙二醇、丙三醇、水、香精香料及有色物质等容易渗透到卷烟纸表面,导致加热卷烟外观泛黄甚至产生黄斑直接影响消费者视觉冲击力,减少消费者购买热情。
目前彩色卷烟纸应用于加热卷烟芯材却鲜有报道,与传统白色卷烟纸相比,彩色卷烟纸附加值高,要求先进的技术及设备;但彩色的卷烟纸更容易受到黄斑的影响,降低消费者的购买欲。
目前,针对传统的白色卷烟存储外观出现黄斑问题,一般在卷烟纸中加入防水剂、防油剂;或者是在卷烟纸中加入金属层和防水防油层结合来防止渗透,但是这种效果不明显,且还会影响抽吸,例如中国专利(CN110973694A)公开了一种防止发烟介质中物质外渗和扩散的卷烟及其制备方法,采用金属层和防水防油层来防渗透。
发明内容
本发明为克服卷烟纸易出现黄斑的缺陷,提供一种改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸的制备方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种改性淀粉在加热卷烟纸中作为降低加热卷烟纸的黄斑率的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸,包括如下按重量百分比计算的组分:
本发明提供了一种改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸,所述卷烟纸含有改性淀粉、着色剂,其中,着色剂可以提供彩色的卷烟纸,而改性淀粉防止芯材中丙二醇、丙三醇、水、香精香料及其它添加剂渗透引起的黄斑问题,延长加热卷烟存储时间,改善加入卷烟存储外观,这可能是因为改性淀粉一方面能够降低卷烟纸张空隙率,阻止芯材有色物质通过毛细管作用而透过卷烟纸表面形成黄斑;另一方面改性淀粉能够降低卷烟纸表面张力,减少芯材有色物质渗透到卷烟纸的表面泛黄甚至形成黄斑。
优选地,所述改性淀粉为双醛淀粉、阳离子淀粉、氧化淀粉、酯化淀粉、交联淀粉、醚化淀粉、酸处理淀粉中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述纤维为木浆、麻浆或竹浆纤维中的一种或多种组成。
优选地,所述填料为碳酸钙或滑石粉中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述着色剂为巧克力棕着色剂、巧克力棕HT着色剂、胭脂红着色剂、柠檬黄着色剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述固色剂为阳离子树脂型固色剂、反应型无醛固色剂、季铵盐无醛固色剂、聚羧酸类反应性固色剂中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.将改性淀粉配制成改性淀粉涂布液,加入消泡剂共混;
S2.在上述步骤S1配制好的改性淀粉涂布液中加入着色剂和固色剂混合;
S3.将上述步骤S2配制好的涂布液涂布到卷烟纸中,烘干,收卷。
优选地,步骤S3所述烘干方式为红外烘干、热缸烘干或热风烘干中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述步骤S1中的改性淀粉涂布液的温度为25~80℃。
所述步骤S1中消泡剂为醇类消泡剂、脂肪酸酯类消泡剂或醚类消泡剂中的一种或多种。
所述的步骤S1中消泡剂添加量为淀粉涂布液重量的0.001~0.2%。
改性淀粉在加热卷烟纸中作为降低加热卷烟纸的黄斑率的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸,所述卷烟纸含有改性淀粉、着色剂,其中,着色剂可以提供彩色的卷烟纸,改性淀粉防止芯材中丙二醇、丙三醇、水、香精香料及其它添加剂渗透引起的黄斑问题,延长加热卷烟存储时间,改善加入卷烟存储外观,黄斑率小于5%。

实施例中的原料均可通过市售得到;
纤维:白龙木浆CENIBRA日本-巴西纤维素公司
填料:食品级碳酸钙,广西金山化工有限公司
改性淀粉A:酸处理淀粉;
改性淀粉B:阳离子淀粉;
改性淀粉C:氧化淀粉;
改性淀粉D:酯化淀粉;
改性淀粉E:交联淀粉;
改性淀粉均为市售。
着色剂A:巧克力棕着色剂;
着色剂B:巧克力棕HT着色剂;
着色剂C:胭脂红着色剂;
着色剂D:柠檬黄着色剂;
着色剂均为市售;
固色剂:食品级,河南佳润生物科技有限公司
除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方法和设备。
本实施例和对比例的卷烟纸通过下述方法制备得到,实施例和对比例的配方见表1~2。
S1.将改性淀粉配制成改性淀粉涂布液,加入消泡剂共混。
S2.在上述步骤S1配制好的改性淀粉涂布液中加入着色剂和固色剂。
S3.将上述步骤S2配制好的改性淀粉及着色剂涂布液通过涂布机涂布到卷烟纸中,烘干,收卷。

上述实施例和对比例均通过下述方法测试卷烟纸的性能:
黄斑率:相同条件下,在恒温恒湿箱中,设计温度25℃,湿度80%rH,36小时卷烟纸上黄斑面积占卷烟纸总面积的百分比;
透气度:根据YC/T 172-2002/1SO 2965:1997测定;
定量:根据GB/T 451.2-2002测定;
伸长率、抗张强度:根据GB/T 12914-91测定。
表3实施例和对比例的数据
从实施例3~6看,选择不同颜色的着色剂,能够得到不同颜色的加热卷烟纸,黄斑率低以及其他性能都较好。
从实施例7~10看,加入不同的改性淀粉也能够降低黄斑率,其他效果较好。
从对比例1看,不加入改性淀粉,其黄斑率大幅度上升,存储时间明显降低。

2.根据权利要求1所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述改性淀粉为双醛淀粉、阳离子淀粉、氧化淀粉、酯化淀粉、交联淀粉、醚化淀粉、酸处理淀粉中的一种或者多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述纤维为木浆、麻浆或竹浆纤维中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述填料为碳酸钙或滑石粉中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述着色剂为巧克力棕着色剂、巧克力棕HT着色剂、胭脂红着色剂、柠檬黄着色剂中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述固色剂为阳离子树脂型固色剂、反应型无醛固色剂、季铵盐无醛固色剂、聚羧酸类反应性固色剂中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.将改性淀粉配制成改性淀粉涂布液,加入消泡剂共混;
S2.在上述步骤S1配制好的改性淀粉涂布液中加入着色剂和固色剂混合;
S3.将上述步骤S2配制好的涂布液涂布到卷烟纸中,烘干,收卷。
8.根据权利要求7所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3所述烘干方式为红外烘干、热缸烘干或热风烘干中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求7所述改善加热卷烟储存外观的卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的改性淀粉涂布液的温度为25~80℃。
10.改性淀粉在加热卷烟纸中作为降低加热卷烟纸的黄斑率的应用。
