Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, in particular to an amino acid protein textile fabric with skin care and moisture retention functions.
Background
With the continuous development of science and technology, textile fabrics meeting different requirements of people are in a large number, so as to meet the requirements of consumers, and play an increasingly important role in daily life of people.
Most of the existing fabrics adopt simple structural design, a yarn is formed by blending and weaving a plurality of fibers, and then the yarn is woven to form the fabric. The fabric has single function, poor skin affinity and skin care performance, and is easy to cause skin allergy of users. Therefore, the amino acid protein textile fabric capable of protecting and moisturizing skin is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the amino acid protein textile fabric with skin care and moisture retention, which is prepared by extracting collagen from animals or plants and spinning the collagen into fibers suitable for manufacturing the textile fabric through a technology, so that the amino acid protein textile fabric is manufactured.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the amino acid protein textile fabric capable of protecting and moisturizing skin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-45% of cod liver oil, 5-45% of sunflower oil, 5-10% of carrier fiber and 65-75% of cotton fiber.
Further, the carrier fiber is viscose fiber, nylon fiber, polyester fiber or spandex fiber.
A manufacturing method of an amino acid protein textile fabric with skin care and moisture retention functions comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively weighing 5% -45% cod liver oil (or 5% -45% sunflower seed oil), 5% -10% carrier fiber and
65-75% of cotton fiber is used as raw material;
(2) removing impurities in the carrier fiber raw material by a steaming pre-compressor;
(3) dissolving the carrier fiber filtered in the step (2) to regenerate carrier fiber stock solution;
(4) adding cod liver oil into the stock solution of carrier fiber, mixing to obtain a mixed solution, and adjusting the concentration to 9.0 ℃ -
9.3mol/L;
(5) Cooling the mixed solution in the step (4) to normal temperature, filtering, and dialyzing with a polyethylene glycol solution with the molecular weight of 6000-15000 and the concentration of 5-40 wt%, wherein multiple times of dialysis are 2-5 times, and the time of multiple times of dialysis is 10-40 hours, so as to obtain a textile solution;
(6) taking the textile solution in the step (5) as a coagulating bath through an alcohol water solution, carrying out wet spinning at 15-35 ℃, carrying out 1-3 times of post-stretching on the obtained nascent amino acid protein fiber, and carrying out heat treatment at 60-120 ℃ to obtain the amino acid protein fiber;
(7) and blending and weaving the prepared amino acid protein fiber and cotton fiber to form the amino acid protein textile fabric.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention prepares the amino acid protein textile fabric by processing the collagen extracted from the fishes and the plants and superposing the collagen with the carrier fiber together and then spinning the fiber suitable for manufacturing the textile fabric by the technology, thereby effectively maintaining the original characteristic attribute of the collagen, having the characteristics of skin friendliness and skin care, preserving heat, preventing skin allergy and the like, permanently keeping the functions in the fiber and not losing after being washed for many times.
Detailed Description

The amino acid protein textile fabric capable of protecting and moisturizing skin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 28% cod liver oil, 28% sunflower oil, 6% carrier fiber and 66% cotton fiber.
The carrier fiber is viscose fiber, polyamide fiber, polyester fiber or spandex fiber.
A manufacturing method of an amino acid protein textile fabric with skin care and moisture retention functions comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively weighing 28% cod liver oil (or 28% sunflower seed oil), 6% viscose fiber and 66% cotton fiber as raw materials;
(2) removing impurities in viscose fiber raw materials by a steaming pre-compressor;
(3) dissolving the viscose fiber filtered in the step (2) to regenerate viscose fiber stock solution;
(4) adding cod liver oil into viscose stock solution, mixing well to obtain mixed solution, adjusting the concentration to 9.1 mol/L;
(5) cooling the mixed solution in the step (4) to normal temperature, filtering, dialyzing by using polyethylene glycol solution with the molecular weight of 10000 and the concentration of 20 wt%, wherein the dialysis adopts multiple dialysis, the times of the multiple dialysis are 4 times, and the time of the multiple dialysis is 25 hours, so as to obtain textile liquid;
(6) carrying out wet spinning on the textile solution in the step (5) by taking an alcohol-water solution as a coagulating bath at 25 ℃, carrying out 2-time post-stretching on the obtained nascent amino acid protein fiber, and carrying out heat treatment at 90 ℃ to obtain the amino acid protein fiber;
