洗洁精膏顾名思义就是一种能清洁卫生用的洗涤用品,广范使用在餐具、厨具方面。传统洗洁精膏主要以化学合成表面活性剂(如LAS、AS、AES、SAS等)为原料,但它们大多不易降解或无法降解,使用此类洗洁剂清洗果蔬餐具,如果冲洗不彻底会有残留,日积月累,影响人体健康。而且大量使用此类洗洁剂,容易污染水体,影响生态环境。
中国专利CN107502473B公开了一种洗洁精,主要由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:主体表面活性剂15~20%、增稠稳泡剂0.1~5%、无机盐0~4%、防腐剂0.05~0.55%、香精0~0.3%、水至100%;其中,主体表面活性剂至少包含有直链烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐,以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和/或α-烯基磺酸钠。该洗洁精容易增稠,去污力强,成本低,但是,在合成配方中大量采用大量采用了不能够降解的表面活性剂,会污染水源,造成水体富营养化,进而引起环境问题。
中国专利CN109439466A公开了一种天然环保洗洁精,包括以下重量组分:皂角粉提取液20~30份、卵磷脂10~20份、氧化型茶多酚2~6份、食用香精1~3份、矿物油3~5份、海藻提取物1~3份、芦荟油0.4~1份、乳酸钠12份、甘氨酸0.2~0.6份,该洗洁精采用多种天然材料制成,易于降解,无污染,对环境友好,但是,天然提取的表面活性剂的去污能力较弱,往往需要较多的含量才能和传统的表面活性剂起到相同的效果。
因此,含有可降解的合成表面活性剂的洗洁精膏才是市场所需的趋势。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保洗洁精膏及其制备方法,采用香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠替代传统的阴离子表面活性剂,香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠采用可再生的香叶醇作为疏水长链端,磺基乙酸酯钠作为亲水短链端,具有和传统的阴离子表面活性剂相当的去污能力,并且拥有传统表面活性剂所不具有的可再生性和可降解性,环保洗洁精膏采用香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰子油二乙醇酰胺复配,去污效果好,且无污染、易于降解。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下方案实现的:
一种环保洗洁精膏,以质量百分含量计,由如下原料制成:
香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠14.0%~20.0%、椰子油二乙醇酰胺4.0%~12.0%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.0%~4.0%、柠檬酸钠0.1%~0.3%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5%~2.0%、羟丙基甲基纤维素1.5%~2.5%、食盐6.0%~8.0%、凯松0.1%~0.3%、香精0.3%~0.5%和去离子水50.4%~72.5%,所述原料的质量百分含量之和为100%。
优选的,所述的环保洗洁精膏,以质量百分含量计,由如下原料制成:香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠16.0%~18.0%、椰子油二乙醇酰胺6.0%~9.0%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5%~3.0%、柠檬酸钠0.15%~0.25%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.0%~2.0%、羟丙基甲基纤维素1.8%~2.2%、食盐6.5%~7.5%、凯松0.15%~0.25%、香精0.35%~0.45%和去离子水55.5%~68.5%,所述原料的质量百分含量之和为100%。
优选的,所述香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠的制备方法为:
(1)向反应容器中加入香叶醇与氯乙酸,开始加热并搅拌,缓慢升温至80-90℃后反应12-18h,反应完毕,将上述溶液分别用水和甲醇洗涤,减压蒸馏得到香叶酰氯乙酸酯;
(2)将香叶酰氯乙酸酯和无水乙醇在室温下进行搅拌反应,制得香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液;
(3)在容器中加入亚硫酸钠和去离子水,制得亚硫酸钠水溶液;
(4)在室温下,将步骤(3)配制好的亚硫酸钠水溶液缓慢加入步骤(2)中的香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液的反应容器中,滴加完毕后,缓慢将反应的温度升至90-98℃,反应4-6h,反应结束,冷却加入乙醇,过滤溶液,除去无机盐,然后使用旋转蒸发仪除去乙醇水溶剂,制得香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠。
优选的,所述的香叶醇和氯乙酸的质量比为80-100:65-70。
优选的,所述的香叶酰氯乙酸酯、亚硫酸钠、无水乙醇和去离子水的质量比例为100:70-75:155-165:45-50。
优选的,所述环保洗洁精膏的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应容器中,加热水温至60-70℃时加入香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠,搅拌至完全溶解后加入椰子油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,继续搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、食盐、凯松和香精添加到溶液A中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,然后降温到45℃,得到溶液B;
(3)使用柠檬酸钠调节溶液B的pH值至中性,得到C溶液;
(4)将所述的C溶液置于干燥器内,在80℃以上的高温状态下进行水分蒸发,制得含水量不超过6%的环保洗洁精膏。
与现有技术相比,本发明方法的有益效果是:
(1)本发明用于的玻璃杯的抗菌自清洁清洗剂,以香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰子油二乙醇酰胺形成复配表面活性剂,以柠檬酸钠,乙二胺四乙酸二钠作为螯合剂,以羟丙基甲基纤维素和食盐作为增稠剂,以凯松作为防腐剂,以香精作为香味调节剂,所述的复配表面活性剂,通过阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂协同配合,具有高效的去污能力,所述的螯合剂可以和硬水中的多价金属离子螯合,形成水溶性络合物,从而避免了这些金属离子与阴离子表面活性剂作用生成不溶性沉淀;
(2)本发明的香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠,拥有较强的生物相容性、可降解性和去污性,分别采用可再生的香叶醇作为疏水长链端,磺基乙酸酯钠作为亲水短链端,其去污能力大于大多数的传统阴离子表面活性剂,并且,由于香叶醇本身具有一定的抗菌能力,所以合成的香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠相应的继承了其抗菌能力,通过独特的分子设计,合成了具有较强去污能力,一定的抗菌能力的可再生的阴离子表面活性剂;
(3)相对于现有技术,本发明的绝大部分原料组分都为植物天然提取物,不仅具有较好的生物降解能力,不会对环境造成污染,而且利用了可再生的木叶醇,制备了具有较高的去污能力和亲肤性能新型的阴离子表面活性剂,满足当今消费者对绿色环保的洗涤用品的需求。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种环保洗洁精膏,以质量百分含量计,由如下原料制成:
香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠180g、椰子油二乙醇酰胺50g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱50g、柠檬酸钠3g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠15g、羟丙基甲基纤维素17g、食盐68g、凯松2g、香精4g和去离子水646g。
所述香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠的制备方法为:
(1)向反应容器中加入100g香叶醇与65g氯乙酸,开始加热并搅拌,缓慢升温至85℃后反应15h,反应完毕,将上述溶液分别用水和甲醇洗涤,减压蒸馏得到香叶酰氯乙酸酯;
(2)将100g香叶酰氯乙酸酯和158g无水乙醇在室温下进行搅拌反应,制得香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液;
(3)在容器中加入72g亚硫酸钠和45g去离子水,制得亚硫酸钠水溶液;
(4)在室温下,将步骤(3)配制好的亚硫酸钠水溶液缓慢加入步骤(2)中的香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液的反应容器中,滴加完毕后,缓慢将反应的温度升至95℃,反应4h,反应结束,冷却加入乙醇,过滤溶液,除去无机盐,然后使用旋转蒸发仪除去乙醇水溶剂,制得香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠。
一种环保洗洁精膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应容器中,加热水温至60℃时加入香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠,搅拌至完全溶解后加入椰子油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,继续搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、食盐、凯松和香精添加到溶液A中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,然后降温到45℃,得到溶液B;
(3)使用柠檬酸钠调节溶液B的pH值至中性,得到C溶液;
(4)将所述的C溶液置于干燥器内,在80℃以上的高温状态下进行水分蒸发,制得含水量不超过6%的环保洗洁精膏。
实施例2
一种环保洗洁精膏,以质量百分含量计,由如下原料制成:
香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠160g、椰子油二乙醇酰胺85g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱25g、柠檬酸钠2g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠12g、羟丙基甲基纤维素19g、食盐75g、凯松1g、香精3g和去离子水618g。
所述香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠的制备方法为:
(1)向反应容器中加入100g香叶醇与65g氯乙酸,开始加热并搅拌,缓慢升温至85℃后反应15h,反应完毕,将上述溶液分别用水和甲醇洗涤,减压蒸馏得到香叶酰氯乙酸酯;
(2)将100g香叶酰氯乙酸酯和158g无水乙醇在室温下进行搅拌反应,制得香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液;
(3)在容器中加入72g亚硫酸钠和45g去离子水,制得亚硫酸钠水溶液;
(4)在室温下,将步骤(3)配制好的亚硫酸钠水溶液缓慢加入步骤(2)中的香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液的反应容器中,滴加完毕后,缓慢将反应的温度升至95℃,反应4h,反应结束,冷却加入乙醇,过滤溶液,除去无机盐,然后使用旋转蒸发仪除去乙醇水溶剂,制得香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠。
一种环保洗洁精膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应容器中,加热水温至60℃时加入香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠,搅拌至完全溶解后加入椰子油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,继续搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、食盐、凯松和香精添加到溶液A中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,然后降温到45℃,得到溶液B;
(3)使用柠檬酸钠调节溶液B的pH值至中性,得到C溶液;
(4)将所述的C溶液置于干燥器内,在80℃以上的高温状态下进行水分蒸发,制得含水量不超过6%的环保洗洁精膏。
实施例3
一种环保洗洁精膏,以质量百分含量计,由如下原料制成:
香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠140g、椰子油二乙醇酰胺105g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱32g、柠檬酸钠1g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠12g、羟丙基甲基纤维素19g、食盐75g、凯松1g、香精3g和去离子水612g。
所述香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠的制备方法为:
(1)向反应容器中加入100g香叶醇与65g氯乙酸,开始加热并搅拌,缓慢升温至85℃后反应15h,反应完毕,将上述溶液分别用水和甲醇洗涤,减压蒸馏得到香叶酰氯乙酸酯;
(2)将100g香叶酰氯乙酸酯和158g无水乙醇在室温下进行搅拌反应,制得香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液;
(3)在容器中加入72g亚硫酸钠和45g去离子水,制得亚硫酸钠水溶液;
(4)在室温下,将步骤(3)配制好的亚硫酸钠水溶液缓慢加入步骤(2)中的香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液的反应容器中,滴加完毕后,缓慢将反应的温度升至95℃,反应4h,反应结束,冷却加入乙醇,过滤溶液,除去无机盐,然后使用旋转蒸发仪除去乙醇水溶剂,制得香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠。
一种环保洗洁精膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应容器中,加热水温至60℃时加入香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠,搅拌至完全溶解后加入椰子油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,继续搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、食盐、凯松和香精添加到溶液A中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,然后降温到45℃,得到溶液B;
(3)使用柠檬酸钠调节溶液B的pH值至中性,得到C溶液;
(4)将所述的C溶液置于干燥器内,在80℃以上的高温状态下进行水分蒸发,制得含水量不超过6%的环保洗洁精膏。
对比例1
一种环保洗洁精膏,以质量百分含量计,由如下原料制成:
椰子油二乙醇酰胺50g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱50g、柠檬酸钠3g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠15g、羟丙基甲基纤维素17g、食盐68g、凯松2g、香精4g和去离子水646g。
所述环保洗洁精膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应容器中,加热水温至60℃时加入椰子油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、食盐、凯松和香精添加到溶液A中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,然后降温到45℃,得到溶液B;
(3)使用柠檬酸钠调节溶液B的pH值至中性,得到C溶液;
(4)将所述的C溶液置于干燥器内,在80℃以上的高温状态下进行水分蒸发,制得含水量不超过6%的环保洗洁精膏。
将实施例1-3和对比例1制备的环保洗洁精膏进行去污力实验,具体如下:
采用GB9985—2000去油率法(仲裁法)测试,使标准人工污垢均匀附着于载玻片上,油污重量为1g;取3个烧杯,分别取实施例1~3和对比例1的餐具洗涤剂5g加入到200mL的水中,将载玻片置于烧杯中,以相同的速度搅拌10min,取出载玻片,计算污垢的去除率,将载玻片用自来水冲洗3遍后测定洗涤剂的残留;
2)结果计算:
去污力(%)=m1/m×100;
其中m1表示洗涤后的去除的油污质量,g;m表示均匀涂覆的油污质量,g;
去污力测试结果如表2所示:
残留百分比(%)=m2/m×100;
其中m2表示自来水冲洗后载玻片上的油污质量,g;m表示均匀涂覆的油污质量,g;
实验结果见表1所示:

测试结果表明,对比于对比例1的洗洁精膏,A1、A2和A3采用香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠为主要成分的的洗洁精膏去污力均达到90%以上,而且洗涤后残留很少,完全可以替代传统的表面活性剂。

Claims (6)
1.一种环保洗洁精膏,其特征在于,以质量百分含量计,由如下原料制成:
香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠14.0%~20.0%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4.0%~12.0%、椰子油二乙醇酰胺1.0%~4.0%、柠檬酸钠0.1%~0.3%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5%~2.0%、羟丙基甲基纤维素1.5%~2.5%、食盐6.0%~8.0%、凯松0.1%~0.3%、香精0.3%~0.5%和去离子水50.4%~72.5%,所述原料的质量百分含量之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保洗洁精膏,其特征在于,以质量百分含量计,由如下原料制成:
香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠16.0%~18.0%、椰子油二乙醇酰胺6.0%~9.0%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5%~3.0%、柠檬酸钠0.15%~0.25%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.0%~2.0%、羟丙基甲基纤维素1.8%~2.2%、食盐6.5%~7.5%、凯松0.15%~0.25%、香精0.35%~0.45%和去离子水55.5%~68.5%,所述原料的质量百分含量之和为100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保洗洁精膏,其特征在于,所述香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠的制备方法为:
(1)向反应容器中加入香叶醇与氯乙酸,开始加热并搅拌,缓慢升温至80-90℃后反应12-18h,反应完毕,将上述溶液分别用水和甲醇洗涤,减压蒸馏得到香叶酰氯乙酸酯;
(2)将香叶酰氯乙酸酯和无水乙醇在室温下进行搅拌反应,制得香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液;
(3)在容器中加入亚硫酸钠和去离子水,制得亚硫酸钠水溶液;
(4)在室温下,将步骤(3)配制好的亚硫酸钠水溶液缓慢加入步骤(2)中的香叶酰氯乙酸酯醇溶液的反应容器中,滴加完毕后,缓慢将反应的温度升至90-98℃,反应4-6h,反应结束,冷却加入乙醇,过滤溶液,除去无机盐,然后使用旋转蒸发仪除去乙醇水溶剂,制得香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保洗洁精膏,其特征在于,所述的香叶醇和氯乙酸的质量比为80~100:65~70。
5.根据权利要求3所述的环保洗洁精膏,其特征在于,所述的香叶酰氯乙酸酯、亚硫酸钠、无水乙醇和去离子水的质量比例为100:70~75:155~165:45~50。
6.一种权利要求1-5所述环保洗洁精膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应容器中,加热水温至60-70℃时加入香叶醇磺基乙酸酯钠,搅拌至完全溶解后加入椰子油二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,继续搅拌至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、食盐、凯松和香精添加到溶液A中,继续搅拌至完全溶解,然后降温到45℃,得到溶液B;
(3)使用柠檬酸钠调节溶液B的pH值至中性,得到C溶液;
(4)将所述的C溶液置于干燥器内,在80℃以上的高温状态下进行水分蒸发,制得含水量不超过6%的环保洗洁精膏。
