The invention locks through the locking mechanism, so that the tool magazine base can be really combined with the shell to accommodate the spare blade, and the tool magazine base is quite convenient to take out and back into the shell, thereby meeting the requirement of quick use.

Background

Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved utility knife that solves the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The main objective of the present invention is to provide a utility knife, which is locked by a locking mechanism, so that the tool magazine base can be securely combined with the housing to accommodate the spare blade, and the tool magazine base can be conveniently taken out and put back into the housing, thereby satisfying the requirement of rapid use.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a utility knife, comprising: a shell, a tool post, a tool magazine base and a locking mechanism. The shell is surrounded with a working chamber and a storage chamber; the tool apron is movably accommodated in the working chamber and used for positioning a working blade; the tool magazine base is movably inserted in the storage chamber and comprises a storage part and an extraction part which are connected, wherein the storage part is used for accommodating at least one spare blade, and the extraction part protrudes out of the shell and is used for hooking external fingers and can move relative to the shell; the locking and releasing mechanism comprises a base body, a moving piece, a first clamping and supporting part and a second clamping and supporting part, wherein the base body is arranged on the shell, the moving piece is arranged on the base body and can move relatively to a locking position and a releasing position, the first clamping and supporting part is arranged on the moving piece to form a synchronous movement relation, the second clamping and supporting part is arranged on the tool magazine base, one of the first clamping and supporting part and the second clamping and supporting part is a clamping groove, and the other clamping and supporting part is a clamping protrusion which can be releasably embedded with the clamping groove; when the moving piece is positioned at the locking position to enable the clamping protrusion to be embedded into the clamping groove, the tool magazine base cannot move to be separated from the shell, and when the moving piece is positioned at the releasing position to enable the clamping protrusion to be separated from the clamping groove, the tool magazine base can take the force applied by the finger part as a power source and is pulled by the finger part to move to be separated from the shell; the casing further comprises an arc concave part, the arc concave part direction of the arc concave part is transverse to the concave direction of the groove, the arc concave part is communicated with the groove, and the finger part passes through the arc concave part.
Preferably, the moving member is slidably sleeved on the base, and the sliding direction of the moving member is transverse to the extracting direction of the tool magazine base.

The invention has the advantages that:

Detailed Description
The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, which illustrate an embodiment of the present invention, a utility knife of the present invention includes: a shell 1, a tool holder 2, a tool magazine holder 3 and a locking mechanism 4.
The housing 1 encloses a working chamber 11 and a storage chamber 12, the tool holder 2 is movably accommodated in the working chamber 11 for positioning a working blade 71, and the tool magazine base 3 is movably inserted into the storage chamber 12. In detail, the tool magazine base 3 includes a storage portion 32 and an extraction portion 31 connected to each other, the storage portion 32 is used for receiving at least one spare blade 72, and the extraction portion 31 protrudes from the housing 1 to be hooked by an external finger so as to be movable relative to the housing 1. More specifically, the locking and unlocking mechanism 4 includes a base 41, a moving member 42, a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion, the base 41 is disposed on the housing 1, the moving member 42 is disposed on the base 41 and can move relatively between a locking position and a releasing position, the first engaging portion is disposed on the moving member 42 to move in unison, the second engaging portion is disposed on the tool magazine base 3, one of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion is a slot 34, and the other is a protrusion 46 that can releasably engage with the slot 34; when the moving member 42 is located at the locking position to make the locking protrusion 46 engage with the locking slot 34, the tool magazine base 3 cannot move away from the housing 1, and when the moving member 42 is located at the releasing position to make the locking protrusion 46 disengage from the locking slot 34, the tool magazine base 3 uses the force applied by the finger portion as a power source and is pulled by the finger portion to move away from the housing 1.
Preferably, the locking mechanism 4 further comprises an elastic member 48, the elastic member 48 is disposed between the housing 1 and the moving member 42 to urge the moving member 42 to have a tendency of moving toward the locking position in a normal state, so that the tool magazine base 3 can be reliably kept at the locking position against an unexpected external force.
In this embodiment, the first engaging portion is the engaging protrusion 46, the second engaging portion is the engaging groove 34, the engaging protrusion 46 is in a shape of a barb and is provided with a first inclined surface portion 47, an outer groove wall of the engaging groove 34 is provided with a second inclined surface portion 35 facing the first inclined surface portion 47, when the tool magazine base 3 is inserted into the storage chamber 12 from the outside and moves toward the base 41, the first inclined surface portion 47 and the second inclined surface portion 35 slide against each other to drive the moving member 42 to move toward the releasing position, and the elastic member 48 is restored to achieve the effect of automatic locking. Moreover, the moving member 42 is slidably sleeved on the base 41, and the sliding direction of the moving member 42 is transverse to the extracting direction of the tool magazine base 3.
More specifically, the moving element 42 further includes a sleeve 43 and two arm portions 44, the sleeve 43 is sleeved on the base 41, one end of each of the two arm portions 44 is connected to the sleeve 43 at intervals, the other end of each of the two arm portions 44 is connected to the corresponding protrusion 46 in a clamping manner, and the two arm portions 44 and the protrusion 46 together enclose an insertion space 45. Moreover, the two connecting claws 49 of the moving member 42 are connected to a push button 51 through the housing 1, the two connecting claws 49 are connected to the sleeve 43, and the push button 51 is pressed by external operation and can be released quickly by pressing. In addition, the tool magazine base 3 further includes an insertion section 33, the insertion section 33 and the extraction portion 31 are located at two opposite ends of the tool magazine base 3, the locking slot 34 is disposed through the insertion section 33, the second inclined plane portion 35 is disposed on a side of the insertion section 33 opposite to the extraction portion 31, the insertion section 33 can be selectively inserted into the insertion space 45, so that the locking protrusion 46 is locked into the locking slot 34; wherein, the inserting and matching of the inserting space 45 and the inserting section 33 can improve the combination accuracy, and has the function of guiding the inserting direction to prevent the fool.
More specifically, the storage part 32 is located at an end of the tool magazine base 3 away from the drawing part 31, the inserting section 33 protrudes out of the storage part 32, one side of the storage part 32 opposite to the drawing part 31 is open and is concavely provided with an inserting groove 37, when the inserting section 33 is inserted into the inserting space 45, an arm 44 is inserted into the inserting groove 37 and extends into the storage part 32 for stopping and limiting the at least one spare blade 72, thereby simultaneously improving the placing stability of the at least one spare blade 72 and the stability of the tool magazine 2 inserted into the housing 1.
Preferably, the tool magazine base 3 further comprises a pressing portion 36, and a portion of the pressing portion 36 extends into the storage portion 32 for pressing and positioning the at least one spare blade 72, so as to substantially and firmly position the at least one spare blade 72, thereby providing a better synchronous action effect. In the present embodiment, the pressing portion 36 is a sheet with elastic deformation capability, so as to insert or extract the at least one spare blade 72.
Preferably, the extracting portion 31 is provided with at least one groove 311, the recess direction of the at least one groove 311 is transverse to the extracting direction of the tool magazine base 3, the at least one groove 311 protrudes from the portion of the housing 1 for the fingers to extend into and hook the extracting portion 31 to move, in this embodiment, the number of the at least one groove 311 is two, and the two grooves 311 are respectively disposed on two opposite surfaces of the extracting portion 31.
Preferably, the housing 1 further comprises an arc recess 13, the arc recess direction of the arc recess 13 is transverse to the recess direction of the groove 311, and the arc recess 13 is connected to the groove 311 to further provide a space margin for the finger, and the arc recess 13 is provided for the finger to pass through.

when the moving member is located at the release position to enable the clamping protrusion to be separated from the clamping groove, the tool magazine base takes the force applied by the finger parts as a power source and is pulled by the finger parts to move so as to be separated from the shell;
