Background
With the development of the automobile industry, automobiles widely enter the actual production and life process, and convenience is brought to people. In some special purpose vehicles, in order to improve the trafficability of the vehicle, the tire pressure is adjusted so that the tire can better adapt to road conditions. The tire pressure is generally adjusted by a central inflation/deflation system. The central inflation and deflation system is typically integrated into the wheel-side system of the axle. The oil-gas seal is used as a sealing element of the central inflation and deflation system, and basically determines the reliability and the service life of the system. The oil-gas seal usually adopts the mounting mode of two oil-gas seals to the dress to realize the gas seal to inflating and deflating the gas circuit to realize the sealing to the inside lubricating oil that is used for lubricated bearing of both sides wheel hub.

Rubber can age under high heat conditions, lose elasticity and lose sealing effect.
Even if the PTFE sheet is adhered to the lip portion in order to reduce the friction coefficient and thereby reduce the frictional heat generation, a good effect cannot be achieved. Because the lip is adhered with the PTFE sheet, the matching force of the lip and a matching shaft is further improved, the frictional heat is intensified, although the PTFE sheet has a low friction coefficient, the thickness of the PTFE sheet is too thin, generally 0.3-0.5mm, the mechanical strength is low, the PTFE sheet can be abraded along with the operation, the service life is short, the PTFE sheet is abraded quickly, and the PTFE sheet loses effect.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the oil-gas sealing element which has a simple and compact structure and has stable and long-acting oil and gas sealing effects.

Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with examples, which are set forth to illustrate, but are not to be construed to limit the scope of the invention.
Embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, an oil-gas seal includes an oil seal portion 1 and a gas seal portion 2, where the oil seal portion 1 includes an annular supporting framework 12 and an annular oil seal body 11, and the annular oil seal body 11 includes at least one oil seal lip;
the air-tight sealing part 2 comprises an annular air sealing body 22, an annular supporting pad 25 and a lip supporting ring 21, the lip supporting ring 21 is arranged between the annular oil sealing body 11 and the annular air sealing body 22, the annular air sealing body 22 comprises a horizontal part 23 and an inclined part 24, the horizontal part 23 is arranged between the annular supporting pad 25 and the lip supporting ring 21, the outer side of the horizontal part 23 is connected with the annular supporting framework 12, and the inner side of the inclined part 24 is provided with an air-tight lip. And a spring 13 is arranged on the outer side of the annular oil sealing body 11.
The annular airtight body is made of PTFE. The annular airtight body is made of PTFE material and has stable sealing effect. The PTFE sheet material that constitutes annular atmoseal body can be for the modified PTFE material, possesses higher rigidity and hardness, and is modified through material filling, possesses extremely low frictional wear characteristic, combines the extremely low frictional wear characteristic of modified PTFE material simultaneously, can guarantee even receive the pressure effect, seals the gas lip and also can only produce extremely low frictional wear to guarantee long-term life.
The horizontal part 23 and the inclined part 24 adopt inner arc transition and outer arc transition at inner and outer corner positions respectively. The circular arc smooth transition not only ensures the rigidity of the annular airtight body, but also is convenient for the annular airtight body to be connected with adjacent parts thereof, and ensures the supporting function of the lip supporting ring and the annular supporting pad on the annular airtight body.
And a pad arc part 26 matched with the inner arc is arranged on the inner side of the annular supporting pad 25. The positioning and supporting of the corner position of the annular air sealing body 22 are realized through the matching of the cushion arc part 26 and the inner arc, the tapered lip shape of the air sealing lip is ensured, and the air sealing effect of the air sealing lip is further improved.
The inner side of the lip supporting ring 21 is provided with an arc positioning part 27 matched with the outer arc. The integrated annular lip support ring 21 is provided, and has a structure in which the cross section in the circumferential direction is an arc shape on the side contacting with the air seal lip made of a PTFE sheet near the inner hole, and the air seal lip made of a PTFE sheet is fixed at a fixed position and in a specific shape. Meanwhile, a supporting force is provided for the air sealing lip under the action of air pressure, and the air sealing lip is guaranteed to have a stable structural state under the action of air pressure, so that reliable air sealing is realized.
The annular supporting framework 12 is provided with an end flanging 16 for stably positioning the annular supporting pad 25. The annular supporting framework 12 can support and limit each component of the oil and gas sealing part 2, the gas sealing part 2 and the oil sealing part 1 can be combined into a whole by matching with the flanging 16 at the end part, and the preset axial extrusion force formed by combining the flanging 16 at the end part of the framework enables the gas sealing lip to be stressed and axially compressed, so that a sealing effect is formed by the lip part supporting ring 21, the gas sealing lip and the fixed gasket, and gas is prevented from being leaked from the matching part. Not only the stability of the air sealing part 2 is ensured, but also the air sealing effect is further improved.
The cross section of the annular supporting pad 25 is of a rectangular or L-shaped structure. The annular supporting pad 25 has a certain rigidity, and through the cooperation with the inner hole part corresponding to the outer circles of the lip supporting ring 21, the annular supporting framework 12 and the annular oil seal body 11, the position of the annular gas seal body 22 is limited, and the preset axial extrusion force formed by the turned-over edge 16 of the annular supporting framework 12 is matched again, so that the axial compression is generated by the stress of the gas sealing lip, the gas sealing effect of the gas sealing part 2 is realized, and the gas leakage from the matched part is avoided. The annular support pad 25 may be suitably shaped depending on the desired support requirements.
The oil seal lip comprises a main lip 15 and an auxiliary lip 14, wherein the main lip 15 or the auxiliary lip 14 or the main lip 15 and the auxiliary lip 14 are made of rubber materials. The main lip 15 can form a seal with the rotating matching shaft to seal lubricating oil; the winding spring 13 provides a tightening force pointing to the circle center on the circumference of the main lip 15, so that the sealing reliability of the main lip 15 is improved; the outer diameter sealing part of the annular oil sealing body 11 is fixed on the inner periphery of the seat hole of the shell through interference fit; the auxiliary lip 14 can form a seal with the rotating matching shaft, and the space between the lip-shaped main lip 15 for sealing oil and the conical air sealing lip is divided into two parts, so that the adverse effect of the space negative pressure effect caused by the pumping effect of the air sealing lip on the oil sealing lip can be avoided.
The annular supporting pad 25 or the lip supporting ring 21 or the annular supporting pad 25 and the lip supporting ring 21 are made of metal or high polymer materials. The lip supporting ring 21 and the annular supporting pad 25 which are made of metal or high polymer materials have specific rigidity, can realize the supporting and stable positioning functions of the annular air sealing body 22, ensure that the air sealing lip has small compression deformation, ensure that the matching state between the air sealing lip and a matching shaft matched with the air sealing lip does not change greatly, and further ensure that under the action of inflation pressure,

The rest of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 1, and will not be described in more detail. The air sealing lip PTFE sheet is axially compressed under stress by adopting a ring-shaped gasket structure with an L-shaped section, and the upper end surface of the outer diameter barrel part and the flange of the annular supporting framework are combined to form preset axial extrusion force, so that a sealing effect is formed on the lip supporting ring main body part, the air sealing lip flat gasket part and the flat gasket part of the annular supporting point, and the gas is prevented from leaking from a matching part.
The oil-gas sealing element is fixed on the inner periphery of a seat hole of the shell through the outer diameter part of the oil-sealing annular oil sealing body in an interference fit manner, and the lip part of the oil sealing lip of the oil-sealing annular oil sealing body and the lip part of the gas sealing lip of the gas-sealing annular gas sealing body form an interference fit with a rotating fit shaft, so that lubricating oil and air with certain pressure and having an inflation effect are sealed, and the phenomenon that the air with certain pressure enters the oil sealing lip part through the gas sealing lip to lift the oil sealing lip to cause oil leakage is avoided; air which causes leakage can enter the lubricating oil cavity to cause internal pressure rise, and operation stability is affected; meanwhile, leaked lubricating oil possibly enters the inflation cavity along with operation, and operation stability is affected.
The oil-gas sealing element is fixed on the inner periphery of a seat hole of the shell through the outer diameter part of the oil sealing lip-shaped sealing part in an interference fit mode, and the lip part of the oil sealing part and the PTFE tapered lip part of the air sealing part form an interference fit with the rotating matching shaft, so that the lubricating oil and the air with certain pressure and an inflating effect are sealed. The air sealing lip made of PTFE with extremely low friction and wear characteristics and a matching shaft are designed with small interference. Meanwhile, the stable structural state of the air sealing lip is ensured through the fixation of the lip supporting ring and the fixed gasket and the flanging combination effect of the end part of the metal supporting ring of the lip sealing component for oil sealing. In the non-inflation operating state, the air sealing lip and the matching shaft have small and stable matching pressure so as to reduce the friction and abrasion of the PTFE lip. Under the inflation operation state, the modified and filled PTFE sheet has certain thickness, higher rigidity and hardness and good resistance to inflation pressure. Further, even under higher pressure, the lip support ring has the circular-arc structure on the circumference, can provide the support to the PTFE lip, avoids the lip to take place great deformation, makes its structural state stable, avoids and cooperates and produce big pressure between the axle, forms the friction and wear aggravation. The sealing stability and the long-acting service life of the air sealing lip are realized through the above functions.
