Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of garden engineering, and particularly relates to a garden sludge modification formula and a method for improving soil by using the garden sludge modification formula.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing demand for environmental standards by mankind, the prevention and reduction of pollution of water and land areas in garden dredging activities has become an important issue that must be considered in dredging projects. Due to the complex composition of sludge in gardens, the sludge has serious potential hazards to the environment, including: the silt is polluted by salt, the conductivity of the soil can be improved due to high salt content, and the balance of plant nutrients is damaged; pathogenic microorganisms, wherein the pathogens detected in the sludge are thousands of and most of the pathogens are parasites with larger harm; nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient pollution, and water eutrophication caused by nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients; organic pollutants, mainly benzene, phenols and other organic pollutants; heavy metal pollution, which is mainly from sludge discharged by industry, and also from heavy metals such as copper and zinc in household pipelines, has low solubility of heavy metals, is relatively stable, and is easy to continuously stay and accumulate in human bodies and animal bodies, thereby harming the health of human bodies and animals. The sludge is effectively recycled, waste is changed into valuable, and the purpose of sustainable development is achieved by fully utilizing useful components in the micro-sludge. Due to different countries and regions, different economic conditions and regulations, the sludge treatment methods are different in different countries. Mainly comprises the methods of mud throwing treatment, reclamation by blowing, physical dehydration, chemical solidification, incineration and the like. The sludge is a resource and is generated continuously, and how to change waste into valuable for resource utilization is a problem to be solved urgently at present.
In the prior art, a doping scheme is mainly adopted, sludge is doped into soil with defective physicochemical properties and is used for improving the mechanical composition and nutrient content of the soil, for example, a method of moving and sticking sand and doping the sand and guiding flood and overflowing the sludge is adopted to improve sandy agricultural land soil, and sludge and fertility are mixed to improve green belt soil and the like; the composting scheme is characterized in that sludge is used as one of raw materials and is composted after being mixed with other organic and inorganic materials to prepare a compost product. The sludge can be widely used for municipal engineering, road engineering and embankment reinforcement after solidification treatment, and can be used as a good earthwork filling material, so that a garden sludge modification formula and a soil improvement method thereof are provided.

Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a garden sludge modification formula and a method for improving soil by using the garden sludge modification formula;
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
As shown in FIG. 1, in this example 1, in the field level and the roadbed excavation in the Bonan garden, a certain amount of sludge is stored on the surface and underground according to the actual situation of the field, the initial estimation is about 19 ten thousand cubic meters, and if all the sludge can be detected by soil, the sludge is dewatered according to the coefficient of 1: 0.7.
Detecting physical and chemical properties of the sludge, and treating unqualified sludge in other modes such as piling, outward transportation and the like; processing and treating the sludge meeting the detection standard, mainly taking sludge, raw soil, coarse sand, peat and the like as basic raw materials, proportioning, and improving a proportioning scheme and adding a soil conditioner and the like according to a detection result in the processing process.
The dug sludge has high water content and can be used after being aired, so that the sludge needs to be aired in a storage yard. The sludge stacking field is selected to reduce the influence on construction and progress as much as possible, and two stacking forms are determined by combining factors such as site terrain conditions, roads and the like:
(1) centralized stacking: under the condition of influencing a construction interface, the excavated sludge is concentrated to a new school in a south area, and improvement work is carried out in the new school.
(2) Stacking on site: on-site stacking and improvement are adopted under the condition of not influencing a construction interface.
The invention comprises the following steps:
a, after deodorization treatment is carried out on sludge, dewatering is carried out according to the coefficient of 1: 0.7 of the sludge, and improved sludge is obtained;
b, mixing the improved sludge, garden waste compost products, yellow sand, vermiculite and perlite according to a weight ratio of 20: 12: 6: 1: 1, uniformly mixing;
c, adding 500g of ferric sulfate into each square of soil, mixing to prepare improved active soil, and detecting the physicochemical properties of the prepared improved active soil; for the improved active soil which does not meet the requirements, corresponding index parameters are adjusted through auxiliary materials within the range of the main control index and the selection index.
And stirring the mixture for 40 to 240 seconds at the rotating speed of 30 to 100 revolutions per minute to obtain the organic active soil.
The auxiliary materials are organic and/or inorganic adjusting materials for adjusting pH and C/N, C/P by compost.
The deodorization treatment specifically comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 75-150 parts of sludge and 3-15 parts of biological degradation liquid, and then preserving heat for 5-12 hours at 25-45 ℃.
The perlite and the vermiculite have good toughness, porosity and low density, can improve the soil texture, increase the soil pores and maintain the soil temperature, can reduce the application of inorganic fertilizers, and improve the nutrient absorption and antibacterial performance of plants. The yellow sand has the functions of changing soil pores and improving the respiration effect and water absorption of plant roots. The organic fertilizer of the garden waste compost product adopts a biological fermentation organic fertilizer, and is used for improving soil fertility, improving soil structure and promoting the formation of soil granules.
According to the invention, the garden sludge is modified by adding the yellow sand, the perlite and the vermiculite doping agent, so that the structure, the soil texture and the like of the modified garden sludge are obviously improved, and the technical requirement of grade II soil environment quality of greening planting soil (CJ/T340-2016) is met.
(1) The garden sludge soil has high p-positive value and high salt content, and parameters such as the pI value of the soil, the salt content of the soil and the like are reduced to be within standard values through intermittent 1000mL leaching amount, so that the standard requirements of greening planting soil (CJ/T340-2016) are met.
(2) The pH value of the soil in the initial leaching stage is increased due to the fact that Cl in soil salt is dissolved and removed quickly, so that the HCO3 content is increased, and the phenomenon of weak alkalization in the initial leaching stage of the soil is caused.
(3) The salt content of the soil is reduced along with the increase of leaching times, and in the middle stage (4-8 times) of leaching, because of the formation of seepage channels in the soil column, the salt content in the soil can not be fully dissolved by water, and the reduction efficiency of the salt content of the soil is reduced.
(4) Through the indoor potted plant test, the feasibility of the soil for greening planting after the sludge property of the garden is verified.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
