adding materials, 1) calcining 60 parts of polypropylene, 5 parts of alumina powder, 6 parts of magnesium stearate, 7 parts of polyaniline, 25 parts of polyethylene, 6 parts of polyurethane dispersoid, 3 parts of zinc borate, 3 parts of stearic acid, 9 parts of organic fiber and 2.6 parts of molybdenum disulfide at the temperature of 200-300 ℃ for 1-2 hours; 2) cooling the mixture of 1) and 4 parts of naphthenic oil, and adding water for grinding; then adding 3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate and 4 parts of glyceryl tristearate; adding the mixture into a high-speed stirrer, preserving heat and stirring for 5 minutes to increase the stability of the mixture; 3) adding 1 part of glass beads into the mixture obtained in the step 2); stirring at 95 deg.C for 5 minutes to increase plasticity, flexibility, stretchability or expandability; obtaining a mixture;
and (3) molding, fully and uniformly mixing the prepared components in a mixer, conveying the mixture to an extruder, wherein the temperatures of a first zone, a second zone, a third zone, a fourth zone and a fifth zone of the extruder are respectively 90 ℃, 95 ℃, 100 ℃, 105 ℃, 110 ℃ and 115 ℃, extruding the mixture into particles through the extruder, heating the particles to 180 ℃ for melting, injecting the particles into a conical die, keeping the temperature at 175 ℃, the pressure at 2MPa for 0.5min, quickly cooling to normal temperature, and taking the particles out of the die to obtain the air suction hood 6.
Experimental example:
