In this embodiment, for the 53-ruler container 2, the side roof beam 21 adopts square tubes with the cross section outer diameter of 150mmx150mm and the wall thickness of 4.5m, so that the side door 27 can be ensured not to deform when being closed. The side bottom beams 23 are H-shaped steel, so that good bending resistance can be guaranteed, and the flatness of the bottom plate can be fully guaranteed through the thickness of the bottom plate of the container 2 being 6 mm. It should be noted that the above is only a specific example on a 53-ruler container, and in other embodiments, the side bottom beams 23 may be replaced by a steel plate with a reinforcing plate or a reinforcing rib, and the side top beams 21 are not limited to square tubes, but may also be hollow tubular structures such as round tubes or rectangular tubes, and have high structural strength and light weight.
Alternatively, the header reinforcing box 11 is aligned with the box outer end surface of the side header 21, and the bottom corner reinforcing box 12 is aligned with the box outer end surface of the side bottom beam 23, ensuring the sealing effect of the adhesive tape when the side door 27 is closed. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the side sill 23 includes a top plate 231, a bottom plate 232 and a middle standing plate 233, the standing plate 233 being vertically connected between the top plate 231 and the bottom plate 232 in the long axis direction and forming a structure having an H-shape in cross section, wherein the end faces of the top plate 231 and the bottom plate 232 facing the side door 27 are staggered, wherein the box outer end face of the top plate 231 is aligned with the box outer end face of the bottom corner reinforcement 12, and the box outer end face of the bottom plate 232 protrudes from the box outer end face of the top plate 231 so as to provide better support strength for the bottom corner 24.
The container 2 can be an ultra-wide container or a special container type, the 40-gauge corner post provided by the invention can be included as long as the length is larger than 40, the side doors 27 on the container 2 can be single-sided or double-sided, the number and the positions of the side doors 27 are not limited by the 40-gauge corner post 1, the 40-gauge corner post 1 meets the sea condition after being installed, and the side doors 27 do not interfere with the 40-gauge corner post 1 when being closed.
