Abstract
本发明属于日用化妆品领域,具体涉及一种植物染发剂及其染色方法,首先采用超声辅助提取植物原料中的小分子没食子酸,为防止提取过程中,植物没食子酸氧化,提取液中添加维生素C或葡萄糖,并采用氮气保护;采用过碳酸钠对头发进行低温漂白,破坏头发表面的鳞片层及头发上的黑色素,利于植物没食子酸对头发的上染、渗透;染色过程中,先采用植物没食子酸对头发进行充分渗透,然后采用H2O2对渗透到头发内部的植物没食子酸进行氧化显色,提高其颜色深度和稳定性;H2O2氧化显色过程中,采用金属离子催化,可促进植物没食子酸的氧化,且金属离子可与植物没食子酸及其氧化产物中的羟基形成配位键结合显色,提高颜色深度和耐洗牢度。

本发明属于日用化妆品领域,具体涉及一种植物染发剂及其染色方法。
背景技术
随着人们健康意识和审美观念的提高,有毒副作用的染发剂越来越不适应人们的需求。天然染料色彩自然,安全、无毒副作用,因此,天然植物染发剂成为人们研究的热点,如以苏木精络合物为主要成分的植物染发剂;苏木精或巴西木素复配维生素C,在Fe2+作用下,获得了稳定性极佳的植物染发剂。
植物多酚是一类广泛存在于植物体内的具有多元酚结构的次生代谢物,包括单宁、鞣质以及小分子酚类化合物,如花青素、儿茶素、栎精、没食子酸、鞣花酸、熊果苷等天然酚类。没食子酸又称五倍子酸,是一种天然植物多酚,能够抗菌、抗突变、消除自由基,在食品、医药领域应用广泛。尽管已有以茶多酚为染料开发天然染发剂的报道,但以没食子酸为主要着色成分的植物染发剂至今未见报道。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种植物染发剂及其染色方法,首先在氮气与色素保护剂保护下,采用超声辅助提取技术,提取植物原料中的没食子酸,然后使植物没食子酸渗透到经漂白处理的头发内部,再通过氧化处理,使植物没食子酸氧化呈色,植物没食子酸氧化过程中,可添加金属离子活化剂促进没食子酸的氧化,提高着色深度和色牢度。
本发明提供的植物染发剂的应用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)植物没食子酸的提取:将植物原料洗净、晾干、机械粉碎后,加入到摩尔浓度为1-5mol/L的硫酸溶液中,再加入色素保护剂,待其完全溶解后,在氮气保护下,超声波辅助80-100℃提取0.5-2h,提取结束后,过滤,减压蒸馏,使浓缩液体积为提取液原体积的1/8-1/10,得植物没食子酸提取液;
其中,植物原料为五倍子、塔拉、茶条槭叶、掌叶大黄根、大叶桉干叶、山茱萸果实、千屈菜花、马桑叶、化香树、乌桕种子、石榴皮、漆树叶中的一种或几种。
色素保护剂为维生素C或葡萄糖中的一种,色素保护剂在提取液中的浓度为2-5g/L。
提取料液比为1:20-1:40g/mL,超声功率为480W-1200W。
(2)将融化的椰子油均匀涂到头发上,用保鲜膜包裹2-4h后,用洗发水清洗干净,用毛巾拍打,直到不再滴水;取头发漂白粉1份用49份去离子水调成糊状,将漂白粉糊均匀涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在35-38℃处理15-30min后,将头发清洗干净;
其中,头发漂白粉按照质量百分比的组成为:过碳酸钠60.0-80.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠5.0-10.0%,海藻酸钠10.0-30.0%。
(3)将经步骤(2)处理头发用温水充分润湿后,用毛巾拍打至不滴水,然后将染发剂A均匀涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在35-40℃处理30-120min后,用洗发水清洗干净;接着将显色剂B涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在35-40℃处理30-60min后,用洗发水清洗干净,吹风机吹干即可。
其中,染发剂A按照质量份数的组成为:植物没食子酸提取液84-92份,渗透剂JFC5-10份,阿拉伯胶3-6份。
显色剂B按照质量份数的组成为:30%H2O2 20-25份,硅酸钠3-8份,金属离子活化剂0-0.01份,阿拉伯胶3-6份,其余为去离子水。
金属离子活化剂为硫酸亚铁、氯化亚铁、氯化铁、硫酸铁、氯化铜、硫酸铜、硝酸铜、醋酸铜中的一种。
本发明首先采用超声辅助提取植物原料中的没食子酸,为防止提取过程中,没食子酸氧化,提取液中添加维生素C或葡萄糖,并采用氮气保护;采用过碳酸钠对头发进行低温漂白,破坏头发表面的鳞片层及头发上的黑色素,利于植物没食子酸对头发的上染、渗透;染色过程中,先采用植物没食子酸对头发进行充分渗透,然后采用H2O2对渗透到头发内部的没食子酸进行氧化显色,提高其颜色深度和稳定性;采用金属离子对H2O2进行催化氧化,一方面可促进植物没食子酸的氧化,另一方面金属离子可与植物没食子酸及其氧化产物中的羟基形成配位键结合显色,提高颜色深度和耐洗牢度。
本发明有益效果在于:
(1)采用植物原料中的没食子酸作为主要着色成分,避免了传统染发剂中对苯二胺等致癌物质的应用。
(2)采用金属离子催化H2O2氧化提高植物没食子酸在头发上的着色深度和牢度,金属离子既是H2O2分解的催化剂,又可与植物没食子酸及其氧化物中的羟基络合显色,提高染色牢度。

实施例1
(1)植物没食子酸的提取:将五倍子洗净、晾干、机械粉碎后,加入到摩尔浓度为1mol/L硫酸溶液中,五倍子与硫酸溶液的料液比为1:20g/ml,再加入维生素C,维生素C在提取液中的浓度为2g/L,待其完全溶解后,在氮气保护下,超声波辅助80℃提取2h,超声功率480W,提取结束后,过滤,减压蒸馏,使浓缩液体积为提取液原体积的1/8,得植物没食子酸提取液;
(2)头发预处理:头发漂白粉配方:过碳酸钠60.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠10.0%,海藻酸钠30.0%。

组分A(染剂):
植物没食子酸提取液84份,渗透剂JFC 10份,阿拉伯胶6份。

(2)头发预处理:头发漂白粉配方:过碳酸钠80.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠10.0%,海藻酸钠10.0%。

漂白前将融化的椰子油均匀涂到头发上,用保鲜膜包裹4h后,用潘婷洗发水清洗干净,用毛巾拍打,直到不再滴水;取上述头发漂白粉1份用49份去离子水调成糊状,将漂白粉糊均匀涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在38℃处理15min后,将头发清洗干净;
(3)头发染色:
组分A(染剂):
植物没食子酸提取液92份,渗透剂JFC 5份,阿拉伯胶3份。
组分B(显色剂):
30%H2O2 25份,硅酸钠8份,氯化铁0.01份,阿拉伯胶6份,其余为去离子水。
将经步骤(2)处理头发用温水充分润湿后,用毛巾拍打至不滴水,然后将组分A均匀涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在40℃处理30min后,用潘婷洗发水清洗干净;接着将组分B涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在40℃处理30min后,用潘婷洗发水清洗干净,吹风机吹干即可。
实施例3
(1)植物没食子酸的提取:将乌桕种子洗净、晾干、机械粉碎后,加入到摩尔浓度为2mol/L硫酸溶液中,乌桕种子与硫酸溶液的质量体积比为1:30g/ml,再加入维生素C,维生素C在提取液中的浓度为3g/L,待其完全溶解后,在氮气保护下,超声波辅助90℃提取1h,超声功率960W,提取结束后,过滤,减压蒸馏,使浓缩液体积为提取液原体积的1/9,得植物没食子酸提取液;
(2)头发预处理:头发漂白粉配方:过碳酸钠70.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠8.0%,海藻酸钠22.0%。

(3)头发染色:
组分A(染剂):
植物没食子酸提取液89份,渗透剂JFC 7份,阿拉伯胶4份。
组分B(显色剂):
30%H2O2 21份,硅酸钠6份,氯化铜0.005份,阿拉伯胶4份,其余为去离子水。
将经步骤(2)处理头发用温水充分润湿后,用毛巾拍打至不滴水,然后将组分A均匀涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在38℃处理60min后,用潘婷洗发水清洗干净;接着将组分B涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在38℃处理45min后,用潘婷洗发水清洗干净,吹风机吹干即可。
实施例4
(1)植物没食子酸的提取:将漆树叶洗净、晾干、机械粉碎后,加入到摩尔浓度为4mol/L硫酸溶液中,漆树叶与硫酸溶液的质量体积比为1:25g/ml,再加入葡萄糖,葡萄糖在提取液中的浓度为4g/L,待其完全溶解后,在氮气保护下,超声波辅助85℃提取1.5h,超声功率700W,提取结束后,过滤,减压蒸馏,使浓缩液体积为提取液原体积的1/8.5,得植物没食子酸提取液;
(2)头发预处理:头发漂白粉配方:过碳酸钠66.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠6.0%,海藻酸钠 28.0%

(3)头发染色:
组分A(染剂):
植物没食子酸提取液87份,渗透剂JFC 8份,阿拉伯胶5份。
组分B(显色剂):
30%H2O223份,硅酸钠5份,硫酸铁0.001份,阿拉伯胶4.5份,其余为去离子水。
将经步骤(2)处理头发用温水充分润湿后,用毛巾拍打至不滴水,然后将组分A均匀涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在36℃处理90min后,用潘婷洗发水清洗干净;接着将组分B涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在36℃处理40min后,用潘婷洗发水清洗干净,吹风机吹干即可。
实施例5
颜色参数测试:将染色头发样品均匀平铺在白纸上并固定,用datacolor测试配色仪,在D65光源10°观察角测试条件下,测定头发染色前后的L*,a*,b*值,每个样品选择不同位置测试4次,取平均值;并以染色前头发样为标准样,计算染色前后两者的色差值△E,
耐水洗性能测试:将染色头发样品用潘婷洗发水洗涤,清水反复冲洗干净,室温吹干,定为洗涤1次;重复洗涤50次后,测试洗涤前后染色头发样品的L*,a*,b*值,每个样品选择不同位置测试4次,取平均值;并以洗涤前头发样为标准样,计算洗涤前后两者的色差值△E。
测试结果如下:
从表1可看出,采用本发明所得染色头发颜色深度、耐洗牢度优异。尽管实施例1、比较例2-1染色过程中没有金属离子与植物没食子酸络合显色,所得色素H2O2经氧化后,在头发上呈色依然很深,与染色前头发相比,其△E超过10,且洗涤50次后△E<0.5,该色差变化,人眼都无法辨别出差异。与实施例1相比,实施例2,3,4染色过程中均添加金属离子活化剂,该助剂的添加一方面促进了H2O2对色素的氧化呈色,另一方面金属离子可与植物没食子酸及其氧化产物中的羟基络合显色,使最终染色样品颜色更深。比较例1-1中,染色样品未经H2O2氧化呈色,由于植物没食子酸提取液本身为无色或浅色,尽管染色时空气中的氧气也可将其氧化,但速度很慢,因此,其所得染色头发颜色浅,且色素与头发结合牢度差,水洗前后,色差较大。比较例1-2中,样品在染色前经H2O2漂白,由于双氧水分解温度高于过碳酸钠,且漂白时碱性较弱,使得头发样品原有的黑色去除不彻底,头发鳞片层未完全破坏,染色时植物没食子酸无法深入到头发内部,染色样品浮色严重,因此,该比较例中染色前后样品△E只有5.42,染色样品洗涤前后色差值△E达到2.96。比较例2-2中,染色样品未经H2O2氧化,染色样品有铁离子与植物没食子酸络合显色,染色样品颜色很深,但由于铁离子与没食子酸络合后形成色淀,与头发结合不牢,在后续洗涤过程中,色淀易从头发表面脱落,导致洗涤50次后,色差较大。比较例2-3在提取植物没食子酸时,未添加色素保护剂,提取过程在空气中进行,空气中的氧将植物没食子酸中的酚羟基部分氧化为醌,不仅降低了植物没食子酸的水溶性,使其对头发上染困难,影响植物没食子酸对头发的渗透,使染色样品浮色严重;此外酚羟基氧化为醌后,与金属离子络合显色作用下降,因此,染色样品着色浅且色牢度差。
Claims (8)
1.一种植物染发剂,由染发剂A和显色剂B组成,其特征在于,所述染发剂A按照质量份的组成为:植物没食子酸提取液84-92份,渗透剂JFC 5-10份,阿拉伯胶3-6份;显色剂B按照质量份的组成为:30%H2O2 20-25份,硅酸钠3-8份,金属离子活化剂0-0.01份,阿拉伯胶3-6份,其余为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的植物染发剂,其特征在于,所述植物没食子酸提取液的提取方法为:将植物原料洗净、晾干、机械粉碎后,加入到摩尔浓度为1-5mol/L硫酸溶液中,再加入色素保护剂,待其完全溶解后,在氮气保护下,超声波辅助80-100℃提取0.5-2h,提取结束后,过滤,减压蒸馏,使浓缩液体积为提取液原体积的1/8-1/10,得植物没食子酸提取液。
3.如权利要求2所述的植物染发剂,其特征在于,所述植物原料为五倍子、塔拉、茶条槭叶、掌叶大黄根、大叶桉干叶、山茱萸果实、千屈菜花、马桑叶、化香树、乌桕种子、石榴皮、漆树叶中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求2所述的植物染发剂,其特征在于,所述色素保护剂为维生素C或葡萄糖,色素保护剂在提取液中的浓度为2-5g/L。
5.如权利要求2所述的植物染发剂,其特征在于,所述提取料液比为1:20-1:40g/mL;超声功率为480W-1200W。
6.如权利要求1所述的植物染发剂,其特征在于,所述金属离子活化剂为硫酸亚铁、氯化亚铁、氯化铁、硫酸铁、氯化铜、硫酸铜、硝酸铜、醋酸铜中的一种。
7.一种植物染发剂的染色方法,其特征在于,所述方法的具体步骤为,
(1)头发预处理
将融化的椰子油均匀涂到头发上,用保鲜膜包裹2-4h后,用洗发水清洗干净,用毛巾拍打,直到不再滴水;取头发漂白粉1份用49份去离子水调成糊状,将漂白粉糊均匀涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在35-38℃处理15-30min后,将头发清洗干净;
(2)染色
将经步骤(1)处理后的头发用温水充分润湿后,用毛巾拍打至不滴水,然后将染发剂A均匀涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在35-40℃处理30-120min后,用洗发水清洗干净;接着将显色剂B涂抹在头发上,用保鲜膜包裹,在35-40℃处理30-60min后,用洗发水清洗干净,吹风机吹干即可。
8.如权利要求7所述的植物染发剂的染色方法,其特征在于:头发漂白粉按照质量百分比的组成为:过碳酸钠60.0-80.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠5.0-10.0%,海藻酸钠10.0-30.0%。
