本发明属于吸收制品领域,具体涉及一种快速传导下渗的一次性吸收制品。
背景技术
本发明涉及一种通过修改复合芯体生产工艺,使得芯体出现导流效果的生产工艺,现阶段国内市场卫生用品吸收芯体以五层复合芯体为主,木浆高分子芯体(传统芯体)在芯体强度及干爽性方面存在较大问题,但是复合芯体由于高分子分布及材料本身传导性能局限,液体的传导仅仅依靠材料本身及高分子本身的通液性无法使得吸收芯体得到充分利用,吸收芯体利用率低下是现阶段复合芯体存在较大的弊端。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的导流渗透效果不足,导致一次性吸收制品利用率和干爽性低的问题,以及一次性吸收制品在复合吸收芯体饱和吸收液体时强行撑开得婴儿的裆部,容易对宝宝造成O形腿伤害的问题,本发明提供一种可快速传导下渗的一次性吸收制品,并通过以下技术方案进行实现:

1)将蓬松非织造布层沿其宽度方向进行分切,从而将蓬松非织造布层分切为若干条沿宽度方向排列的蓬松非织造布条,每一所述蓬松非织造布条的两端沿其长度方向延伸;
2)对每一所述蓬松非织造布条的纵向两端施加一定的拉伸力,使得所述蓬松非织造布条在所述拉伸力作用下产生拉伸变形,拉伸变形后的幅宽比率为60%-80%,并使得蓬松非织造布层的横向宽度同步收窄,在拉伸后的蓬松非织造布条之间形成导流渗透通孔;
所述导流渗透通孔呈现间隙状长细缝或长切槽,并直接导通第一膨化纸层和第二膨化纸层,且在复合吸收芯体饱和吸收液体后在裆部位置折叠而形成适身的凹形形状。

最后,导流渗透通孔为间隙状,可折叠性较好,当复合吸收芯体吸收较多尿液时,在裆部位置会出现适身的凹形形状,避免了现有一次性吸收制品在复合吸收芯体饱和吸收液体时强行撑开婴儿的裆部,避免给宝宝造成O形腿的使用隐患。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请同时参阅附图1-9,本发明所述的快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体具有如下的结构:所述复合吸收芯体1从上至下包括第一膨化纸层11、第一高吸水性树脂层12、蓬松非织造布层 13、第二高吸水性树脂层14和第二膨化纸层15,将各层依次叠合连接而成,其结构特点在于:
其一、所述蓬松非织造布层13由2条以上的蓬松非织造布条构成,如蓬松非织造布条可以是2、3、4、5或6条,优选2条、3条或5条。
其二、在两相邻的蓬松非织造布条之间设有间隙状长细缝或长切槽的导流渗透通孔,从而使得所述蓬松非织造布层可折叠性较好。
其三、复合吸收芯体饱和吸收液体后,复合吸收芯体的两纵侧边能够分别沿着导流渗透通孔向纵向中心方向翻折,从而使得复合吸收芯体在裆部位置形成适身的凹形形状,如“V”或“U”型形状,避免撑开使用者腿部,也避免了摩擦使用者的腿部。
具体为:
(1)蓬松非织造布层只有一个间隙时,即对蓬松非织造布层进行一份为二的分切时,吸液后裆部位置形成V型;
(2)或者蓬松非织造布层只有两个间隙时,吸液后裆部位置形成U形。
适身的凹形形状避免了出现饱和吸收时,复合吸收芯体呈现出一个较饱满的长方体,强行撑开得婴儿的裆部,而长时间的裆部撑开,容易给宝宝造成O形腿。
本发明所述的快速传导下渗的吸收芯体通过以下的工艺步骤进行制备:
步骤1、将蓬松非织造布层13上机后进行分切为蓬松非织造布条:
将蓬松非织造布层13(第三层)沿其宽度(横向)方向进行分切,如将蓬松非织造布层 13分切为沿宽度(横向)方向排列的蓬松非织造布条131、蓬松非织造布条132、蓬松非织造布条133、蓬松非织造布条134、蓬松非织造布条135、蓬松非织造布条136和蓬松非织造布条137,每一所述蓬松非织造布条的两端沿其长度(纵向)方向延伸。
步骤2、调整分切后的拉伸力,使每一蓬松非织造布条拉伸收窄:
对上述每一蓬松非织造布条的纵向两端施加一定的拉伸力,使得所述蓬松非织造布条在所述拉伸力作用下产生拉伸变形,在拉伸后的蓬松非织造布条之间会自然存在导流渗透通孔,并使得蓬松非织造布层的横向宽度同步收窄。
在具体实施方式中两相邻蓬松非织造布条的拉伸力可以相同,如:蓬松非织造布条为2 条时,对每条蓬松非织造布条的两纵端分别施加相同的拉伸力,使每一蓬松非织造布条在宽度方向上产生变形、收窄(即向蓬松非织造布条的中心方向向内收缩),从而在蓬松非织造布条之间形成快速传导下渗的导流渗透通孔。
但在另一些具体实施方式中,两相邻蓬松非织造布条的拉伸力不相同,又如:
蓬松非织造布条为3条时,以位于纵向中线区域的蓬松非织造布条为参照蓬松非织造布条13b,并对所述参照蓬松非织造布条的两纵端分别施加参照拉伸力,而对位于参照蓬松非织造布层两侧的蓬松非织造布条13a和蓬松非织造布条13c,其拉伸力相对于参照拉伸力增加或减少,使每一蓬松非织造布条在宽度方向上产生变形、收窄(即向蓬松非织造布条的中心方向向内收缩),从而在蓬松非织造布条13a、参照蓬松非织造布条13b之间形成快速传导下渗的导流渗透通孔101,以及在蓬松非织造布条13c、参照蓬松非织造布条13b之间形成快速传导下渗的导流渗透通孔102。
此外,还可以将将蓬松非织造布层13分切为5条以上的蓬松非织造布条为5条。分切为 5条蓬松非织造布条时,以位于纵向中线区域的蓬松非织造布条为参照蓬松非织造布条,并对所述参照蓬松非织造布条的两纵端分别施加参照拉伸力,同时,对位于所述参照蓬松非织造布条在宽度方向上两侧的每一蓬松非织造布条的两纵端分别施加拉伸力,但所述拉伸力以参照拉伸力为基准,并沿蓬松非织造布层的侧边界方向依次递增或递减,通过阶梯状拉伸力关系,使每一蓬松非织造布条在宽度方向上产生不同程度的变形、收窄(即向蓬松非织造布条的中心方向向内收缩),从而在每两相邻的蓬松非织造布条之间形成快速传导下渗的导流渗透通孔。
本发明通过将蓬松非织造布层分切,并采取增减拉伸力而形成阶梯状拉伸力关系的工艺步骤,使得蓬松非织造布条本身产生较大的变形,并使蓬松非织造布层同步收窄,达到在芯体内部形成一个天然的分割槽,即导流渗透通孔(间隙状长细缝或长切槽)。
以平方克重为42g蓬松非织造布为例,由于受机台的拉力作用,上机后蓬松非织造布回缩率为10%左右,即一米幅宽机台需要配备1.12m的蓬松非织造布,其回缩后实际只有1.03m 左右,分切后为了保证双长切槽宽度达到10mm左右宽度,单长切槽宽度达到15mm左右,需要在原材料的纵向拉力调整为25-30N/m之间(即一米幅宽蓬松非织造布的为拉力25N),可以使蓬松非织造布的幅宽缩窄15-20%,如:以105mm芯体中间分切两次为准,经过机台拉伸后蓬松非织造布形成如下结构:30mm蓬松非织造布条-10mm间隙-25mm蓬松非织造布条-10mm间隙-30mm蓬松非织造布条。如此,要使蓬松非织造布的宽度缩窄更高百分比或幅度的,通过调节纵向拉伸力即可。
在具体实施方式中,为便于生产控制和操作,拉伸力通过以下的方式进行实现:即通过调节蓬松非织造布条的不同线速度以设置不同的所述拉伸力,如:对参照蓬松非织造布条以及位于所述参照蓬松非织造布条两侧的蓬松非织造布条调整不同的线速度,具体如下:
步骤a、对所述参照蓬松非织造布条设置参照线速度。
步骤b、以参照线速度为基准,对位于所述参照蓬松非织造布条在宽度方向上两侧的每一蓬松非织造布条,其线速度沿蓬松非织造布层的侧边界方向依次递增或递减,即差速拉伸收窄,从而自参照蓬松非织造布条至蓬松非织造布层的测边界形成阶梯状线速度关系。
步骤c、所述线速度使每一蓬松非织造布条在在宽度方向上产生变形、收窄,并通过阶梯状线速度关系,在两相邻的蓬松非织造布条之间形成所述导流渗透通孔。
具体地,所述参照线速度、线速度均以幅宽比率表示,即:蓬松非织造布条拉伸收窄后的幅宽相对于蓬松非织造布条的初始幅宽(未拉伸收窄幅宽)的百分比例来表示,其幅宽比率为60%-80%,进一步优选为70%-80%。
以下通过实施例对蓬松非织造布层及其间隙状长细缝或长切槽的导流渗透通孔的具体实施方式进行具体说明。
实施例1
本实施例将蓬松非织造布层13分切为3条蓬松非织造布条。其中,以位于纵向中线区域的蓬松非织造布条为参照蓬松非织造布条13b,并对所述参照蓬松非织造布条的两纵端分别施加参照拉伸力,该拉伸力通过调整线速度,使得松非织造布条在在宽度方向上产生变形、收窄的百分比来实现。具体步骤如下:
步骤1、设置参照蓬松非织造布条13b的参照线速度,其幅宽比率为80%。
步骤2、设置位于所述参照蓬松非织造布条两侧的蓬松非织造布条13a、蓬松非织造布条 13c,调整线速度,其幅宽比率均为80%。
通过上述的差速拉伸收窄,使得蓬松非织造布条13a参照蓬松非织造布条13b和蓬松非织造布条13c本身产生较大的变形,蓬松非织造布条13a、参照蓬松非织造布条13b之间,以及参照蓬松非织造布条13b与蓬松非织造布条13c之间,在幅宽方向上产生相同比例的变形、收窄,并使蓬松非织造布层同步收窄,在芯体内部形成一个间隙状长细缝或长切槽,即在两相邻的蓬松非织造布条之间形成所述导流渗透通孔101、102。
所述导流渗透通孔101、102使得复合吸收芯体1的导流效果得到非常大的提升。所述导流渗透通孔101、102使得复合吸收芯体1扩散得到较大改善,获得可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体1,其吸收速度、平面吸收性能和U型加压吸收性能显著提高,其吸收性能分别见表 1、表2与表3。
实施例2
本实施例在蓬松非织造布条13a、参照蓬松非织造布条13b之间,以及参照蓬松非织造布条13b与蓬松非织造布条13c之间,在幅宽方向上产生不同比例的变形、收窄,形成在参照蓬松非织造布条至蓬松非织造布层的测边界之间形成阶梯状线速度关系。因此,本实施例与实施例1的区别仅仅在于,本实施例对参照蓬松非织造布条13b的参照线速度、位于所述参照蓬松非织造布条两侧的蓬松非织造布条13a、13c的幅宽比率(线速度)设置不同。
步骤1、设置参照蓬松非织造布条13b的参照线速度,其幅宽比率为80%。
步骤2、设置蓬松非织造布条13a、13c线速度,其幅宽比率均为60%。
所述导流渗透通孔103、104使得复合吸收芯体的导流效果得到非常大的提升。所述导流渗透通孔103、104使得复合吸收芯体扩散得到较大改善,获得可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体,其吸收速度、平面吸收性能和U型加压吸收性能显著提高,其吸收性能分别见表1、表 2与表3。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别仅仅在于,本实施例对参照蓬松非织造布条的参照线速度、位于所述参照蓬松非织造布条两侧的蓬松非织造布条的幅宽比率(线速度)设置不同。
步骤1、设置参照蓬松非织造布条13b的参照线速度,其幅宽比率为80%。
步骤2、设置蓬松非织造布条13a、13c线速度,其幅宽比率均为70%。
所述导流渗透通孔105、106使得复合吸收芯体的导流效果得到非常大的提升。所述导流渗透通孔105、106使得复合吸收芯体扩散得到较大改善,获得可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体,其吸收速度、平面吸收性能和U型加压吸收性能显著提高,其吸收性能分别见表1、表 2与表3。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种使用有实施例1制得的可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体的婴儿纸尿裤 (一次性吸收制品),婴儿纸尿裤包括透液性面层2、不透液性底层4,以及位于二者之间的可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体1和位于复合吸收芯体1两侧的防漏隔边3。此外,还可以采用包裹层16包覆复合吸收芯体1。
本实施例婴儿纸尿裤的复合吸收芯体1从上至下包括第一膨化纸层、第一高吸水性树脂层、蓬松非织造布层、第二高吸水性树脂层和第二膨化纸层,将各层依次叠合连接而成,其结构特点在于:在蓬松非织造布层13上设置有可快速传导下渗的导流渗透通孔101、102,导流渗透通孔101、102呈现间隙状长细缝或长切槽,直接导通第一膨化纸层和第二膨化纸层,同时在复合吸收芯体1饱和吸收液体后在裆部位置可折叠形成适身的凹形形状。
本实施例的导流渗透通孔101、102通过以下的步骤进行实现:
1)将蓬松非织造布层13沿其宽度方向进行分切,从而将蓬松非织造布层分切为3条沿宽度方向排列的蓬松非织造布条,每一所述蓬松非织造布条的两端沿其长度方向延伸。
2)对每一蓬松非织造布条的纵向两端施加一定的拉伸力,使得所述蓬松非织造布条在所述拉伸力作用下产生拉伸变形,其幅宽比率为80%,并使得蓬松非织造布层的横向宽度同步收窄,在拉伸后的蓬松非织造布条之间形成导流渗透通孔101、102。
本实施例的导流渗透通孔101、102能显著提高婴儿纸尿裤的吸收速度、平面吸收性能和 U型加压吸收性,其吸收性能分别见表4、表5。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种使用有实施例2制得的可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体的婴儿纸尿裤 (一次性吸收制品),并与实施例4的不同仅仅在于位于纵向中心区域的蓬松非织造布条13b,其幅宽比率为80%,而位于两侧的蓬松非织造布条13a、13c线速度,其幅宽比率均为60%,并形成导流渗透通孔103、104。
本实施例的导流渗透通孔104、105能显著提高婴儿纸尿裤的吸收速度、平面吸收性能和 U型加压吸收性,其吸收性能分别见表4与表5。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种使用有实施例3制得的可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体的婴儿纸尿裤(一次性吸收制品),并与实施例4的不同仅仅在于位于纵向中心区域的蓬松非织造布条13b,其幅宽比率为80%,而位于两侧的蓬松非织造布条13a、13c线速度,其幅宽比率均为70%,并形成导流渗透通孔105、106。
本实施例的吸收性能分别见表4、表5。
性能测试:
1、样品:
(1)可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体:
测试样品与对比样品使用的高吸水性树脂(SAP)、蓬松非织造布层以及覆盖层(膨化纸) 均由市购获得,二者的区别仅仅在于:测试样品中的蓬松非织造布层采用本申请经分切差速拉伸收窄形成的蓬松非织造布,而对比样品中的蓬松非织造布层即为现有技术中应用的蓬松非织造布,即未对蓬松非织造布进行切差速拉伸收窄处理。
(2)一次性吸收制品:
分别使用实施例1、2和3可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体的婴儿纸尿裤(型号为L号),而对比样品为市售普通婴儿纸尿裤(型号为L号)。
2、测试方法:
(1)国标测试:参照GB/T28004-2011纸尿裤(片、垫)进行测试。
(2)平面测试:
步骤1、称取3片克重在产品理论均值上下的产品,产品质量记录为M,称取两份滤纸(下层3g左右、上层10g左右),质量为M1/M2。
步骤2、用测试溶液润国标洗漏斗两遍,将漏斗固定在支架上,调整漏斗下开口朝向操作者,下口的中心点距试样表面垂直距离为5mm-10mm。
步骤3、在粘板上放置已知质量M1的滤纸,将尿裤试样展开平铺粘在粘板上(压住滤纸),用剪刀去除防漏隔边,尿裤面层展平不得褶皱。
步骤4、用量筒取加色素的0.9%生理盐水测试溶液100ml,调节好的专用标准放漏斗流速,将测试液倒入漏斗同时开始计时,液体全部吸收完成时间为第一次吸收速度T1。
步骤5、待第5分钟时,进行第二次加液,重复上述操作步骤,第二次液体全部吸收完成时间为第二次吸收速度T2。
步骤6、第10分钟时,取已知质量M2滤纸放纸尿裤正中间,并用3.5kg压块压滤纸上面,1分钟后收取压块,将已知质量的上、下两层滤纸取出来称量,记录数据下层为M3,上层为M4,测试产品扩散长度为L(长度为均值)。
步骤7、记录、计算产品二次平面加液试验数据,产品质量M,第一次吸收速度为T1,第二次吸收速度为T2,回渗量为M4-M2,渗漏量为M3-M1,扩散长度为L。
(3)U型测试:
步骤1、选择3片克重在理论均值上下的产品,称重质量为M,在产品中心加液点做好标识,并称取适量滤纸为M1。
步骤2、将产品黏贴在U型槽上,将漏斗固定在支架上,下口的中心点距试样表面垂直距离为5mm-10mm。
步骤3、用量筒量取23±1℃的0.9%的生理盐水,加液量为80ML。
步骤4、将测试液倒入倒入调节好的专用标准放漏斗中,并开始计时;渗入(吸干)时间为产品第一吸收速度T1。
步骤5、待第5分钟时,进行第二次加液,重复上述操作步骤,渗入(吸干)时间为产品第二吸收速度T2。
步骤6、9min30s时将测试完成的尿裤取下,呈现自然弯曲情况,第10分钟时,取已知质量M1滤纸放纸尿裤正中间,并用1.2kg压块压滤纸上面。
步骤7、第11分钟后收取压块,称量滤纸记录数据为M2;平铺并测量产品扩散长度为L (长度为均值)。
步骤8、记录产品克重为M,第一次吸收速度T1,第二次吸收速度T2,回渗量M3=M2-M1,扩散长度为L。
测试结果如下表所示。

测试结果表明,本发明的可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体无论是国标测试、平面吸收测试还是U型吸收测试,对蓬松非织造布层进行分切、差速拉伸收窄形成的导流渗透通孔,不但可以增加液体的扩散长度,提高芯体利用率,同时,增加下液速度,而且提升产品干爽性,提升产品综合性能。
究其原因在于,在导流渗透通孔的作用下,避免了蓬松非织造布层对液体在复合吸收芯体上扩散、渗透过程中的阻隔作用,导流渗透通孔为一个较大的空隙,使得复合吸收芯体的第一膨化纸层(第一结构层)和第二膨化纸层(第五结构层)直接导通,这样表面液体可以通过间隙快速下渗到第二膨化纸层,使得液体可以快速渗透。
同时,在导流渗透通孔的作用下,液体会沿着间隙导流渗透通孔向两侧快速传导,增加扩散长度,增加复合吸收芯体的利用率,提高表面的干爽性。
由于本申请的可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体具有上述吸收性能,因此,将该可快速传导下渗的复合吸收芯体应用于婴儿纸尿裤中时,婴儿纸尿裤不但可以增加液体的扩散长度,提高芯体利用率,同时,增加下液速度,而且提升产品干爽性,提升婴儿纸尿裤的品质,同时,复合吸收芯体饱和吸收液体后在裆部位置形成适身的凹形形状,如“V”或“U”型形状,避免婴儿纸尿裤使用时撑开使用者腿部,穿戴舒适。

Claims (3)

1.一种快速传导下渗的一次性吸收制品,所述一次性吸收制品包括透液性面层、不透液性底层,以及位于透液性面层、不透液性底层之间的复合吸收芯体,所述复合吸收芯体从上至下包括第一膨化纸层、第一高吸水性树脂层、蓬松非织造布层、第二高吸水性树脂层和第二膨化纸层,将各层依次叠合连接而成,其特征在于:
1)将蓬松非织造布层沿其宽度方向进行分切,从而将蓬松非织造布层分切为3条以上沿宽度方向排列的蓬松非织造布条,每一所述蓬松非织造布条的两端沿其长度方向延伸;
2)对每一所述蓬松非织造布条的纵向两端施加一定的拉伸力,使得所述蓬松非织造布条在所述拉伸力作用下产生拉伸变形,使得蓬松非织造布层的横向宽度同步收窄,拉伸变形后的幅宽比率为60%-80%,但两相邻所述蓬松非织造布条的幅宽比率不同,自位于纵向中心区域的蓬松非织造布条至蓬松非织造布层的侧边界,幅宽比率增加或减少,形成阶梯状的幅宽比率关系;
在拉伸后的蓬松非织造布条之间形成导流渗透通孔,所述导流渗透通孔呈现间隙状长细缝或长切槽,并直接导通第一膨化纸层和第二膨化纸层,且在复合吸收芯体饱和吸收液体后在裆部位置折叠而形成适身的凹形形状;
3)所述拉伸力通过线速度来实现,将蓬松非织造布层分切为3条蓬松非织造布条后,通过设置以下的线速度以形成阶梯状的幅宽比率关系:
步骤a、对位于纵向中心区域的参照蓬松非织造布条设置参照线速度;
步骤b、以参照线速度为基准,对位于所述参照蓬松非织造布条在宽度方向上两侧的每一蓬松非织造布条,其线速度沿蓬松非织造布层的侧边界方向递增或递减,从而自参照蓬松非织造布条至蓬松非织造布层的测边界形成阶梯状线速度关系;
步骤c、所述线速度使每一蓬松非织造布条在在宽度方向上产生变形、收窄,形成阶梯状的幅宽比率关系,从而在两相邻的蓬松非织造布条之间形成所述导流渗透通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收制品,其特征在于:所述凹形形状为“V”或“U”型形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收制品,其特征在于:所述蓬松非织造布条的幅宽比率为70%-80%。
