Abstract
The invention discloses a method for testing the wireless power of a set top box and a fusion gateway based on intelligent integration, which comprises the following steps of firstly, associating a wireless loopback power testing module with a set top box module; then, carrying out wireless power test, after associating the AP, carrying out power measurement on each received frame by a wireless loopback power test module to obtain frame power, and averaging the frame power values measured in unit time to obtain a power average value; generating a test log of the loopback power; the set-top box wireless interaction test is to test the receiving function and the upper application function of the set-top box module by simulating the interaction of a wireless network card and the set-top box module; the set-top box audio test is used for testing the loss and the transmission rate of the set-top box audio transmission signal; and completing the wireless power test of the set top box through the wireless power test, the wireless interaction test of the set top box and the audio test. The invention combines the advantages of a throughput mode and a power meter mode and realizes one-stop test.

Technical Field

Background
The set top box is more and more widely applied, comprehensive and highly reliable tests are carried out on the set top box, the important measures for guaranteeing good performance of the set top box are taken, and poor experience effects of users caused by the fact that poor set top boxes reach the hands of the users can be prevented.

Further, the wireless loopback power test module measures frames in the received power of each frame, wherein the frames comprise a control frame, a management frame and a data frame.
Further, the power measurement includes the following processes: the chip of the wireless loopback power testing module samples the signal amplitude after ADC conversion of the received signal and calculates a measurement power value; when the PLCP layer detects the PPDU frame, all sampling power values corresponding to the frame are accumulated and averaged to be used as the power of the PPDU frame; and the upper computer takes the average power value of all frames in each second as the current power value of the channel.
Further, the analog wireless network card interacts with the set-top box module, and comprises an analog wireless network card which is accessed to the set-top box, and the analog dhcp acquires the allocated IP address from the set-top box.
And further, exception handling analysis is further included, and exception handling analysis is carried out according to the exception test logs in the power test log and the flow throughput test log.
Further, the power detection is to test each antenna of the set-top box.

if the image color block missing obtained by the video signal transmitted by the set top box is smaller than the set missing threshold and the default frame missing is smaller than the default threshold, the set top box passes the test, and if not, the set top box does not pass the test.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the advantages of a throughput mode and a power meter mode are combined, and one-stop tests such as number writing, verification, indicator light detection and the like are realized.

firstly, associating a wireless loopback power test module with a set top box module;
then, carrying out wireless power test, after associating the AP, carrying out power measurement on each received frame by a wireless loopback power test module to obtain frame power, and averaging the frame power values measured in unit time to obtain a power average value; generating a test log of the loopback power;

1. The method for testing the wireless power of the set top box and the fusion gateway based on intelligent integration is characterized by comprising the following processes:
firstly, associating a wireless loopback power test module with a set top box module;
then, carrying out wireless power test, after associating the AP, carrying out power measurement on each received frame by a wireless loopback power test module to obtain frame power, and averaging the frame power values measured in unit time to obtain a power average value; generating a test log of the loopback power;
the set-top box wireless interaction test is to test the receiving function and the upper application function of the set-top box module by simulating the interaction of a wireless network card and the set-top box module;
the set top box audio and video test is carried out, and the set top box audio and video transmission signal loss and the transmission rate are tested;
the wireless power test of the set top box is completed through a wireless power test, a set top box wireless interaction test and an audio test;
