The invention relates to a filter device, in particular to a filter without a filter screen, an air disinfection device and a central air conditioner.
Background
To reduce the transmission of new coronaviruses and pathogens transmitted by aerial route (e.g. tuberculosis, measles, chickenpox), bioaerosols are currently the main problem of pathogen transmission, bioaerosols being colloidal systems formed by microorganisms suspended in the air, containing bacteria, fungi, mould spores, pollen, dander, allergens, viruses, eggs of dust mite industry parasites, etc. Bioaerosols can be transmitted at a very rapid rate as people cough, sneeze, etc. The novel coronavirus, Beijing plague cases in 2019, Severe SARS (SARS) in half China and influenza abused every autumn and winter (H1N1, H3N2, etc.) were transmitted mainly by aerosal. Water droplets smaller than 5 microns can be suspended in air for minutes to hours because the air resistance is strongly affected with respect to gravity. In addition, virus-laden water droplets evaporate in the air, reducing the volume of the water droplets. Even if most of the liquid evaporates from the droplet with the virus, the droplet does not disappear; it becomes smaller and smaller, and the smaller the water droplet, the longer it takes to suspend in the air. Because droplets of smaller diameter penetrate the pulmonary system more effectively, they also carry a greater risk of infection.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a filter without a filter screen, an air disinfection device and a central air conditioner, and aims to solve the technical problem of filtering air, and the central air conditioner is simple in structure and environment-friendly.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a filter without filter screen comprises a hollow cylinder, baffles arranged on openings at two opposite ends of the cylinder, a plurality of corona discharge generators and filter media arranged on the wall of an inner cavity of the cylinder, wherein through holes are distributed on the baffles, so that air enters the inner cavity of the cylinder from one end of the cylinder, is subjected to ozone sterilization under the action of the corona discharge generators and the filter media, and is discharged from the other end of the cylinder after being filtered; the corona discharge generator is provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode and is distributed on the inner cavity wall of the cylinder; the inner cavity of the column body is completely filled with the filter medium, and the filter medium is of a spherical structure with folds.
Further, a rubber layer is arranged on the wall of the inner cavity of the cylinder, and the corona discharge generator is arranged on the surface of the rubber layer.
Further, the corona discharge generators are arranged in a helical distribution on the wall of the inner cavity of the cylinder.
Further, the filter medium is formed by winding strip-shaped media, the folds are formed on the strip-shaped media, and the folds are arranged asymmetrically.

The invention also discloses an air disinfection device which comprises the centrifugal exhaust fan, wherein the filter without the filter screen is arranged at the air inlet or the air outlet of the centrifugal exhaust fan.
The invention also discloses a central air conditioner, which comprises an air supply pipe, a return air pipe and the filter screen-free filter, wherein the filter screen-free filter is arranged in the air supply pipe or the return air pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the cylinder body is arranged, the baffle plates with the through holes are arranged at the two opposite ends of the cylinder body, the corona generating generator is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the cylinder body, the cylinder body is filled with the filter medium, the filter medium is of a folded spherical structure, and the curvature surface of the fold which changes continuously can generate surface friction when the air passes through, so that the air and ions are fully mixed, and the microorganisms in the air are sterilized, thereby realizing the filtration of the air.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a filter without filter screen, which comprises a hollow cylinder 1, a baffle 2 arranged on openings at two opposite ends of the cylinder 1, a plurality of corona discharge generators 3 arranged on the inner cavity wall of the cylinder 1 and a filter medium 4, wherein through holes are distributed on the baffle 2, so that air enters the inner cavity of the cylinder 1 from one end of the cylinder 1, is subjected to ozone sterilization under the action of the corona discharge generators 3 and the filter medium 4, and is discharged from the other end of the cylinder 1 after being filtered; the corona discharge generator 3 is provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and the corona discharge generator 3 is distributed on the inner cavity wall of the cylinder 1; the filter medium 4 completely fills the inner cavity of the column 1, and the filter medium 4 has a spherical structure with pleats 41.
The spherical filter medium replaces the filter screen, so that the problem that the filter screen needs to be replaced is solved.
In the present invention, the cylinder 1 has a circular cross-section, and the baffle 2 is made of a stainless steel material.
As shown in fig. 1, a rubber layer 5 is provided on the inner cavity wall of the cylinder 1, and a corona discharge generator 3 is provided on the surface of the rubber layer 5, the corona discharge generator 3 facing the filter medium 4.
As shown in fig. 1, corona discharge generators 3 are arranged in a spiral distribution on the wall of the inner cavity of the cylinder 1 in order to guarantee the effect.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the column 1 is an air inlet, the other end is an air outlet, and the corona discharge generator 3 is spirally distributed from the air inlet to the air outlet.
In the present invention, the corona discharge generator 3 is a bipolar corona discharge generator.
As shown in fig. 2, the filter medium 4 is a spherical structure formed by winding a strip-shaped medium on which pleats are asymmetrically arranged. Preferably, the filter medium 4 is made of a plastic polymer material. The filter medium 4 has large area pleats of different curvatures, which generate surface friction when air with virus passes over its surface, so that the air is sufficiently mixed with bipolar ions and sterilizes microorganisms in the air.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further discloses an air sterilizing device, which comprises a centrifugal blower 6, wherein the filter without filter screen is arranged at the air inlet or the air outlet of the centrifugal blower 6; one end of the air outlet of the cylinder 1 is provided with a connecting edge 7, and the cylinder 1 is connected on the shell of the centrifugal exhaust fan 6 through the connecting edge 7.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention also discloses a central air conditioner, which comprises an air supply pipe 7 and a return air pipe 8, and further comprises the filter without filter screen, wherein the cylinder 1 of the filter without filter screen is arranged in the air supply pipe 7 or the return air pipe 8.
In the invention, a filter without a filter screen is arranged on an air inlet of a centrifugal exhaust fan 6; the air flow rate of an air outlet of the centrifugal draft fan 6 is 12 m/s; and a flange is arranged at an air outlet of the centrifugal exhaust fan 6 for installation.
When in use, if the air sterilizing device is arranged at the indoor side, the air in the room is filtered and sterilized and then is discharged out of the room; if the air sterilizing apparatus is installed outside the room, the air outside the room is filtered and sterilized and then discharged into the room.
According to the invention, the cylinder body is arranged, the baffles with the through holes are arranged at the two opposite ends of the cylinder body, the corona generating generator is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the cylinder body, the cylinder body is filled with the filter medium, the filter medium is of a folded spherical structure, and the folds have continuously-changed curvature surfaces, so that surface friction is generated when air passes through, air and bipolar ions are fully mixed, and microorganisms in the air are disinfected, so that the air is filtered.
