A protection device for replacing an oil scraper ring is characterized by comprising a first protection component, wherein the first protection component can be connected with a gear box and can limit a bearing of the gear box so as to stabilize the gear box and avoid the bearing of the gear box from colliding; the first protection component is provided with a size measuring groove capable of measuring the oil deflector mounting seat of the gear box;
the first protective component comprises an outer section and an inner section, the inner section is arranged on the inner side of the outer section and fixedly connected with the outer section, the inner section can limit the bearing of the gear box, and the outer section can be detachably connected with the box body of the gear box; the inner section is an inner ring, and the inner side of the inner ring can be fixed in the bearing ring direction of the gearbox;
the outer section comprises an outer ring with a set length, a first ring-shaped piece extends outwards from one side of the outer ring, a limiting piece is arranged on the end face of the first ring-shaped piece relative to the outer ring, the limiting piece is provided with a size measuring groove used for measuring the size of the oil retainer mounting seat, the limiting piece is partially fixed on the first ring-shaped piece, and partially arranged at the hollow position of the outer ring; the limiting part comprises at least two arc-shaped sections, and the two adjacent arc-shaped sections are arranged at intervals with a set distance to form the size measuring groove.
2. The guard for replacing a slinger according to claim 1, characterized in that an inner side wall of said inner segment is disposed beyond an inner side wall of said retainer as viewed in a radial direction of said first guard member.
3. The guard for replacing a slinger according to claim 1, further comprising a second guard member sealingly connectable with said first guard member.
4. The guard for oil slinger replacement according to claim 3 wherein said second guard member includes a base body connectable to said first guard member, the base body being an annular member and the inside of the base body being curved toward the inner end face of the base body to form a groove for receiving the seal ring.
5. The guard for oil slinger replacement according to claim 4 wherein said retainer has a set thickness and a step is provided on a side of said retainer adjacent said inner segment for engaging said seal ring.
6. A removable platform, comprising a platform body on which a guard for replacing a slinger according to any one of claims 1-5 is placed.
7. A mounting platform according to claim 6 wherein the platform body is provided with a slot for receiving the first guard member.
8. A method for replacing a slinger, characterized by comprising the following steps:
placing the gear box on a station, and removing a gear box sealing cover and a bearing cover;
thermally withdrawing the oil scraper ring of the gear box in a heating mode;
mounting the first shield component of any one of claims 1-2 to a gearbox;
polishing and repairing the mounting seat of the oil deflector of the gear box;
mounting a second shield member according to any one of claims 3 to 5 at the outer end of the first shield member;
carrying out magnetic particle inspection on the mounting seat of the oil deflector of the gear box;
disassembling the second protective component;
measuring the size of the mounting seat of the oil deflector of the gear box, and selecting and matching a proper oil deflector of the gear box;
and (5) disassembling the first protective component and installing a gear box oil scraper ring.
