Abstract
一种预定用作体液吸收垫表层的热塑薄膜在液体特定的压力作用下热成形,使薄膜具备液体引导通道,并且在通道的下端形成V形凹口,进一步使V形凹口热变形,使之与此垫可吸收液体的内芯的各纤维相互缠结,因而使表层与内芯完整地结合在一起。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造体液吸收垫的方法,尤其是涉及一种制造诸如月经带、月经垫,失禁垫、方便尿布及其类似物之类的体液吸收垫的方法。
背景技术
众所周知,制造诸如月经带和方便尿布之类的体液吸收垫的方法是:将由热塑合成纤维或塑料薄膜制成的可渗透液体的表层与含有热塑合成纤维的可吸收液体的核芯通过热压印使两者完整的结合。例如,日本公开实用新型申请No.1982-139318中公开了一项技术,即方便尿布的表层和可吸收液体的内芯的至少一个上表面应被提供有热熔性,并且它们是结合在一起的。根据这项技术,当方便尿布被带在佩带者体表时,表层与内芯是从不会分离的,因此流到表层的体液在毛细作用下会迅速地被引导至内芯,从而使得表层中与皮肤接触的表面保持干燥。
通常,可吸收液体的内芯主要由压碎的纸浆纤维制成,它可与适当的热塑合成纤维混合以使内芯具有所需的热熔性。表层可由热塑合成纤维的非织物或者塑料薄膜制成,以使表层也具有所需的热熔性。然而纤维之间的结合和纤维/薄膜之间的结合都只能通过在相对高的温度和压力下热压印来达到,而方便尿布遭受如此热压印的区域会不利地形成厚而且硬的一层,它会不适地刺激佩带者的皮肤。
发明内容
鉴于这类问题,本发明的主要目的是通过以下方法解决这类问题:使经由可渗透液体的表层扩展的各个液体引导通道的下端起毛,然后使茸毛热变形,以使之与可吸收液体的内芯的上表面缠结在一起。
为了达到上述目的,本发明主要在于一种制造体液吸收垫的方法,此垫含有由穿孔的塑料薄膜制成的可渗透液体的表层,由塑料薄膜制成的不能渗透液体的底层和由至少含纤维的材料制成的可吸收液体的内芯,内芯有上表面和下表面,它被置于表层和底层之间。该方法包括以下步骤:
a.将用于所说表层的有上、下两个表面的热塑薄膜热软化,以致所说的薄膜在流体的有差异的压力下可以部分膨胀和破裂以形成许多液体引导通道,它从所说薄膜的上表面延伸至下表面,在薄膜上横向排列,当薄膜破裂时,通道的下端会形成许多参差不齐的V形凹口;
b.将薄膜置于内芯的上表面上,使通道的下端面对内芯;
c.至少部分加热置于内芯上表面上的薄膜,以使V形凹口变形并与内芯上表面的各纤维相互缠结;
d.将底层置于内芯的下表面上以装配此垫。
优选地,部分加热薄膜的步骤包括在压力下部分加热此薄膜的步骤。
优选地,部分加热所说薄膜的步骤包括热压印所说薄膜的步骤。
优选地,将V形凹口与内芯相互缠结的步骤包括将V形凹口与内芯的各纤维机械缠结的步骤和/或将它们结合在一起的步骤。
优选地,供V形凹口与内芯的各纤维相互缠结于其上的内芯上表面包括一纤维层,它的纤维度是1-10旦尼尔,每单位面积的重量是10-45g/m2,表观厚度是1-10mm。
本发明中的“皮肤接触区域”是指当佩带此垫时,佩带者的皮肤与此垫所接触的区域。
根据上述的制造体液吸收垫的方法,各个液体引导通道的已呈V形凹口的下端可以不通过加热而与内芯的各纤维机械缠结,但是部分加热置于内芯上的薄膜的步骤可导致呈V形凹口的下端收缩并且变形,进而可充分实现复杂而稠密的缠结,以使表层和内芯互相成为一个整体。

具体实施方式
参考图1,根据本发明的创造性方法制造的月经带包括一设有许多液体引导通道6的可渗透液体的表层2,一不能渗透液体的底层3和一设置于2、3两层之间的可吸收液体的内芯4。表层2和底层3的一部分向外延伸超出了内芯4周边的边缘,它们沿着结合线5不漏水地结合在一起。
参考图2,表层2由聚乙烯薄膜制成,它含有皮肤接触区域10,该区域10是由连续的上表面11和液体引导通道6来限定的,每一个通道都含有侧壁6a,并通过表层2,从皮肤接触区域11朝非皮肤接触区域12的下方延伸,并沿着由表层2限定的平面的方向(表层的X-Y方向)间歇式地排列。每一个液体引导通道6可以往下逐渐变细,或者往下直径增大,或者也可以上下直径一致。在侧壁6a的下端有许多因薄膜破裂而形成的参差不齐的V形凹口14,因此其下端比侧壁6a的厚度要薄一些。内芯4包含纸浆纤维,它与占重量0-30%的热塑纤维和占重量0-40%的高吸力聚合物粉末一起混合或层压。如有必要,热塑纤维可以经处理以变成亲水性的。也可以使用这样的内芯,它包含以纸浆纤维为主要原料制成的基本内芯,其上用薄纸或网状纸覆盖,在基本内芯和表层2之间安置了亲水或疏水纤维层。通常,纤维层的纤维度为1-10但尼尔,每单位面积的重量是10-45g/m2,并且表观厚度是1-10mm。纤维层可与基本内芯成为一个整体或者仅仅放在基本内芯的上面。表层2和内芯4优选以下述关系依存以使液体引导通道6的V形凹口14插入内芯的独特纤维中间,并且至少能与这些独特的纤维机械缠结。更优选地,可通过使两者结合的方式让V形凹口14与内芯4独特的纤维缠结。这种表层2和内芯4的可靠的缠结方式排除了这样一种担心,即在处置或使用此垫时,表层2可能会与内芯4脱离开,这种缠结能让流到表层的体液,在液体引导通道6的毛细作用下以及随后的与液体引导通道6缠结的纤维的毛细作用下,快速地引导至内芯。
参考图3(A),经热软化的塑料薄膜50被设置于模板52上,此板含有许多细孔51,并遭受真空作用,以相对模板52,向下吸入薄膜50。参考图3(B),在吸力作用下,薄膜通过小孔51象气球一样向下膨胀。参考图3(C),每一个气球样膨胀的下端破裂而形成液体引导通道6以及许多薄的、参差不齐的V形凹口14,同时形成相应于模板52的平坦的区域的皮肤接触区域10。由此形成的薄膜50能从模板52上脱离开来,切割成所需的尺寸,再置于图2所示的可吸收液体的内芯4上或者在切割之前就置于可吸收液体的内芯4上。完成这些步骤就可得到表层2。在任何场合下,置于内芯4上的表层2都要被加热,因此为了使表层2的V形凹口14和内芯4的各纤维的机械缠结能够稳定,V形凹口14会热收缩。在真空作用下由薄膜50扩展形成的V形凹口14在当薄膜50被基本上加热至它的可塑温度时,会收缩卷曲,在这个过程中,它与内芯4的纤维相互缠结。如果需要加强这种缠结,只需用加热的压印机将表层2和内芯4压印在一起。如此处理的表层2在它的上表面上会产生一种向下凸的模式。此时,相对较小的压印压力就足以使V形凹口14与内芯4结合,因为V形凹口14比液体引导通道6的侧壁6a要薄,相应地,它比液体引导通道6熔化得快。相对小的压印压力可有利地避免一种担心,即被压印的部位可能会形成厚且硬的薄膜。
使用根据本发明的制造体液吸收垫的方法,可使由表层延伸的液体引导通道下端上所形成的V形凹口与可吸收液体的内芯的各纤维相互缠结,以使表层和内芯可能完整地结合,同时还不丧失其柔软性,并因此得到佩带此垫感觉舒服的效果。
而且,V形凹口与内芯各纤维缠结于其上的内芯表面包含一纤维层,它有其特有的纤维度,每单位面积的重量和表观厚度,以致V形凹口可充分地插入到内芯的纤维中,并可加强缠结作用。
Claims (4)
1.一种制造体液吸收垫的方法,此垫包含由穿孔塑料薄膜制成的可渗透液体的表层,由塑料薄膜制成的不渗透液体的底层和置于表层和底层之间的可吸收液体的内芯,并包括置于所述内芯上表面的纤维层,其纤维度为1-10但尼尔,每单位面积的重量是10~45g/m2,表观厚度是1-10mm;
将热塑薄膜制的表层热软化,以致所说的薄膜在流体的有差异压力下可部分膨胀和破裂以形成许多液体引导通道,这些通道从所说薄膜的上表面延伸至下表面,并在薄膜上横向排列,当所说薄膜破裂时,所说通道的下端会形成许多参差不齐的V形凹口;所述方法的特征在于:
a.将所说的薄膜置于所述纤维层的上表面,使所说通道的下端面对所说的纤维层;
b.至少部分加热置于所述纤维层上表面上的薄膜,以使所述V形凹口变形并与所说纤维层的上表面上的各纤维相互缠结。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所说的部分加热所说薄膜的步骤包括在压力下部分加热所说薄膜的步骤。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所说的部分加热所说薄膜的步骤包括热压印所说薄膜的步骤。
4.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于,所说的将所述V形凹口与所说内芯相互缠结的步骤包括将所说的V形凹口与所说纤维层的各纤维机械缠结和/或使两者相互结合的步骤。
