Abstract
一种雪莲茶及其制造方法,其特点在于其组份为(重量百分比):雪莲花15-40,红茶10-30,冬虫夏草5-20,枸杞5-15,桂圆5-10,红枣5-10,黄芪2-10,党参5-10,肉苁蓉2-10,手掌参1-10。其制造方法为将组份中的原料洗净、凉干,粉碎后用水浸泡5-10小时,再用水煎煮1-2次,每次5-20小时,过滤,将煮液浓缩,减压干燥,干燥而成。
Description
本发明涉及一种以雪莲、冬虫夏草为主要成份的保健饮料及其制造方法。
雪莲、冬虫夏草是生长在青藏高原上的名贵药品,其对人体的有益作用人所共知,然而对它们的使用却相当原始,一般采用直接泡酒、泡茶、或炖鸡、鸭等的方法加以利用。这些方法对有效成份的提取率很低,造成极大浪费,其工业化开发程度非常低。同时,亦无人对其进行合理配伍,从而形成有特定疗效的保健饮品。
本发明的目的是要提供一种用于滋阴壮阳,调经止血,利肺、除寒、强心安神、补虚劳、痨嗽止血等的保健饮品。同时,提供一种提取率高,浪费小,工艺简洁,方法科学的工业化生产方法。
本发明的技术方案是:该雪莲茶的组份为(重量百分比):雪莲花15-40,红茶10-30,冬虫夏草5-20,枸杞5-15,桂圆5-10,红枣5-10,黄芪2-10,党参5-10,肉苁蓉2-10,手掌参1-10。
该雪莲茶的制造方法为:其特点在于将(重量百分比)雪莲花15-40、红茶10-30、冬虫夏草5-20、构杞5-15、桂圆5-10、红枣5-10、黄芪2-10、党参5-10、肉苁蓉2-10、手掌参1-10,洗净、凉干,粉碎成细粉,用水浸泡5-10小时,然后隔水大火煎煮至沸,再温火煎煮1-2次,每次5-20小时,过滤,煮液上高温浓缩机进行浓缩处理,然后减压干燥,再放入整粒机进行整粒,放入干燥室进行脱水干燥而成产品。
上述雪莲茶的制造方法的另一特点是在所述的干燥程序之后,对成品用放射线钴60进行照射灭菌,而后包装出厂,照射剂量为6KGY。
本发明的优点及效果是:该雪莲茶从配伍讲,以雪莲花、冬虫夏草为主,辅以性平昧甘无毒的枸杞,补肾的肉苁蓉,顺气的黄芪,加入红枣,桂圆等,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、生津止渴之作用,既能增强补肾壮阳之力,又能养阴生津,而达到阴生阳长之目的。佐以号称保健茶的红茶,使得精气互生,中和调补,从而从整体上改善人体的健康状况。特别是对于病后久虚不复,体弱,老年人,妇女病等尤其适用。本品具有归肺肾、肝经、补虚劳、益精气、止咳化痰、益气壮阳、滋阴补肾、强心安神、调养血脂、除寒,祛风湿,调经止血和抗癌之功效。用于痰饮喘嗽、虚喘、痨嗽、咯血、自汗盗汗、阳痿遗精、腰膝酸痛、贫血、病后久虚不复、妇女崩带、月经不调,和风湿关节炎、内出血等。其生产方法突破了传统使用方法,实现了工业化的科学生产。该方法工艺简洁,且提取率高,浪费小,生产出的产品速溶,易吸收,使用极为方便,亦方便于运输和销售。
实施例1:雪莲花20%,红茶20%、冬虫夏草10%,枸杞15%,桂圆10%,红枣10%,黄芪5%,党参5%,肉苁蓉3%,手掌参2%。
实施例2:雪莲花30%,红茶25%,冬虫夏草5%,枸杞5%,桂圆10%,红枣10%,黄芪5%,党参5%,肉苁蓉2%,手掌参3%。
实施例3:雪莲花15%、红茶15%,冬虫夏草15%,枸杞10%,桂圆5%,红枣5%,黄芪5%,党参10%,肉苁蓉10%,手掌参10%。
实施例4:将上述组份的雪莲花、红茶、冬虫夏草、枸杞、桂圆、红枣、黄芪、党参、肉苁蓉、手掌参洗净,凉干,粉碎成细粉,用水浸泡5-10小时,再用水煎煮2次,每次5小时,过滤,浓缩,减压干燥,上整粒机整粒,进干燥室干燥1-3小时,用钴60射线对产品照射灭菌,照射剂量为6KGY,装袋。
实施例5:将上述组份中的原料洗净,凉干,粉碎成细粉,用水(灭菌)浸泡5-10小时,浸泡时要求在无菌室内,浸泡容器为不锈钢器皿且不得接触带油性或其它金属器皿,浸泡时要求封口;再用水煎煮一次,煮20小时,过滤,滤液上高温浓缩机进行浓缩,浓缩密度为粘液状,与蔗糖细粉合并混均后减压干燥,放入整粒机进行整粒,再进干燥室,温度80℃左右,时间1-3小时,然后取出包装而成。

1、一种雪莲茶,其特征在于其组份为(重量百分比):雪莲花15-40,红茶10-30,冬虫夏草5-20,枸杞5-15,桂圆5-10,红枣5-10,黄芪2-10,党参5-10,肉苁蓉2-10,手掌参1-10。
2、一种雪莲茶的制造方法,其特征在于将(重量百分比)雪莲花15-40、红茶10-30、冬虫夏草5-20、枸杞5-15、桂圆5-10、红枣5-10、黄芪2-10、党参5-10、肉苁蓉2-10、手掌参1-10,洗净,凉干,粉碎后用水浸泡5-10小时,再用水煎煮1-2次,每次5-20小时,过滤,将煮液浓缩,减压干燥,干燥而成。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种雪莲茶的制造方法,其特征在于在所述的干燥程序之后,对成品用放射线钴60进行照射灭菌,而后包装出厂,照射剂量为6KGY。
