Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, which are intended to illustrate only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, other embodiments used by those skilled in the art without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1:

The ceramic core rod 30 is wound with the heating wire 22, the heating wire 22 is distributed in a spiral shape, and the winding area of the heating wire 22 on the ceramic core rod 30 is divided into a first heating area 23, a second heating area 24 and a third heating area 25; the winding density of the heating wires 22 in the first heating area 23, the second heating area 24 and the third heating area 25 is different, wherein the minimum thread pitch of the density of the second heating area 24 is that the winding density of the heating wires 22 in the first heating area 23 and the third heating area 25 is higher than that of the second heating area 24. The winding density of the heating wires 22 of the first heating area 23 and the third heating area 25 is 1.2 times or more than 1.2 times of that of the second heating area 24.
The needle-shaped housing 20 is made of a metal material, and comprises stainless steel, aluminum alloy or copper alloy, preferably stainless steel material, more preferably 430 stainless steel, and has a length of 15mm to 20 mm.
In this embodiment, the needle housing 20 has a protective glaze layer attached to the outer wall thereof for preventing the metal needle housing 20 from being corroded or oxidized, and an insulating glaze layer attached to the inner wall thereof for insulating the heating wire 22 from the outer wall of the metal needle housing.
In this embodiment, the heating wire 22 is formed by welding two thermocouple materials, and is formed by welding the positive and negative electrode materials of a K-type thermocouple, or formed by welding the positive and negative electrode materials of a J-type thermocouple, or formed by welding the positive and negative electrode materials of an N-type thermocouple; wherein, the positive and negative electrode materials of the K-type thermocouple are respectively nickel-chromium alloy (containing 90% of nickel and 10% of chromium) and nickel-silicon alloy (containing 97% of nickel and 3% of silicon); the positive and negative electrode materials of the J-type thermocouple are respectively pure iron and copper-nickel alloy; the anode and cathode materials of the N-type thermocouple are nickel-chromium-silicon alloy and nickel-silicon-magnesium alloy respectively.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a partial diagram of a metal heating wire 22 in fig. 1, and referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the heating body includes: ceramic base 10, needle housing 20, ceramic core rod 30. The needle housing 20 is filled with ceramic paste 21 for fixing the heater 22.
The heating wire 22 is connected with a metal wire by welding, the connector is arranged in the needle-shaped shell 20, the stainless steel shell is made of 430 stainless steel, the length of the stainless steel shell is 20mm, a protective glaze layer with the thickness of 5 mu m is attached to the surface of the shell, an insulating glaze layer with the thickness of 3 mu m is attached to the inner surface of the shell, and the length of the ceramic core rod 30 is 16 mm. The distance between the outer diameter of the heating wire 22 and the needle housing 20 is 0.5mm, and the gap is filled with ceramic paste 21. The length of the first heating region 23 of the heating wire 22 is 4mm, the screw pitch is 1mm, the length of the second heating region 24 of the heating wire 22 is 8mm, the screw pitch is 0.5mm, the length of the third heating region 25 of the heating wire 22 is 4mm, and the screw pitch is 0.3 mm.
The heat of the first heating area 23 and the third heating area 25 can be transmitted to the second heating area 24 in the up-down space, so that the problem that the heat distribution of the second heating area 24 is uneven due to the density of the heating wire 22 is solved, and the heat is greatly reduced in the process of transmitting the heat from the inner wall to the outer surface of the stainless steel shell because the needle-shaped shell 20 is made of 430 stainless steel material with high heat conductivity, thereby ensuring that the surface temperature distribution uniformity of the metal shell is better. The temperature test results of the points are basically approximate by taking 4 points at different positions of the heating needle, and the temperature deviation is 5 ℃, so that the uniformity of the temperature distribution on the surface of the heating needle is good.
