A method for extracting coffee from coffee grounds comprises the following steps:
s1, grinding raw materials: weighing a proper amount of coffee beans, grinding the coffee beans by using a grinder, and then obtaining finished coffee powder;
s2, extraction and deslagging: pouring the ground coffee powder in the last step into extraction equipment, then starting the extraction equipment, extracting for-min, and then discharging slag to obtain wet coffee residues:
s3, wet slag grinding: pouring the coffee wet residue obtained in the last step into a grinding tank through a feeding pipe, and then starting a driving motor by a worker to enable a lower grinding wheel to rotate, so that the coffee wet residue is ground more finely under the cooperation of an upper grinding shell, and meanwhile, warm water can be added into the grinding tank through a water inlet pipe during grinding;
s4, slurry filtering: after the grinding in the previous step is finished, a worker can open a control valve on a material conveying pipe to enable slurry inside the grinding tank to flow into a filtering tank through the material conveying pipe, and then the worker can start a second air cylinder to enable a base plate to move inside the filtering tank to extrude the slurry, so that the slurry can quickly pass through a filter screen to be quickly filtered, and the slurry without more impurities is obtained;
s5, slurry rectification: during the last step of filtration, a worker can open a control valve on a discharge pipe to enable the filtered slurry to flow into the rectifying tank through the discharge pipe, then the worker starts a heating wire and a fan to enable the rectifying tank to operate, so that the slurry is rectified, and meanwhile the rectified slurry is discharged out of the rectifying tank through a discharge pipe;
s6, standing and collecting the slurry: after the rectification in the last step is finished, the staff can pour the rectified slurry into a vacuum standing tank, then the standing tank is kept standing for a period of time, the slurry is layered, then the staff collects the supernatant, and meanwhile, the supernatant is purified by purifying equipment to obtain clean slurry.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) when the grinding tank designed by the invention is used for extracting coffee grounds, workers can pour the coffee grounds into the grinding tank for grinding, so that coffee grounds particles are reduced, the coffee grounds are changed into serous fluid, and the subsequent equipment can conveniently extract the coffee grounds; (2) the coffee grounds extraction method designed by the invention is simple to operate, and can improve the extraction rate of the coffee grounds through rectification of the rectification tank, grinding of the grinding tank, filtering of the filtering tank and subsequent standing purification treatment; (3) according to the first air cylinder designed by the invention, when the ground slurry is filtered by using the filtering tank, a worker can start the first air cylinder at regular time to enable the sponge block to move on the filter screen, so that the filter screen is prevented from being blocked by impurities in the slurry, and the filter screen is convenient to clean; (4) according to the fan, the mesh plate and the filter screen column designed by the invention, when the rectification tank is used for rectification, the fan can quickly discharge evaporated gas out of the rectification tank, so that the rectification effect of the rectification tank is improved, and the mesh plate and the filter screen column can flush and drip materials carried in water vapor so as to reduce the waste of resources.
