Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfectant, which comprises the following components: hydrogen peroxide solution, hydrogen peroxide activator, polyether, triethanolamine, trivalent silver ion solution, polyethylene glycol and fatty alcohol condensate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium alginate, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, citric acid, sodium alkyl sulfosuccinate, reducing agent and water. The disinfectant provided by the invention has excellent bactericidal performance, good stability and durability, and reduces disinfection times, thereby saving labor cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectant, and particularly relates to a hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfectant.
Background
The disinfectant is used for killing pathogenic microorganisms on a transmission medium, so that the requirement of harmlessness is met, the pathogenic microorganisms are killed out of a human body, the transmission path of infectious diseases is cut off, and the purpose of controlling the infectious diseases is achieved.
The disinfectant can be divided into a sterilizing agent, a high-efficiency disinfectant, a middle-efficiency disinfectant and a low-efficiency disinfectant according to the action level. The sterilizing agent can kill all microorganisms to meet the sterilizing requirement, and comprises formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, ethylene oxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, chlorine gas, copper sulfate, quicklime, ethanol and the like, so that the sterilizing performance of silver in an ionic state is greatly improved. The ionic silver can generate strong sterilization effect under the condition of small dosage, has strong permeability, broad sterilization effect and no drug resistance; and the ionic silver can promote the healing of wounds, the growth of cells and the repair of damaged cells, has no toxic reaction and has no stimulation reaction on skin. Therefore, the ionic silver antibacterial material can be applied to the fields of functional plastics, functional coatings, textile fibers, air purification, food, daily chemicals, medical treatment and the like, has a very wide market prospect, and gradually becomes a research hotspot in recent years. The ionic silver has strong inhibiting and killing effects on dozens of pathogenic microorganisms such as escherichia coli, gonococcus, chlamydia trachomatis and the like, and can not generate drug resistance. The prior disinfectant has the defects of poor stability, poor disinfection effect and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfectant and a preparation process thereof, which aim to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:
the hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfectant disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is characterized by comprising the following components: hydrogen peroxide solution, hydrogen peroxide activator, polyether, triethanolamine, trivalent silver ion solution, polyethylene glycol and fatty alcohol condensation product, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium alginate, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, citric acid, sodium alkyl sulfosuccinate, reducing agent and water; pure hydrogen peroxide is light blue viscous liquid, can be mixed and dissolved with water in any proportion, and is a strong oxidant; the medical hydrogen peroxide can kill intestinal pathogenic bacteria, pyogenic coccus and pathogenic yeast, and is generally used for disinfecting the surfaces of objects. The hydrogen peroxide has the oxidation effect, but the concentration of the medical hydrogen peroxide is equal to or lower than 3 percent, when the medical hydrogen peroxide is wiped on a wound surface, the wound surface can be burnt, and the surface is oxidized into white and bubbles are generated. The hydrogen peroxide is a commercial product, and can be 27.5% of hydrogen peroxide, 35% of hydrogen peroxide and 50% of hydrogen peroxide, and the hydrogen peroxide is 35% of hydrogen peroxide in mass fraction in the application.
Wherein, calculated by the total mass of the raw materials in percentage by weight, the content of the hydrogen peroxide solution is 0.3-0.6%, the content of the hydrogen peroxide activator is 0.05-0.2%, the content of the polyether is 0.01-0.05%, the content of the triethanolamine is 0.04-0.08%, the content of the trivalent silver ion solution is 0.01-0.06%, the content of the polyethylene glycol and fatty alcohol condensate is 0.4-0.8%, the content of the sodium hexametaphosphate is 0.5-0.8%, the content of the sodium alginate is 0.02-0.5%, the content of the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate is 0.2-0.6%, the content of the citric acid is 0.3-0.6%, the content of the sodium alkyl sulfosuccinate is 0.2-0.7%, the content of the reducing agent is 0.2-0.7%, and the water is supplemented to 100%.
In a preferred technical scheme, the reducing agent is n-hexanol.
According to the preferable technical scheme, the content of the hydrogen peroxide solution is 0.3% -0.6%, the content of the hydrogen peroxide activator is 0.08% -2%, the content of the polyether is 0.01% -0.05%, the content of the triethanolamine is 0.06% -0.08%, the content of the trivalent silver ion solution is 0.03% -0.05%, the content of the polyethylene glycol and fatty alcohol condensate is 0.4% -0.7%, the content of the sodium hexametaphosphate is 0.6% -0.8%, the content of the sodium alginate is 0.4% -0.5%, the content of the disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate is 0.4% -0.6%, the content of the citric acid is 0.3% -0.5%, the content of the sodium alkyl sulfosuccinate is 0.4% -0.7%, the content of the reducing agent is 0.5% -0.7%, and water is supplemented until 100%.
