In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises the steps of: the elastic member 210 is clamped with the boss 120 to fix the consumable rack 100 carrying the consumable assembly 300 on the mounting seat 200; releasing the sealing film of the consumable assembly 300; placing the sheath body in the sheath cavity 360, injecting a sample to be detected into the lysis cavity 320; adsorbing the magnetic beads on the sheath main body; extending the sheath body with the magnetic beads into the lysing cavity 320; washing the sheath body and eluting the nucleic acid.
Specifically, one consumable rack 100 carrying multiple groups of consumable components 300 is clamped with the mounting seat 200; one consumable rack 100 carrying a plurality of sets of consumable components 300 and a sheath main body is engaged with the mount 200 as needed. Releasing the sealing film of the consumable assembly 300 on the consumable rack 100; placing the sheath body in the sheath lumen 360 of the consumable assembly 300; injecting a sample to be detected into the cleavage cavity 320; the following nucleic acid extraction procedure is then started: the sheath main body is sleeved on the sheath plug on the magnetic rod of the nucleic acid extraction module through the sheath groove 370, and the sheath main body absorbs the magnetic beads from the magnetic bead placing cavity and injects the magnetic beads into the cracking cavity 320; in the cracking chamber 320, the sheath body and the magnetic rod begin to vibrate for cracking; after the completion of the lysis, the sheath body and the magnetic rod are synchronously moved out of the lysis chamber 320 and synchronously sleeved into the washing chamber to wash the nucleic acid, and after the washing in the four washing chambers, the sheath body and the magnetic rod are synchronously sleeved into the elution chamber 330 of the consumable to elute the nucleic acid.

1. A consumable fixing device for nucleic acid extraction for fixing a consumable component (300), comprising: a consumable rack (100) and a mounting seat (200);
the consumable rack (100) is provided with a buckle (110), the consumable component (300) is provided with a consumable protrusion (310), and the consumable protrusion (310) is clamped with the buckle (110);
the mounting seat (200) is provided with a fixing groove, an elastic piece (210) is arranged on the inner wall of the fixing groove, a protruding part (120) is arranged on the consumable rack (100), and the elastic piece (210) can be clamped with the protruding part (120) so as to fix the consumable rack (100) in the fixing groove;
be provided with a plurality of on consumable frame (100) buckle (110), arbitrary adjacent two be provided with spacing piece (180) between buckle (110), and arbitrary adjacent buckle (110) with be provided with the slit between spacing piece (180).

the consumable assembly (300) has a lysing chamber (320), an elution chamber (330), and a plurality of connecting chambers (340);
the distance between the cracking cavity (320) and the adjacent connecting cavity (340) is larger than the distance between any two adjacent connecting cavities (340);
the eluting lumen (330) is spaced from adjacent connecting lumens (340) by a distance greater than the distance between any adjacent two connecting lumens (340).
6. The consumable immobilization apparatus for nucleic acid isolation according to claim 5, wherein,
the lysing chamber (320), the eluting chamber (330), and the connecting chamber (340) are all open in diameter dimension greater than the end diameter dimension.
7. The consumable immobilization apparatus for nucleic acid isolation according to claim 5, wherein,
the top opening positions of the cracking cavity (320), the elution cavity (330) and the connecting cavity (340) are respectively provided with a sealing film step (350).
8. The consumable immobilization apparatus for nucleic acid isolation according to claim 5, wherein,
the consumable assembly (300) also has a sheath lumen (360) into which a sheath body can be placed, the top opening of the sheath body being provided with a sheath recess (370).
9. A method of using a consumable immobilization device for nucleic acid extraction according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
the cracking cavity (320) is filled with a cracking liquid, the plurality of connecting cavities (340) are respectively filled with a washing buffer liquid and magnetic beads, and the eluting cavity (330) is filled with an eluting buffer liquid;
the consumable protrusion (310) is clamped with the buckle (110) so as to clamp the consumable component (300) on the consumable rack (100);
and (3) performing film sealing treatment on the consumable component (300).
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
the elastic piece (210) is clamped with the protruding part (120) so as to fix the consumable rack (100) carrying the consumable assembly (300) on the mounting seat (200);
releasing the sealing film of the consumable component (300);
placing the sheath body in a sheath cavity (360), and injecting a sample to be detected into the cracking cavity (320);
adsorbing the magnetic beads on the sheath main body;
extending the sheath body with the magnetic beads into the lysing cavity (320);
washing the sheath body and eluting the nucleic acid.
