Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of shaving, in particular to a shaving head with a quickly assembled and disassembled blade.
Background
With the continuous development of economy and the continuous progress of society, abundant material consumption products are provided, and good conditions are created for improving the living standard of people and pursuing personalized life, so that the demand of the material consumption products is accelerated, and the shaver is one of the material consumption products.
The conventional shaver head mainly comprises a shaver head frame, blades assembled on the shaver head frame and clamping pieces for fixing the blades on the shaver head frame. At present, the common structures of the clips for fixing the blades are: the first common structure is: the clamping pieces firstly cross the blades assembled on the tool bit frame from one side of the tool bit frame, and then the two tail ends of the clamping pieces are bent and embrace the other side of the tool bit frame, so that the clamping pieces press the blades tightly at the tool bit frame; the second common structure is: the two tail ends of the clamping pieces are firstly inserted into the through holes formed in the tool bit frame, and then the two tail ends of the clamping pieces are outwards propped by means of the propping-open tool, so that the clamping pieces finally press the tool bit assembled on the tool bit frame.
However, the fixing of the blade by the clamping piece makes the assembly and disassembly of the blade on the blade head frame troublesome, and is not beneficial to classifying, recycling and processing the blade, the clamping piece and the blade head frame when the subsequent shaver head is scrapped, thereby causing influence on the environment.
Accordingly, there is a need for a razor blade quick-disconnect that allows the blades to be quickly installed and removed from the blade head frame and which facilitates sorting and recycling.
