Abstract

The invention relates to a coal transportation dust suppressant with an indicating function and a preparation method thereof. The dust suppressant comprises, by mass, 5-50 parts of water-soluble polymer, 10-50 parts of water-soluble polysaccharide, 0.01-0.1 part of leuco dye with an indicating effect, 0.1-0.5 part of ethanol and 0.04-5 parts of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass percentage concentration of 2-8%. The coal dust suppressant with the indicating function is uniformly sprayed on the surface of coal, and an operator judges whether the area is sprayed according to the color display of the surface of the coal. The dust suppressant provided by the invention can effectively indicate the spraying coverage condition of the surface of a carriage or a coal pile, so that the dust suppressant is uniformly sprayed, and the waste caused by excessive spraying in the use process of the dust suppressant can be reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular to a coal dust suppressant which can be used for suppressing dust during railway coal transportation, highway coal transportation and coal yard storage.
Background
In China, the coal reserves are distributed seriously unevenly, and the situation that the number of the coal reserves is less in the south and the north is more than that in the south, but the economic development is just opposite, so that the coal must be transported from the north to the south, dust emission and other pollution can be generated in the transportation process, and pressure is brought to environmental protection. The common method is to spray the dust suppressant on the train wagon, but the currently used dust suppressant is colorless and has no indication function, and operators cannot judge whether the dust suppressant is sprayed or not at some time, so that repeated spraying is caused, and certain waste is caused to the dust suppressant.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a coal transportation dust suppressant with an indicating function and a preparation method thereof, wherein the dust suppressant can effectively indicate the spraying coverage condition on the surface of a carriage or a coal pile, so that the dust suppressant is uniformly sprayed, and the waste caused by excessive use of the dust suppressant can be reduced.
In order to solve the above technical problems, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a coal dust suppressant with an indicating function, comprising the following components by mass: 5-50 parts of water-soluble polymer, 10-50 parts of water-soluble polysaccharide, 0.01-0.1 part of leuco dye with indicating effect, 0.1-0.5 part of ethanol and 0.04-5 parts of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass percent concentration of 2-8%.
Further, the water-soluble polymer is selected from any one or more of cold water instant polyvinyl alcohol 2488, polyacrylamide, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylate and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Further, the water-soluble polysaccharide is one of water-soluble starch, water-soluble pregelatinized starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose or polyanionic cellulose.
Further, the leuco dye having an indicating effect is a triarylmethane leuco dye.
Further, the triarylmethane leuco dye is selected from phenolphthalein or thymolphthalein.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing the coal dust suppressant with indicating function as described above, comprising:
step one, uniformly mixing water-soluble polymers and water-soluble polysaccharides according to a component ratio to obtain a dry coal dust suppressant material for later use;
dissolving the coal dust suppressant dry material obtained in the step one in water under high-speed stirring, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a water-soluble dispersion solution;
dissolving the leuco dye with the indicating function by using ethanol for later use;
step four, adding the ethanol solution of the leuco dye with the indicating function prepared in the step three into the water-soluble dispersion solution obtained in the step two, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution;
and step five, dissolving sodium hydroxide in a proper amount of water, adding the sodium hydroxide into the mixed solution obtained in the step four, and stirring to obtain the water-based coal dust suppressant with the indicating function.
According to another aspect of the invention, a coal dust suppression method is also claimed, wherein the coal dust suppression agent with the indicating function is uniformly sprayed on the surface of coal, and an operator judges whether the area is sprayed according to whether the surface of the coal is color-displayed.
Compared with the existing coal dust suppressant, the dust suppressant provided by the invention has a color indication function, can effectively indicate the spraying coverage condition on the surface of a carriage or a coal pile, enables the dust suppressant to be uniformly sprayed, can reduce the waste caused by excessive spraying in the use process of the dust suppressant, and has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection. Meanwhile, the color can be faded automatically in a short time, and the using effect is not influenced. At present, the coal dust suppressant with the indicating function is not reported.
Detailed Description
The basic concept of the invention is to add leuco dye into the dust suppressant, effectively position the spraying part according to the displayed color, and reduce the waste caused by excessive spraying in the use process of the dust suppressant. Based on the coal dust suppressant, the invention provides a coal dust suppressant with an indicating function, a preparation method and a dust suppression method.
Composition of coal dust suppressant with indication function
The components comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 5-50 parts of water-soluble polymer, 10-50 parts of water-soluble polysaccharide, 0.01-0.1 part of leuco dye with indicating effect, 0.1-0.5 part of ethanol and 0.04-5 parts of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass percent concentration of 2-8%.
The water-soluble polymer in the composition is preferably a cold water instant polymer, has good bonding film-forming capacity, is a good bonding film-forming agent, and can effectively form a cured layer under the action of coal. The molecular structure of the water-soluble polysaccharide contains specific hydrophilic groups, so that the water-soluble polysaccharide has high water absorption and water retention, good bonding capacity, particularly anti-seismic elastic effect, and further enhances the anti-cracking capacity of a cured layer. The function of the leuco dye is to indicate the function of locating the spray site. A small amount of ethanol is mainly used to dissolve the leuco dye. The existence of a certain amount of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution can lead the leuco dye in the dust suppressant to be developed in time in the preparation process and automatically fade in a short time after the spraying is finished.
When the spraying operation is carried out, the coal dust suppressant with the indicating function is uniformly sprayed on the surface of coal, the red (or blue) dust suppressant can be seen to uniformly cover the surface of the coal, and after about 10-30 minutes, the red (or blue) color disappears. And the operator judges whether the area is sprayed according to the color display of the surface of the coal.
The dust suppressant provided by the invention has an indicating function, can effectively position a spraying part, reduces waste caused by excessive spraying in the use process of the dust suppressant, and has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection.
In a preferred embodiment, the water-soluble polymer is selected from any one or more of cold water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol 2488, polyacrylamide, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylate and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
In a preferred embodiment, the water-soluble polysaccharide is one of water-soluble starch, water-soluble pregelatinized starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose or polyanionic cellulose.
In a preferred embodiment, the leuco dye having an indicating function is a triarylmethane leuco dye, preferably one of phenolphthalein or thymolphthalein is used.
Preparation method
The method of the coal dust suppressant with the indicating function comprises the following steps:
step one, uniformly mixing water-soluble polymers and water-soluble polysaccharides according to a component ratio to obtain a dry coal dust suppressant material for later use;
dissolving the coal dust suppressant dry material obtained in the step one in water under high-speed stirring, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a water-soluble dispersion solution;
dissolving the leuco dye with the indicating function by using ethanol for later use;
step four, adding the ethanol solution of the leuco dye with the indicating function prepared in the step three into the water-soluble dispersion solution obtained in the step two, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution;
and step five, dissolving sodium hydroxide in a proper amount of water, adding the sodium hydroxide into the mixed solution obtained in the step four, and stirring to obtain the water-based coal dust suppressant with the indicating function.
The claimed solution is further illustrated by the following examples. However, the examples are intended to illustrate embodiments of the invention without departing from the scope of the subject matter of the invention, and the scope of the invention is not limited by the examples. Unless otherwise specifically indicated, the materials and reagents used in the present invention are available from commercial products in the art.
Example 1
Preparing a coal dust suppressant dry material from the following components in parts by mass: 30kg of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, 10kg of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 40kg of water-soluble starch, and uniformly mixing the three raw materials to obtain the coal dust suppressant dry material. In the embodiment, the selected raw materials are all water-soluble, and the obtained finished product of the dust suppressant dry material is prepared according to the weight ratio of 1: 85, and dissolving the mixture by cold water to prepare a dust suppressant water-soluble dispersion solution for later use. Weighing 0.02kg of phenolphthalein, and dissolving with 0.2kg of ethanol for later use; adding the phenolphthalein ethanol solution into the water-soluble dispersion solution, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution; dissolving a proper amount of sodium hydroxide in water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass percentage concentration of 2% for later use. And adding 0.8kg of the sodium hydroxide solution into the mixed solution, and stirring for 10 minutes to obtain the water-based coal dust suppressant with the indicating function.
The dust suppressant is uniformly sprayed on the surface of coal, so that the red dust suppressant can be seen to uniformly cover the surface of the coal, and the red color disappears after about 15 minutes.
Example 2
Preparing a coal dust suppressant dry material from the following components in parts by mass: 30kg of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, 20kg of carboxymethyl cellulose and 30kg of water-soluble pregelatinized starch, and uniformly mixing the three raw materials to obtain the coal dust suppressant dry material. In the embodiment, the selected raw materials are all water-soluble, and the obtained finished product of the dust suppressant dry material is prepared according to the weight ratio of 1: 85, and dissolving the mixture by cold water to prepare a dust suppressant water-soluble dispersion solution for later use. Weighing 0.05kg of thymolphthalein, and dissolving with 0.2kg of ethanol for later use; adding the thymolphthalein ethanol solution into the water-soluble dispersion solution, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution. Dissolving a proper amount of sodium hydroxide in water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass percentage concentration of 4% for later use. The dust suppressant is uniformly sprayed on the surface of coal, so that the blue dust suppressant can be seen to uniformly cover the surface of the coal, and after about 24 minutes, the blue color disappears.
Example 3
Preparing a coal dust suppressant dry material from the following components in parts by mass: 30kg of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, 10kg of sodium polyacrylate, 5kg of polyacrylamide and 34.5kg of water-soluble pregelatinized starch, and uniformly mixing the four raw materials to obtain the coal dust suppressant dry material. In the embodiment, the selected raw materials are all water-soluble, and the obtained finished product of the dust suppressant dry material is prepared according to the weight ratio of 1: 85, and dissolving the mixture by cold water to prepare a dust suppressant water-soluble dispersion solution for later use. Weighing 0.04kg of phenolphthalein, and dissolving with 0.3kg of ethanol for later use; and adding the phenolphthalein ethanol solution into the water-soluble dispersion solution, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution. Dissolving a proper amount of sodium hydroxide in water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass percentage concentration of 2% for later use. And adding 1kg of the sodium hydroxide solution into the mixed solution, and stirring for 10 minutes to obtain the water-based coal dust suppressant with the indicating function.
The dust suppressant is uniformly sprayed on the surface of coal, so that the blue dust suppressant can be seen to uniformly cover the surface of the coal, and after about 21 minutes, the blue color disappears.
Example 4
Preparing a coal dust suppressant dry material from the following components in parts by mass: 25kg of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, 20kg of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 5kg of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 44.5kg of water-soluble pregelatinized starch, and uniformly mixing the four raw materials to obtain the coal dust suppressant dry material. In the embodiment, the selected raw materials are all water-soluble, and the obtained finished product of the dust suppressant dry material is prepared according to the weight ratio of 1: 85, and dissolving the mixture by cold water to prepare a dust suppressant water-soluble dispersion solution for later use. Weighing 0.06kg of thymolphthalein, and dissolving with 0.4kg of ethanol for later use; adding the thymolphthalein ethanol solution into the water-soluble dispersion solution, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution. Dissolving a proper amount of sodium hydroxide in water to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass percentage concentration of 3% for later use. And adding 1.2kg of the sodium hydroxide solution into the mixed solution, and stirring for 10 minutes to obtain the water-based coal dust suppressant with the indicating function. The dust suppressant is uniformly sprayed on the surface of coal, so that the blue dust suppressant can be seen to uniformly cover the surface of the coal, and after about 26 minutes, the blue color disappears.
Example 5
Preparing a coal dust suppressant dry material from the following components in parts by mass: 5kg of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, 10kg of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 35kg of hydroxyethyl cellulose, and uniformly mixing the three raw materials to obtain the coal dust suppressant dry material. In the embodiment, the selected raw materials are all water-soluble, and the obtained finished product of the dust suppressant dry material is prepared according to the weight ratio of 1: 85, and dissolving the mixture by cold water to prepare a dust suppressant water-soluble dispersion solution for later use. Preparing a coal dust suppressant dry material from the following components in parts by mass: 15kg of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, 30kg of polyacrylate and 28kg of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and uniformly mixing the three raw materials to obtain the coal dust suppressant dry material. The dust suppressant is uniformly sprayed on the surface of coal, so that the red dust suppressant can be seen to uniformly cover the surface of the coal, and the red color disappears after about 12 minutes.
