Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating gastric ulcer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Gastric ulcer occurs in the digestive system and is a common stomach disease in clinic. It is a disease in which open ulcers appear on the inner wall of the stomach, and the incidence of the disease is high because of many pathogenic factors. Among them, helicobacter pylori infection is the most common pathogenic factor, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, poor dietary habits, poor mood and the like are taken for a long time. The clinical symptoms of gastric ulcers are mainly seen in the digestive system, increasing patient discomfort, such as: stomach pain (aggravated after eating), abdominal distention, belching, nausea, anorexia, dyspepsia, emesis, hematochezia, and weight loss. If the clinical symptoms are serious, the breathing condition of the patient can be affected, the breathing difficulty of the patient is induced, and the life safety is threatened.
Gastric ulcer is mainly stomach mucosa tissue defect and necrotic lesion caused by stomach mucosa inflammation and helicobacter pylori infection, and the lesion can reach the mucosal muscularis deeply. The main clinical treatment mode of gastric ulcer is drug therapy, and drugs are adopted to protect gastric mucosa, resist bacteria and inhibit acid. Most of the existing medicines for treating gastric ulcer are western medicines, although the medicines have certain curative effect, the side effects are large, the recurrence rate is high after the medicines are stopped, once the state of an illness is repeated, the incidence rate of adverse reactions can be improved, severe conditions such as gastric perforation and gastrorrhagia can be caused, and adverse effects are caused on the life quality and life safety of patients. Some patients have persistent gastric ulcer or recurrent gastric ulcer, which is easy to become cancerous.
At present, a plurality of medicines can only eliminate the symptoms of surface pain without removing the root cause of the symptoms, and a plurality of patients are treated by medicines for a long time, the symptoms are only relieved, the symptoms cannot be radically eradicated, the symptoms are frequently relapsed, the side effects on the human body after long-term use are large, the symptoms are easy to relapse after treatment, and the symptoms are difficult to radically cure.
