Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a floor cleaning device has a lower body 100 and an upper body 200 connected to each other;
the lower body 100 includes a lower body case 110 and a drum 120, the drum 120 is disposed inside the lower body case 110 and exposed to the outside, a scraper 130 for scraping off foreign matters on the drum 120 is disposed inside the lower body case 110, a suction hood 140 for absorbing the foreign matters by negative pressure is disposed beside the drum 120, and the scraper 130 is close to the suction hood 140 so that the scraped foreign matters are directly sucked away by the suction hood 140, and a nozzle 150 for cleaning the drum 120 by spraying water is disposed beside the drum 120;
the upper body 200 includes an upper body case 210, a clean water tank 220 for containing cleaning liquid is provided in the upper body case 210, an electric motor 230 for providing negative pressure and a soil collecting barrel 240 for containing soil are provided in the upper body case 210, the soil collecting barrel 240 is connected to the suction hood 140 through a piping, the electric motor 230 is connected to the piping for providing negative pressure and sucking foreign matters from the suction hood 140 into the soil collecting barrel 240, the clean water tank 220 is connected to the nozzle 150 through a pipe to spray water, and a pressurizing device for pressurizing the water supply is provided on the pipe to which the nozzle 150 is connected.
In the specific implementation, the connection of the lower body 100 and the upper body 200 forms the main body of the whole product, for setting each functional part, and for providing the shape of each functional part itself with an adapted assembly structure, and for setting the derivative structure of the assembly of each functional part. The product adopting this scheme is in operation, and cylinder 120 rolls to accomplish clean ground, and during the cleaning, cylinder 120 can inevitably adsorb the filth. Thus, the purified water contained in the purified water tank 220 is introduced into the nozzle 150 by the pipe and the pressurizing means, and then sprayed onto the drum 120 to be cleaned. Generally, the outer surface of the drum 120 has water absorption, because water absorption is also an essential property as a cleaning tool. Therefore, when the drum 120 is sprayed with water, the drum 120 can be cleaned, and meanwhile, due to the scraping action of the scraping plate 130 on the drum 120, the surface of the drum 120 is deformed to extrude sewage, and then the sewage is sucked into the sewage collecting barrel 240 through the suction hood 140 and the pipe system under the action of negative pressure, so that the collection and accommodation of the sewage are completed. The pressurizing means may be provided in a variety of ways, such as water pumps and solenoid valves, etc.
In particular embodiments, the roller 120 is a tufting roller or a fluff roller, as a preferred embodiment. The tufting drum is used for carpets and other surfaces which are difficult to clean. The fluff roll is a conventional roll 120 suitable for use on flat floors.
In particular, as a preferred embodiment, the suction hood 140 includes an open-shaped hood body 141 and a duct portion 142 provided at a middle portion of the hood body 141, the hood body 141 being directed toward the drum 120, the duct portion 142 being connected to a piping. In this preferred embodiment, a specific structure of the suction hood 140 is specifically provided, and by this structure, the drum 120 is conveniently and comprehensively subjected to water absorption treatment, so as to ensure the negative pressure water absorption effect.
In particular, the scraper 130 is preferably disposed entirely along the axis of the drum 120. In this preferred embodiment, the scraping effect is ensured by the scraper 130 provided entirely.
In particular implementation, as a preferred embodiment, the edge of the cover case 140 corresponds to the edge of the drum 120. In this preferred embodiment, the edge of the cover case 140 is flush with the edge of the drum 120, so that the negative pressure effect is sufficient.
In particular, the scraper 130 is preferably fixedly disposed at the suction hood 140 and at a position above the drum 120. In this preferred embodiment, the scraper 130 is fixedly provided on the suction hood 140, so that the position thereof is ensured to be reasonable and reliable. The upper position near the drum 120 mainly considers that the scraped sewage can flow downwards under the influence of self gravity, and the effect of being sucked away by negative pressure can be met when the sewage is positioned above the drum. If the sewage is positioned in the middle or below, the sewage is easy to directly flow out and cannot be sucked away by negative pressure.
In particular, the nozzle 150 is fixedly provided on the suction cap 140 and above the scraper 130 as a preferable embodiment. In this preferred embodiment, the nozzle 150 is positioned to facilitate the cleaning of the effluent and, in combination with the action of the scraper 130, to provide better flushing and scraping results.
In particular, as a preferred embodiment, the lower body case 110 is provided with a drum supporter 160 for accommodating a standby drum. As described above, a plurality of rollers may be provided in particular, and thus, the roller-placing member 160 is provided to facilitate placement of the spare rollers.
In particular, as a preferred embodiment, the lower body case 110 is provided with a battery holder 170 for holding a spare battery. The battery holder 170 is used to hold a battery backup, which is used to power the various components of the circuitry.
In particular, as a preferred embodiment, a drum motor for driving the drum 120 to rotate is provided in the lower body case 110.
In a specific embodiment, the housing seat 180 is provided to protect the entire machine when not in use.
