s3: after the mixed liquid in the step S2 is cooled to 110-130 ℃ at room temperature, adding the mixture of the momordica grosvenori extract, the honeysuckle extract, the platycodon grandiflorum extract, the exocarpium citri rubrum extract, the pear powder and the loquat powder into the mixed liquid, and continuing decocting for 15-30 min;
s4: and S3, cooling the mixed solution to 70-90 ℃ at room temperature after decoction is stopped, adding citric acid, mixing uniformly, injecting into a mold, inserting a sugar stick, cooling, demolding and packaging to obtain the product.

The method for preparing a throat-moistening and cough-relieving lollipop according to claim 1, wherein the fructus momordicae extract/honeysuckle extract/platycodon grandiflorum extract is prepared by: and (3) carrying out reflux extraction on clean momordica grosvenori/honeysuckle/platycodon grandiflorum twice, concentrating an extracting solution to one tenth of the original volume, and carrying out spray drying by taking maltodextrin as an excipient to obtain the momordica grosvenori extract/honeysuckle extract/platycodon grandiflorum extract.

The method for preparing a throat-moistening and cough-relieving lollipop according to claim 1, wherein the exocarpium citri rubrum extract is prepared by the following steps: taking clean red tangerine peel, coarsely crushing, adding 5 times of water, adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to 3-5, adjusting the temperature to 40-50 ℃, adding cellulase accounting for 1% of the weight of the red tangerine peel and pectinase accounting for 2% of the weight of the red tangerine peel, and stirring for enzymolysis for 3 hours at 45 ℃; adding water in an amount which is 10 times that of the original exocarpium citri rubrum, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to one tenth of the original volume to obtain an exocarpium citri rubrum concentrated solution; and (3) taking maltodextrin as an excipient, carrying out spray drying on the tangerine peel concentrated solution, and sieving to obtain the tangerine peel extract.

The method for preparing a throat-moistening and cough-relieving lollipop according to claim 1, wherein the pear fruit powder is prepared by the following steps: selecting clean snow pears, killing surface microorganisms, removing cores, beating into fruit pulp, and adding a color fixative in the beating process; adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value of the fruit pulp to 3.0-4.0, adding cellulase accounting for 1% of the weight of the fruit pulp and pectinase accounting for 2% of the weight of the fruit pulp at the temperature of 40-50 ℃, and stirring for enzymolysis for 3 hours at the temperature of 45 ℃; raising the temperature to 70 ℃, preserving the temperature for 15min, inactivating the enzyme, and standing to obtain supernatant; concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure to one third of the original volume to obtain fructus Pyri concentrated solution; and (3) taking maltodextrin with the weight of 10% of the concentrated pear juice as an excipient, carrying out spray drying on the concentrated pear juice, and sieving to obtain the pear powder.

The method of preparing a throat-moistening and cough-relieving lollipop according to claim 1, wherein the loquat powder is prepared by: selecting clean loquat, killing surface microorganisms, removing cores, beating into fruit pulp, and adding a color fixative in the beating process; adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value of the fruit pulp to 3.0-4.0, adding cellulase accounting for 0.02% of the weight of the fruit pulp and pectinase accounting for 0.04% of the weight of the fruit pulp at the temperature of 40-50 ℃, and stirring for enzymolysis for 3 hours at the temperature of 45 ℃; raising the temperature to 70 ℃, preserving the temperature for 15min, inactivating the enzyme, and standing to obtain supernatant; concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure to one third of the original volume to obtain concentrated solution of fructus Eriobotryae; and taking maltodextrin which is 10 percent of the weight of the loquat concentrated solution as an excipient, carrying out spray drying on the loquat concentrated solution, and sieving to obtain the loquat powder.
6. A throat-moistening and cough-relieving lollipop prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:

The throat-moistening and cough-relieving lollipop of claim 6, wherein the Luo Han Guo extract is prepared by: crushing clean fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii, extracting with 10 times of ethanol under reflux for 1 hr, filtering, extracting the extractive solution with 8 times of ethanol under reflux for 1 hr, filtering, and mixing the two extractive solutions; concentrating the mixed extracting solution to one tenth of the original volume to obtain a momordica grosvenori concentrated solution; and (3) carrying out spray drying on the fructus momordicae concentrated solution by taking maltodextrin as an excipient, and sieving to obtain the fructus momordicae extract.

The throat-moistening and cough-relieving lollipop of claim 6, wherein the honeysuckle extract is prepared by a method comprising: extracting flos Lonicerae with 12 times of ethanol under reflux for 1 hr, filtering, extracting the extractive solution with 10 times of ethanol under reflux for 1 hr, filtering, and mixing the two extractive solutions; concentrating the mixed extracting solution to one tenth of the original volume to obtain a honeysuckle concentrated solution; and (3) carrying out spray drying on the honeysuckle concentrated solution by taking maltodextrin as an excipient, and sieving to obtain the honeysuckle extract.
10. The throat-moistening and cough-relieving lollipop of claim 6, wherein the platycodon grandiflorum extract is prepared by the following steps: crushing clean platycodon grandiflorum, extracting with 8 times of purified water under reflux for 2h, filtering, extracting the extractive solution with 8 times of purified water under reflux for 2h, filtering, and mixing the two extractive solutions; concentrating the mixed extracting solution to one tenth of the original volume to obtain a platycodon grandiflorum concentrated solution; and (3) carrying out spray drying on the platycodon root concentrated solution by taking maltodextrin as an excipient, and sieving to obtain the platycodon root extract.
