Example 2 | Aluminium | 0.0042 | Substantially free of corrosion |
Comparative example 2 | Aluminium | 0.0186 | Slight corrosion |
As can be seen from the experimental data in Table 2, the example 2 added with the polyglyceryl ether component has no corrosion to the metallic aluminum basically after being diluted, and the comparative example 2 has slight corrosion to the metallic aluminum after being diluted, so that the polyglyceryl ether (the multi-effect moisturizer such as the hand cream moisturizer) has corrosion-retarding effect and can be used as a corrosion inhibitor when being added into the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant. The compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant containing the polyglyceryl ether component has a corrosion inhibition effect on metal aluminum, and the slow release principle is inferred as follows: the moisture-keeping film-forming effect of the polyglyceryl ether can prevent oxygen and halogen ions in quaternary ammonium salt from entering the surface of the metal aluminum, thereby realizing corrosion inhibition protection on the metal aluminum and being used for sterilizing and disinfecting the surface of an aluminum product.
In conclusion, the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant provided by the invention has the advantages of low ecological toxicity, good environmental compatibility, easiness in storage and long service cycle; the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant can be prepared by compounding the existing quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, and the preparation process is simple; the added benzotriazole component and polyglycerol ether component have the effect of synergistic sterilization, so that the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant can still realize the function of efficient sterilization under the low concentration of 600 times of dilution; in addition, the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant added with the polyglyceryl ether component has no corrosion to metal aluminum after being diluted, and can be used for sterilizing and disinfecting the surface of an aluminum product.
