As shown in fig. 2 to 4, when the front installation is required, the front surface of the frame 1 is fixed by the front installation screws 5 through the first installation holes 11 and the installation round holes around the ceiling opening 4, and the panel 3 is installed after the installation is finished, in some embodiments, the first installation holes 11 are provided with a sinking platform structure, and the screw heads can be hidden in the sinking platform by the design of the sinking platform, so that when the panel is assembled with the frame, the interference between the screw heads and the panel can be avoided, the panel is ejected after the assembly, and the whole appearance effect is not affected.
As shown in fig. 2, when the air outlet component cannot be installed in the project with the suspended ceiling of the user's home, the back installation can be selected, that is, the air outlet component is assembled with the air outlet of the unit. When the tuyere part is fixed by using the back, the installation mode is almost the same as the front fixation, namely, the tuyere part is fixed with the machine set screw by using the back installation screw to penetrate through the second installation hole 12. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the second mounting hole 12 is configured as a gourd hole, improving the mounting range of the screw, improving the applicability range.
As shown in fig. 5-8, some house ornamentation furred ceilings have used fossil fragments 6, and the intensity of furred ceiling can be strengthened to fossil fragments 6, if house ornamentation has used this kind of structure, so the installation of air-out frame just can adopt side-mounting's mode, and side-mounting screw 7 is fixed with wind gap and furred ceiling fossil fragments through the third mounting hole 13 of side can.
Because the air outlet frame is installed on the ceiling suspended ceiling, a preset installation angle alpha of a screw needs to be considered during engineering installation, the proper preset installation angle alpha is 30-75 degrees, and it needs to be explained that the preset installation angle alpha is an included angle between the axis of the side installation screw 7 and the side surface of the frame body 1. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the third mounting hole 13 is configured as a kidney-shaped hole, which can satisfy different mounting angles of the screw, and has high practicability.
For ease of mounting, as shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the length direction of the third mounting hole 13 is configured to coincide with the front-to-back direction of the frame body 1.
The air outlet part matches with the air outlet of the unit, when the unit refrigerates, cold air can directly blow to the frame body 1 of the air outlet part, if the air outlet part does not have corresponding heat preservation measures, condensation water can be easily produced in the air outlet frame body, and user experience is affected, so the side face of the frame body can be insulated by using sponge to be pasted, the best pasting face of the sponge is larger than or equal to 3mm, and in addition, in consideration of convenience of engineering installation, the waist-shaped hole needs to be close to the panel side as far as possible, as shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the minimum distance A from the edge of the third installation hole 13 to the front face end of the frame body 1 is configured to be larger than or equal.
The length B of the third mounting hole 13 is related to the mounting angle a of the side mounting screw 7, and the length of the parameter B will be specifically designed according to the mounting angle and radius of the side mounting screw 7. In some embodiments, the length B of the third mounting hole 13 is configured to: b ═ t/tan α +2R/sin α, where t is the side panel thickness of the frame 1; r is the radius of the side mounting screw 7; α is a preset mounting angle of the side mounting screw 7, and α is 30 ° to 75 °.
As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a tuyere component is provided, which includes an air deflector 2, a panel 3 and the aforementioned air outlet frame, wherein the panel 3 serves as an appearance of the tuyere component for display; the frame body 1 is used for supporting the whole tuyere part and is also used as a main body part for engineering installation; the air deflector 2 is used as an airflow guiding mechanism to control the trend of airflow. The tuyere member accordingly has the above-mentioned advantageous technical effects.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a central air conditioner is provided, which comprises the air opening component. The air opening component is particularly suitable for a central air conditioner so as to meet different installation requirements.
