The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is designed into a V shape, and the V-shaped deformation part is characterized in that when the V-shaped part is subjected to axial force, the V-shaped part can generate radial force, the ratio of the axial force to the radial force is the cotangent value of half of a V-shaped clamping angle, therefore, when the half of the V-shaped clamping angle is close to 90 degrees, the ratio of the axial force to the radial force is close to 0, namely the ratio of the radial force to the axial force is close to infinity, namely, multiple radial forces can be generated through small axial force, and the V-shaped polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is in close contact with the end cover 1 and the cable penetrating spool 2 under large radial force to realize sealing.
After the V-shaped root of the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is provided with the fillet, the wall thickness of the root is reduced, the strength is reduced, and the amount of deformation can be increased under the same pressure, so that the deformation capacity of the material is improved through structural optimization, the laminating degree of the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring and metal parts is improved, and the sealing reliability is improved.
The spring ring is installed at the lower end of the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, the spring can generate long-term elasticity after deformation, and the shortcoming is just compensated by the deformed spring because the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring creeps and becomes loose, and the spring continuously supports the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring to continuously contact and seal with the end cover 1 and the cable penetrating spool 2.
The diameter of a third left-end external fillet of the anisotropic corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is the same as that of a third right-end external fillet of the anisotropic corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3, when the diameter of the third left-end external fillet of the anisotropic corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is too small, the leftmost end of the anisotropic corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is too sharp, and the stress of the anisotropic corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 extruded with the end cover 1 is too large, so that the left end of the anisotropic corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is easily subjected to local permanent deformation, and after the permanent deformation occurs, the sealing reliability is reduced, and the resilience capacity is not provided; when the diameter of the excircle corner of the third left end of the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is too large, the leftmost end of the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is too blunt, the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 slightly extrudes with the end cover 1, the contact surface is too large, the extrusion stress is too small, and the sealing reliability is reduced. A large number of experiments find that when the diameter of the excircle corner of the third left end of the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is 5.1-8.8 mm, the problems can be avoided, the functions can be realized, and the use requirements are met.
In the embodiment, the diameter of the excircle corner of the third left end of the anisotropic corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is 5.1mm;

When the inner circular angle diameter of the middle part of the third left end of the opposite sex corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is too large, the semicircular diameter of the fourth left end of the opposite sex spring ring 4 is too large, the rigidity of the opposite sex spring ring 4 is too large, the elastic deformation amount generated under the same axial force action is reduced, and the subsequent deformable amount for continuously supporting the opposite sex corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is reduced, which is not beneficial to the continuous reliable output supporting action. The amount of creep deformation of the corrosion resistant seal ring 3 which can compensate for the corrosion resistance is reduced, and leakage occurs once the creep deformation is not sufficiently compensated for. A large number of experiments show that when the diameter of the fillet of the third left middle part of the opposite-nature corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is 14.2-16.7 mm, the problems can be avoided, the functions can be realized, and the use requirements can be met.
In the embodiment, the diameter of the fillet in the middle of the third left end of the anisotropic corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is 14.2mm;
the third middle inner circular corner diameter of the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is too small, the wall thickness reduction amount of the middle part of the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is too small, the rigidity of the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is improved too little, the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring 3 is provided with a circular corner in the middle to improve the rigidity, the deformable amount is improved, and the heterosexual corrosion-resistant sealing ring can be tightly attached to a contacted mechanical part. If the rigidity is less improved, the amount of deformation is less improved, the degree of close adhesion with the mechanical parts in contact is reduced, and the sealing reliability is lowered.
