Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wind power new energy construction, and particularly relates to a platform capable of increasing the assembling stability and the efficiency of a graded impeller and a construction method thereof.
Background
Wind power generation is used as a clean and continuous new energy, has incomparable advantages with other energy, and has very important significance for adjusting energy structure, reducing environmental pollution and promoting economic development.
Because the size of the existing fan blade is large, the length of a single blade is more than 70 meters or even longer, and the impeller is difficult to assemble in a mountain wind field under a complex terrain condition. After a blade is installed, the blade needs to be hung by using an auxiliary automobile sling in order to ensure the balance of a hub, so that the blade cannot be fastened by changing the pitch and the moment, and the assembly efficiency is influenced. Before three blades of the impeller are installed, two auxiliary truck cranes are required to hang two blades which are installed firstly respectively, so that the overall stability of the impeller is ensured, and the problems of low use efficiency of mechanical equipment and large requirement on platform stations are caused. At present, in the assembling process of an impeller on a fan platform, the whole impeller is stressed on a hub tool, the bearing area is small, and great potential safety hazards are easily caused when the impeller is not placed flatly. Therefore, under the condition of complex terrain, how to effectively utilize the existing field, ensure the construction efficiency, save the equipment resources, improve the service efficiency of hoisting equipment, respond to the call of green civilized construction, and is a problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a fan impeller assembling platform and a construction method thereof, so as to solve or at least overcome at least one technical problem in the prior art.
In a first aspect, a method for constructing a fan impeller assembly platform is provided, which includes the following steps:
step one, a supporting platform is arranged, and a fan hub is arranged on the supporting platform;
step two, arranging a counterweight device, and arranging a single counterweight device on the supporting platform;
step three, a fan blade is arranged, and a single fan blade is arranged at the position opposite to the counterweight device arranged in the step two;
and step four, repeating the step two to the step three until the fan impeller is assembled.
