Abstract
The invention provides a large deep layer audio frequency environment-friendly sampling drilling machine which comprises a chassis assembly, a walking assembly, a power assembly, a mast assembly, an audio frequency power head assembly, an operation assembly, a hydraulic system assembly and an electric control system assembly, wherein the mast assembly comprises a mast, the audio frequency power head assembly which slides up and down along the mast is arranged on the mast, the operation assembly comprises a fixed operation table and an orifice operation table, and the orifice operation table is rotatably connected to the chassis assembly. The sampling drilling machine is used for soil pollution investigation of middle and deep layers (50-100 m) and related environmental geological investigation work, and can efficiently finish drilling work.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a deep environment geological survey sampling drilling machine, in particular to a large-scale deep audio frequency environment-friendly sampling drilling machine.
Background
In recent decades, in order to meet the needs of increasing environmental geological investigation, the engineering investigation research field of China successively develops large (small) audio frequency environment-friendly sampling drilling machines. The YSZ-50 type audio frequency vibration drilling machine and the MGD-S50 II type audio frequency environment-friendly sampling drilling machine are successively developed by the second exploration bureau of the Chinese coal geological administration, the structural layout and the aesthetic degree are greatly improved, the blank in the field of developing 50-meter audio frequency environment-friendly drilling machines in China is filled, and the advanced level in China is achieved. The drilling machine has obvious effects on pollution-free and weak disturbance sampling of complex stratums, and is popularized and applied in the fields of pollution site investigation, tailing pond investigation, environment monitoring wells and the like.
However, the existing drilling machine cannot solve the working requirements of soil pollution investigation of the middle-deep layer (50m-100m) and related environmental geological investigation, and therefore, a large-scale deep layer acoustic frequency environment-friendly sampling drilling machine is developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a large deep layer audio frequency environment-friendly sampling drilling machine which can efficiently finish the soil pollution investigation of a middle deep layer (50m-100m) and the related environmental geological investigation.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a large deep layer audio frequency environment-friendly sampling drilling machine comprises a chassis assembly, a walking assembly, a power assembly, a mast assembly, an audio frequency power head assembly, an operation assembly, a hydraulic system assembly and an electric control system assembly, wherein the walking assembly is arranged below the chassis assembly, and the walking assembly walks to drive the chassis assembly to move; the walking assembly comprises a walking crawler driven by a hydraulic walking motor; the mast assembly is arranged in front of the chassis assembly, and the power assembly is arranged behind the chassis assembly; the mast assembly comprises a mast, and an audio power head assembly which slides up and down along the mast is arranged on the mast; the audio power head assembly comprises an audio power head; the operation assembly comprises a fixed operation platform and an orifice operation platform, and the orifice operation platform is rotatably connected to the chassis assembly.
The orifice operating platform comprises an operating platform panel, a connecting arm and a rotating support, and the operating platform panel is connected to the chassis assembly through the connecting arm and the rotating support.
Four hydraulic support legs are arranged at the front, the rear, the left and the right corners of the chassis assembly and are used for supporting the whole drilling machine and realizing the leveling of the machine body.
The power assembly includes diesel engine and supporting mechanism, the diesel engine adopts state III and above emission standard, and diesel engine power and hydraulic system assembly and the power phase-match of audio power head assembly are greater than 117kW, are less than 200kW, supporting mechanism includes cooler, hydraulic pump and automatic oiling pump.
The diesel engine and the matching mechanism are covered by a door cover with a heat radiation window.
The mast assembly further comprises a mast bracket, the mast slides on the mast bracket, a feeding oil cylinder is arranged inside the mast, the feeding oil cylinder drives the audio power head assembly to vertically slide along the mast through a chain, and the mast bracket is rotatably arranged on the chassis assembly through a tower lifting oil cylinder.
The hydraulic pipeline arranging device is characterized in that a bent frame and a drag chain which are used for arranging hydraulic pipelines are arranged on the mast, the bent frame and the drag chain are arranged on the left side or the right side of the mast and used for smoothly arranging the hydraulic pipelines, a winch used for lifting is arranged on the upper portion of the mast, and a clamp capable of automatically disassembling is arranged on the lower portion of the mast.
The chassis assembly is characterized in that a plurality of auxiliary boxes are further arranged on the chassis assembly, each auxiliary box comprises a tool box, a hydraulic valve box and a drill rod box, the tool boxes and the hydraulic valve boxes are arranged on one side of the chassis, two groups of load sensitive proportional reversing valves are arranged in the hydraulic valve boxes, and the drill rod boxes are arranged on the upper portions of the tool boxes and the hydraulic valve boxes.
The electric control system assembly comprises an electric cabinet and a wired remote control box, the electric cabinet controls the start and stop of the power assembly, and the wired remote control box controls the start and stop of the walking assembly.
The hydraulic system assembly adopts a double-pump system consisting of a main pump and an auxiliary pump.
The invention has the technical effects that:
the drill rod is pulled out and pulled down by using the winch, so that the auxiliary time for pulling out and pulling down the drill rod is greatly reduced, the orifice is conveniently and clearly observed through the extendable orifice operating platform, the misoperation is avoided, and the drilling efficiency of the audio environment-friendly drilling machine is further improved; the national III diesel engine is adopted, so that the emission standard is improved, and the energy is saved and the environment is protected; the pipelines and the valve blocks of the hydraulic system are more reasonable and beautiful in layout; the control performance, the aesthetic degree, the reliability and the drilling efficiency of the whole machine are further improved, and the drilling machine is easy to maintain.
The invention introduces an industrial design concept, adopts a modular design, and has compact structure, reasonable layout and beautiful appearance. The whole machine is divided into eight assemblies, including a walking assembly, a chassis assembly, a power assembly, a mast assembly, an audio power head assembly, an operation table assembly, a hydraulic system assembly, an electric control system assembly, a tool box, a hydraulic valve box and a drill rod box. By adjusting and replacing different assemblies, a serialized audio environment-friendly drilling machine can be derived.

Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-3, a large deep-layer audio environment-friendly sampling drilling machine comprises a chassis assembly 10, a walking assembly 20, a power assembly 30, a mast assembly 40, an audio power head assembly 50, an operation assembly, a hydraulic system assembly and an electronic control system assembly.
The walking assembly 20 is arranged below the chassis assembly 10, and the chassis assembly 10 is connected with the walking assembly 20 by short bolts. The walking assembly 20 walks to drive the chassis assembly 10 to move; in the embodiment, the walking assembly 20 adopts a walking crawler driven by a hydraulic walking motor, the maximum climbing angle of the walking assembly is 20 degrees, the walking speed can reach 2.5km/h, and the bearing capacity of the crawler can reach 13 tons.
The chassis assembly 10 is provided with four hydraulic support legs 11 at the front, rear, left and right corners of the chassis assembly for supporting the whole drilling machine and leveling the machine body.
The chassis assembly 10 is formed by welding square pipes, channel steel and steel plates and is used for bearing the weight of the upper part of the drilling machine, a mast assembly mounting support is arranged at the front part of the chassis assembly 10, and the mast assembly 40 is mounted in front of the chassis assembly 10 through the mounting support; the rear of the chassis assembly 10 has a powertrain mounting mount by which the powertrain 30 is mounted to the rear of the chassis assembly 10.
The power assembly 30 comprises a diesel engine and a matched mechanism, and the diesel engine adopts national III emission standard, so that the energy is saved and the environment is protected. The matching mechanism comprises a cooler, a hydraulic pump and an automatic oiling pump, and the diesel engine and the matching mechanism are covered by a door cover 31 with a heat radiation window. Adopt automatic gasoline pump, the oiling is more convenient.
The mast assembly 40 comprises a tower lifting oil cylinder 41, a mast bracket 42, a mast 43, a feeding oil cylinder and a sliding oil cylinder, wherein the mast 43 is arranged on the mast bracket 42, the mast 43 slides on the mast bracket 42 through the sliding oil cylinder, the mast bracket 42 is rotatably arranged on the chassis assembly 10 through the tower lifting oil cylinder 41, the mast bracket 42 is arranged in a lying manner in the state shown in figure 1, and during operation, the tower lifting oil cylinder 41 extends to vertically erect the mast bracket 42 and the mast 43, as shown in figure 2. The feeding oil cylinder is arranged inside the mast 43, the feeding oil cylinder 44 drives the audio power head assembly 50 to vertically slide along the mast 43 through a chain, a bent frame and a drag chain used for arranging hydraulic pipelines are arranged on the mast 43 and can be arranged on the left side or the right side of the mast to smoothly arrange the hydraulic pipelines, a winch used for hoisting is arranged on the upper portion of the mast to facilitate auxiliary hoisting of a drill rod and other appliances, and a clamp holder capable of automatically disassembling is arranged on the lower portion of the mast to facilitate loading and unloading of the drill rod.
The audio power head assembly 50 includes an audio power head and a power head side-shifting mechanism that can move the audio power head laterally to open the aperture;
the operation assembly comprises a fixed operation platform 61 and an orifice operation platform 62 which are arranged on two sides of the chassis, the fixed operation platform 61 is provided with a group of hydraulic reversing valves, the orifice operation platform 62 comprises a connecting arm 621, a rotating support 622 and an operation platform panel 623, the operation platform panel 623 comprises a hydraulic pilot handle and a pressure gauge, and when the operation assembly works, an operator can clearly observe an orifice by lengthening the connecting arm 621 and the operation platform panel 623, misoperation is avoided, and the drilling efficiency is improved.
The hydraulic system assembly comprises a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic valve, a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a pressure gauge, a hydraulic rubber pipe, a hydraulic oil tank and the like. The hydraulic system adopts a double-pump-double system of a main pump and an auxiliary pump, and is an open system. The main pump is a load-sensitive variable pump, and after oil is absorbed from a hydraulic oil tank, the main pump controls the vibration, the rotation, the feeding, the clamp, the winch and the crawler traveling motor of the audio frequency power head through a load-sensitive proportional reversing valve and a pilot handle of the orifice operating platform 62, and then returns the oil to the hydraulic oil tank; the auxiliary pump is a quantitative gear pump, and after oil is absorbed from a hydraulic oil tank, the hydraulic support oil cylinder, the tower lifting oil cylinder, the sliding oil cylinder and the power head side shifting oil cylinder are controlled through a hydraulic reversing valve of the fixed operation platform 61 and then return oil to the hydraulic oil tank.
The electric control system assembly comprises an electric control box and a wired remote control box. The electric cabinet comprises a key switch, an accelerator, a digital display diesel engine performance parameter instrument, an emergency stop button and the like, controls the start and stop, acceleration and deceleration of the diesel engine and monitors the operation condition of the diesel engine, and the wired remote control box comprises a crawler walking handle, the accelerator and the emergency stop button and controls the walking of the whole machine and the acceleration, deceleration and emergency stop of the diesel engine.
A plurality of auxiliary tanks 70 are also arranged on the chassis assembly, and each auxiliary tank comprises a tool box, a hydraulic valve box and a drill rod box. The tool box and the hydraulic valve box are arranged on one side of the chassis side by side, two groups of load sensitive proportional reversing valves are arranged in the hydraulic valve box, the drill rod box is arranged on the upper portions of the tool box and the hydraulic valve box, and 25 drill rods with the length of 2.3 meters can be accommodated in the drill rod box.
When the sampling drilling machine works, a key switch of the electric cabinet is firstly turned on, the power assembly 30 is started, and then the wireless remote control box is operated to drive the walking assembly 20 to walk to a preset hole position. The four hydraulic legs 11 are controlled by operating the hydraulic directional valve handle of the fixed operating platform 61, so that the walking assembly 20 is slightly separated from the ground, and the drilling machine is leveled. The raising cylinder 41 is controlled to raise the mast assembly 40 to a vertical position, as shown in FIG. 2, and then the glide cylinder is controlled to glide the mast assembly 40 to the ground. Then the elongated orifice operating table 62 is rotated, the feeding, the rotation and the vibration of the audio power head assembly 50 are controlled through a pilot handle of the orifice operating table 62, the drilling sampling and the drill rod tripping operation are realized, after the drill rod trips to a set depth under the action of the audio power head assembly, the audio power head is moved transversely by controlling a power head side-moving mechanism, the orifice is opened, a plurality of drill rods are tripped in an auxiliary mode through a winch on the mast 43, the auxiliary time can be greatly shortened, and the drilling efficiency is improved.
The power head lateral moving mechanism greatly reduces the auxiliary time for pulling and pulling the drill rod, and the extendable orifice operating platform is convenient for clearly observing the orifice, so that misoperation is avoided, and the two mechanisms obviously improve the drilling efficiency of the audio environment-friendly drilling machine; the diesel engine with national emission standard III and above is adopted, so that the emission standard is improved, and the energy is saved and the environment is protected; the pipelines and the valve blocks of the hydraulic system are more reasonable and beautiful in layout; the control performance, the aesthetic degree, the reliability and the drilling efficiency of the whole machine are further improved, and the drilling machine is easy to maintain.
