技术领域
本申请涉及纺织材料的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
混纺即混纺化纤织物,是化学纤维与其它如棉毛、丝、麻等到天然纤维混合纺纱织成的纺织产品,既有化学纤维的风格又有天然纤维的性能。混纺纤维包括涤纶丝与棉纤维的混纺,两者混纺制成的面料既具有涤纶丝的高韧性、阻燃性、回弹性、抗静电性,又具有棉纤维的吸湿性、保暖性、耐热性。但是棉纤维的抗皱性能较差,遇水容易发皱,导致混纺面料的抗皱性能下降。
关联技术为公告号CN109304903A的中国发明专利公开了一种抗皱抑菌面料,所述抗皱抑菌面料包括基层和抑菌层;所述基层由经线、纬线编织而成;所述经线用料为棉纤维;所述纬线用料为棉纤维和圣麻纤维;所述纬线中棉纤维与圣麻纤维的重量比为10:2~6;所述基层中棉纤维和圣麻纤维的重量比为30:3~8;所述抑菌层由40份~60份的改性竹纤维与15份~30份的大豆纤维混纺织造而成。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为上述面料基层的纬线采用圣麻纤维与棉纤维混纺,圣麻纤维虽然具有一定的防皱性能,但是并没有从根本上改善棉纤维易皱的缺陷,制备出的面料依然具有易皱缺陷。
发明内容
为了提高混纺面料的抗皱性能,本申请提供一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺。
第一方面,本申请提供一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,采用如下的技术方案:一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,具体包括以下制备步骤:
S1.棉纤维选取:选取2dtex×30mm的棉纤维,并将棉纤维浸入预处理液中进行前处理,前处理完成后对棉纤维进行烘干处理;
S2.纺纱:棉纤维依次经过以下处理工序:抓棉工序→成卷工序→梳理工序→粗纱工序→细纱工序→络筒工序,得到细棉纱;
S3.涤纶丝选取:选用20D/1F的涤纶丝;
S4.股线制备:以3~5根细棉纱为一股,加捻出股线A;以2~4根涤纶丝为一股,加捻出股线B;
S5.编制:将股线A与股线B编织成混纺面料;
S6.后处理:使用抗皱整理液对混纺面料进行浸轧处理,每1L所述抗皱整理液中包含以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂80~100份、二丙烯酸乙二醇酯25~45份、碳酸氢钠8~14份、三乙醇胺5~10份、无水氯化镁12~20份、丙酮35~75份以及添加剂15~25份;浸轧完成后对混纺面料进行烘干处理,制得混纺面料成品。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用抗皱整理液对混纺面料进行浸轧处理,抗皱整理液中的聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂具有良好的弹性,与二丙烯酸乙二醇酯等原料共同作用于混纺面料上,有利于提高混纺面料中细棉纱与涤纶丝的弹性与抗皱性,因此,获得提高混纺面料抗皱性的效果。碳酸氢钠具有调节抗皱整理液酸碱度的作用,以避免混纺面料发生酸降解。
优选的,每1L所述抗皱整理液中包含以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂90~95份、二丙烯酸乙二醇酯30~40份、碳酸氢钠10~12份、三乙醇胺6~8份、无水氯化镁14~16份、丙酮50~60份以及添加剂20~25份。
通过采用上述技术方案,每升抗皱整理液中采用上述重量份的原料,有利于提高抗皱整理液对混纺面料的抗皱性能。
优选的,所述抗皱整理液还包括三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯15~25份。
通过采用上述技术方案,三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯的添加用于为二丙烯酸乙二醇酯增效,两者共同作用于混纺面料上,有利于进一步提升抗皱整理液的使用性能,从而提升混纺面料的抗皱性。

通过采用上述技术方案,聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂为热塑性树脂,聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂在作为抗皱整理液使用时,虽然对混纺面料具有良好的抗皱提升效果,但是会导致混纺面料的强度下降,使用热固性脲醛树脂为聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂补强,两者共同作用于混纺面料上,有利于提升混纺面料的强度性能。
优选的,所述S1中的预处理液包含以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢铵55~75份、去离子水25~35份、活性剂5~10份以及促进剂0.05~0.1份。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过碳酸氢铵对混纺面料进行碱刻蚀,使棉纤维表面产生腐蚀坑,从而增大其比表面积,以此提升抗皱整理液在棉纤维表面的附着力,使得棉纤维具有持久的抗皱性能。
优选的,所述活化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
通过采用上述技术方案,使用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对棉纤维进行活化,从而提高预处理液对棉纤维的作用效果,从而提高抗皱整理液在棉纤维表面的附着度,以此提升棉纤维的抗皱性能。
优选的,所述促进剂为促进剂1227。
通过采用上述技术方案,促进剂1227一方面对棉纤维进行活化,另一方面由于其具有良好的杀菌性,有利于对棉纤维上的细菌进行杀除,从而提升棉纤维的预处理效果。
优选的,所述S6中的添加剂包括质量比为1:(2~3)的柔软剂与渗透剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,柔软剂用于提高混纺面料的柔软性,渗透剂用于扩大混纺面料表面的孔隙率,促进抗皱整理液快速渗透至混纺面料的内部。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本申请采用抗皱整理液对混纺面料进行浸轧处理,抗皱整理液中的聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂具有良好的弹性,与二丙烯酸乙二醇酯等原料共同作用于混纺面料上,有利于提高混纺面料中细棉纱与涤纶丝的弹性与抗皱性,获得了提高混纺面料抗皱性的效果。
2、本申请中优选采用三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯用于为二丙烯酸乙二醇酯增效,两者共同作用于混纺面料上,有利于进一步提升抗皱整理液的使用性能,从而提升混纺面料的抗皱性。
3、本申请中使用热固性脲醛树脂为聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂补强,两者共同作用于混纺面料上,有利于提升混纺面料的强度性能。

一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,具体包括以下制备步骤:
S1.棉纤维选取:选取2dtex×30mm的棉纤维,并将棉纤维浸入预处理液中进行前处理,前处理温度为90℃,浸泡时间为20min,前处理完成后对棉纤维进行水洗、烘干处理;其中,预处理液包含以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢铵55份、去离子水25份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份以及促进剂1227 0.05份;
S2.纺纱:棉纤维依次经过以下处理工序:抓棉工序→成卷工序→梳理工序→粗纱工序→细纱工序→络筒工序,得到细棉纱;
S3.涤纶丝选取:选用20D/1F的涤纶丝;
S4.股线制备:以3根细棉纱为一股,采用S捻加捻出股线A;以2根涤纶丝为一股,采用S捻加捻出股线B;
S5.编制:将股线A与股线B编织成混纺面料;
S6.后处理:使用抗皱整理液对混纺面料进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧完成后对混纺面料预烘15min,再焙烘10min,洗涤后自然晾干,制得混纺面料成品;

S1.棉纤维选取:选取2dtex×30mm的棉纤维,并将棉纤维浸入预处理液中进行前处理,前处理温度为90℃,浸泡时间为20min,前处理完成后对棉纤维进行水洗、烘干处理;其中,预处理液包含以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢铵55份、去离子水25份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份以及促进剂1227 0.05份;

预处理液包含以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢铵65份、去离子水30份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7.5份以及促进剂1227 0.075份。
实施例7,本实施例与实施例3的区别之处在于:
预处理液包含以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢铵75份、去离子水35份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份以及促进剂1227 0.1份。
实施例8,本实施例与实施例6的区别之处在于:
抗皱整理液还包括三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯15份。

性能检测试验
对由实施例1-13以及对比例1-2制备出的混纺面料进行取样,并对样品进行以下性能检测。
试验方法
1、抗皱性检测
参照GB/T13770《纺织品耐久压烫产品经家庭洗涤和干燥后褶祠外观的评定方法》对样品的抗皱性能进行检测,防缩抗皱性能的要求是经5次循环洗涤干燥后,外观平整度≥3.5级,将检测结果记录在表1中。
2、弹性检测
参照GB/T3923.1-2013《纺织品织物拉伸性能第1部分:断裂强力和断裂伸长率的测定条样法》,采用YG(B)026H型电子织物强力机对样品进行拉伸试验,测试其拉伸性能,并以拉伸形能表征样品的弹性,检测结果记录在表1中。

结合实施例1~5和对比例1~2并结合表1可以看出,使用抗皱整理液对混纺面料进行后处理后,混纺面料的抗皱性与弹性均具有显著提升;单独对棉纤维进行前处理,抗皱整理液与棉纤维表面的附着力增强,从而提升了混纺面料的抗皱性能。
结合实施例3、6~7并结合表1可以看出,预处理液中各组分控制在合适的范围内,有利于进一步提升混纺面料的抗皱性能。
结合实施例6、8~10并结合表1可以看出,三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯的添加具有增强混纺面料抗皱性与弹性的作用,这是因为三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯与二丙烯酸乙二醇酯具有协同增效作用。
结合实施例9、11~13并结合表1可以看出,在添加三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯的基础上再添加热固性脲醛树脂,热固性脲醛树脂与聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂具有互相弥补缺陷的作用,有利于进一步提升混纺面料的抗皱性与弹性。

Claims (8)
1.一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:具体包括以下制备步骤:
S1.棉纤维选取:选取2dtex×30mm的棉纤维,并将棉纤维浸入预处理液中进行前处理,前处理完成后对棉纤维进行烘干处理;
S2.纺纱:棉纤维依次经过以下处理工序:抓棉工序→成卷工序→梳理工序→粗纱工序→细纱工序→络筒工序,得到细棉纱;
S3.涤纶丝选取:选用20D/1F的涤纶丝;
S4.股线制备:以3~5根细棉纱为一股,加捻出股线A;以2~4根涤纶丝为一股,加捻出股线B;
S5.编制:将股线A与股线B编织成混纺面料;
S6.后处理:使用抗皱整理液对混纺面料进行浸轧处理,每1L所述抗皱整理液中包含以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂80~100份、二丙烯酸乙二醇酯25~45份、碳酸氢钠8~14份、三乙醇胺5~10份、无水氯化镁12~20份、丙酮35~75份以及添加剂15~25份;浸轧完成后对混纺面料进行烘干处理,制得混纺面料成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:每1L所述抗皱整理液中包含以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂90~95份、二丙烯酸乙二醇酯30~40份、碳酸氢钠10~12份、三乙醇胺6~8份、无水氯化镁14~16份、丙酮50~60份以及添加剂20~25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述抗皱整理液还包括三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯15~25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述抗皱整理液还包括热固性脲醛树脂20~30份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述S1中的预处理液包含以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢铵55~75份、去离子水25~35份、活性剂5~10份以及0.05~0.1份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述活化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述促进剂为促进剂1227。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述S6中的添加剂包括质量比为1:(2~3)的柔软剂与渗透剂。
