The signal sleeve includes: a housing; a drive shaft disposed within the housing; wherein the transmission shaft is connected with a standard sleeve; an electric signal slip ring sleeved on the transmission shaft; and the signal connector is electrically connected with the electrical signal slip ring. A tightening tool for use with the signal sleeve includes: the driving side is connected with the driving square hole of the signal sleeve; a pretightening force measuring instrument for measuring and controlling the pretightening force of the bolt; a tightening tool body connected to the housing of the signal sleeve. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical accessories, in particular to a signal sleeve and a screwing tool.
Background
The bolt connection is the most main form of structural connection, and has the characteristics of repeatable disassembly, good interchangeability, wide application and the like. The installation process of the bolt connection is mainly completed by a tightening tool at present. The form of the device mainly comprises a manual wrench, an electric tightening gun and the like. Whether the installation is in place is mainly judged by torque or angle. From the design angle of bolt connection, the pretightening force is a direct design index for realizing bolt connection. At present, the pretightening force on the bolt cannot be measured in real time in the fastening process, so that the quality and the reliability of fastening connection cannot be completely guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a signal sleeve and a tightening tool, and aims to solve the problem that the pretightening force on a bolt cannot be measured in real time in the tightening process.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a signal sleeve, including:
a housing;

and the signal connector 1 is electrically connected with the electrical signal slip ring 5.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the signal slip ring is connected with the signal connector on the relatively stationary casing of the tool, and the signal connector internally includes the signal cable, and the signal of the standard sleeve 8 is transmitted to the instrument to be used through the signal connector 1 through the transmission shaft 4. Here, the transmission shaft 4 can be connected to the standard socket 8 via a bearing 6; and the bearing 6 can be matched and connected with a hole retainer ring 7. Here, the electrical signal slip ring 5 plays a main balancing role by adding a bearing to the transmission shaft in order to improve an auxiliary balancing role, and if the standard sleeve 8 is short, it is not necessary to install the bearing 6 and the hole retainer ring 7, depending on the actual situation, and there is no particular limitation.
It should be noted that the outer housing part from the electrical signal slip ring 5 to the bearing 6 can be made according to the outer diameter or thread size of the electrical signal slip ring 5 or the bearing 6, which is not limited in particular, so that the signal sleeve can be made to be complete and beautiful, and the structure of the signal sleeve can be made to be more compact.
Optionally, the rotor 11 of the electrical signal slip ring 5 is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft 4;
and a stator 12 of the electrical signal slip ring 5 is fixedly connected with the signal joint 1.
It should be noted that the electrical signal slip ring 5 has small rotation resistance and stable signal transmission, and the rotor 11 of the electrical signal slip ring 5 can meet the requirement of high rotation speed of a tightening tool, and can reach 1000 rpm; in the embodiment of the invention, the signal is transmitted from the rotating sleeve to the end of the stator 12 by utilizing the electric signal slip ring 5, so that the winding of a cable in the screwing process is avoided.
Optionally, the signal sleeve of the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
a plug cover 2;
the blanking cover 2 is fixed above the signal connector 1 and is fixedly connected with the shell 3, and the transmission shaft 4 penetrates through the blanking cover 2 by a preset distance.
The blocking cover 2 is additionally arranged above the inside of the signal sleeve, the inner cable is hidden in the blocking cover 2, and devices inside the protective sleeve are isolated from the environment, so that the environmental adaptability of the sleeve is improved; the transmission shaft 4 penetrates through the blocking cover 2 for a preset distance, and the preset distance can be designed according to actual conditions and is not specifically limited here.
Specifically, the top of the transmission shaft 4 is provided with a rotatable driving square hole. The driving square hole is connected with a tightening tool, the driving shaft 4 is driven to rotate through the operation of the tool, and the torque is transmitted to the standard sleeve 8 below the driving shaft 4.
Optionally, the standard sleeve 8 comprises a probe 13 and a magnetic ring 10;
the probe 13 is fixed on the transmission shaft 4 through a probe fixing seat 9;
the magnetic ring 10 is fixed between the probe 13 and the probe fixing seat 9.
It should be noted that the magnetic ring 10 can keep the sleeve in reliable contact with the bolt in the bolt tightening process, so as to ensure the stability of the contact between the sleeve and the bolt head when the bolt is tightened; the probe 13 is fixed on the transmission shaft 4 by the probe fixing seat 9, a terminal wiring on the probe fixing seat 9 is connected with the rotor 11 of the electric signal slip ring 5 through an inner hole of the transmission shaft 4, and the stator 12 of the electric signal slip ring 5 is connected with a relatively static signal joint on the shell 3. Wherein, the probe fixing seat 9 and the probe 13 are in clearance fit, and the probe is convenient to replace when worn.
Optionally, the probe 13 forms a first signal loop to the center of the signal connector 1; the standard sleeve 8 forms a second signal loop to the housing of the signal connection 1. Here, the probe 13 itself may also have a multi-stage circuit, and different types of probes may be selected according to actual situations, and are not limited in particular.

a pretightening force measuring instrument for measuring and controlling the pretightening force of the bolt;

It should be noted that the tightening tool according to the embodiment of the present invention may perform bolt pretension measurement, and the tightening tool may control the stop and start of the signal sleeve cooperatively connected with the driver 21. Specifically, the tightening tool used with the signal sleeve is connected to the signal sleeve through the driving part 21, and the pretension force measuring instrument is connected to the signal sleeve through the signal connector 1. When the tightening operation is carried out, the tightening tool can carry out bolt pretightening force measurement through the pretightening force measuring instrument, the pretightening force measuring instrument compares a measured pretightening force result with a preset value in the pretightening force measuring instrument, and when the pretightening force measuring instrument reaches a preset value range, the pretightening force measuring instrument sends a signal to the tightening tool and controls the tightening tool to stop so as to realize the tightening operation controlled by the pretightening force.
Optionally, the pretension measuring device is integrated into the interior of the tightening tool or is connected to the exterior of the tightening tool via a signal connection of the signal sleeve.
It should be noted that the pretightening force measuring instrument may be externally connected or internally connected according to actual conditions, and is not particularly limited herein; the pre-tightening force measuring instrument is an ultrasonic bolt pre-tightening force measuring instrument, and the ultrasonic bolt pre-tightening force measuring instrument and a tightening tool are integrated, so that the change condition of corresponding pre-tightening force is measured during tightening operation. In the embodiment of the invention, the driving part 21 of the tightening tool is inserted into the driving hole of the transmission shaft 4 of the signal sleeve, and the transmission shaft 4 rotates under the action of the tightening tool to transmit the torque to the standard sleeve 8 below.
