Abstract
The invention discloses a method for reducing grooves in priming an aluminum alloy sleeve, which has the following advantages: (1) The pressure of the expansion shaft is matched with the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy sleeve, so that on one hand, the slipping between the expansion shaft and the aluminum alloy sleeve can be avoided, and on the other hand, the external pressure of the expansion shaft to the aluminum alloy sleeve can be reduced; (2) The starting pressure is regulated, so that an effective buffer effect can be achieved on stress release on the aluminum alloy sleeve, and the phenomenon that grooves appear on the surface of the aluminum alloy sleeve due to the fact that the stress release rate is too high is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention particularly relates to a method for reducing grooves in priming of an aluminum alloy sleeve
Background
For the purpose of saving production cost, the aluminum alloy sleeve is manufactured by using a cast-rolled blank with the thickness of 6.0-7.0mm to replace the existing steel sleeve and paper core sleeve in the production process, but due to the fact that the hardness and strength of the aluminum alloy sleeve are low, a bottoming groove phenomenon is frequently generated in finishing production, the aluminum alloy sleeve is directly collapsed and scrapped when the situation is serious, repeated reworking production is caused, and production efficiency and yield are reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a method for reducing grooves when an aluminum alloy sleeve is bottomed, which comprises the following steps:
step one: screening qualified aluminum alloy sleeves;
step two: adjusting the pressure of an expansion shaft in the priming machine, wherein the pressure of the expansion shaft is matched with the tensile strength of an aluminum alloy sleeve to be primed;
step three: adjusting the head of the priming machine to ensure that the position of the head corresponds to the middle position of the aluminum alloy sleeve;
step four: starting pressure intensity of the priming machine is regulated, and priming work of the aluminum alloy sleeve is started.
Furthermore, the material of the aluminum alloy sleeve in the second step is 1235 aluminum alloy casting blank, and the tensile strength of the 1235 aluminum alloy casting blank is 110+/-10 MPa.
Furthermore, in the second step, the tension of the expansion shaft corresponding to the tensile strength of the 1235 aluminum alloy casting blank is not more than 3MPa.
Further, in the second step, the aluminum alloy sleeve is made of 8011 aluminum alloy casting blank, and the tensile strength of the 8011 aluminum alloy casting blank is 120+/-10 MPa.
Furthermore, in the second step, the tension of the expansion shaft corresponding to the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy casting blank 8011 is not more than 3.5MPa.
Further, the starting pressure of the priming machine in the fourth step is 4.0+/-0.3 kg/mm 2 。
The beneficial effects are that: the invention discloses a method for reducing grooves in priming an aluminum alloy sleeve, which has the following advantages: (1) The pressure of the expansion shaft is matched with the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy sleeve, so that on one hand, the slipping between the expansion shaft and the aluminum alloy sleeve can be avoided, and on the other hand, the external pressure of the expansion shaft to the aluminum alloy sleeve can be reduced; (2) The starting pressure is regulated, so that an effective buffer effect can be achieved on stress release on the aluminum alloy sleeve, and the phenomenon that grooves appear on the surface of the aluminum alloy sleeve due to the fact that the stress release rate is too high is avoided.
