Abstract
The invention provides edible natural plant skin-care mask water and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of beauty and skin-care products. The natural plant skin-care facial mask lotion is prepared by using rose, polygonatum, chinaroot greenbrier rhizome and aloe as main raw materials through the steps of distillation, crushing, ultrasonic extraction, reduced pressure concentration and the like. The rose mask not only retains rich head fragrance substances of roses, but also enables the mask water to contain various nutritional active substances such as polysaccharide, amino acid, flavonoid substances and the like, so that the care effects of whitening, moisturizing, moistening the skin and relieving scales and pruritus are effectively improved, the skin is more smooth, fine and elastic, and the production cost and the solid waste discharge amount are reduced. The invention has wide raw materials and low production cost, and can be used for preparing facial masks, skin-care creams and skin-care ointments.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beauty and skin care products, in particular to an edible natural plant skin care essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increase of age and the acceleration of work rhythm, the wrinkles of the face of people become more and more, the muscles become more relaxed, and the skin color becomes more and more yellow. Skin care products become necessary products in daily life of people in order to keep the face ruddy, tight and elastic, but most of skin care products on the market are chemically synthesized products, and the chemical solvent residues contained in the skin care products can cause damage to the skin and the body. The skin care is improper, the work is tired, the sleep is insufficient, and the unqualified skin care product is used, so that the adverse symptoms of skin aging such as dull and dark, yellowing, dry skin, poor skin elasticity and the like of the facial skin, even the pathological symptoms such as desquamation, pruritus, redness and swelling and the like are easy to appear.
The rose is a rare natural spice plant, belongs to Rosaceae, Rosaceae and Rosa, has various varieties, is widely distributed all over the country, and is most famous in Gansu rose and Shandong Pingyin county. The rose essential oil extracted from rose is widely used in the aspects of beauty, food and the like, has the effects of resisting bacteria, calming, regulating endocrine, promoting metabolism and the like, and is called as 'liquid gold'. However, the composition of rose essential oil is very complex, and usually contains monoterpene compounds, geraniol, beta-citronellol, linalool, rose ether, nerol and other components, wherein geraniol, beta-citronellol, nerol and esters thereof are basic components forming the fragrance of rose and are main fragrance components of rose, and polysaccharides, vitamin C, carotene, amino acid components, anthocyanin components, flavonoid compounds and other substances contained in rose are nutrient elements related to human health. At present, roses are mainly utilized to extract rose essential oil which is used as spice, but the nutrient components contained in the roses are less utilized.
Yuzhu, Yushen and Xiancao, the young seedlings and rootstock of Yuzhu, a perennial herb of Liliaceae, can be eaten. The modern medicine proves that the polygonatum contains alkaloid, cardiotonic substances, mucus substances, spinanic acid and vitamin A substances, and has the effects of tonifying the five internal organs, nourishing qi and blood, tonifying and moistening, tonifying qi and promoting the production of body fluid, reducing blood sugar and moistening the skin. The most important chemical component in Yuzhu is a saccharide component, which is also the focus of Yuzhu research in recent years. The rhizoma Polygonati Odorati polysaccharide is one of the main effective components of rhizoma Polygonati Odorati with pharmacological action, has general function of sugar, and has effects of lowering blood sugar, resisting aging, regulating blood lipid, resisting lipid peroxidation, and resisting tumor.
In the prior art, roses and polygonatum odoratum are disclosed to be used for skin care products, for example, CN 106361640 discloses a technical scheme for preparing a rose mask by extracting rose petals, which does not fully utilize nutrient components contained in roses and does not disclose the skin care effect of the rose mask although the visual effect of users is satisfied; CN111773163 discloses a technical scheme for preparing a moisturizing mask by using polygonatum as a raw material, which has high cost and single nursing function and is difficult to fully meet the requirements of consumers, although it has certain effects on skin dryness, pruritus relief and scale and erythema repair. Therefore, the nutritional ingredients and physiological effects of rose and polygonatum are required to be fully utilized to develop a facial skin care product which has the effects of whitening, moisturizing, safety and health, can make skin elastic and firm and can treat skin itch.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides edible natural plant skin-care mask lotion and a preparation method thereof, wherein rose, polygonatum, chinaroot greenbrier rhizome and aloe are used as main raw materials, the natural plant skin-care mask lotion is prepared by the steps of distillation, crushing, ultrasonic extraction, reduced pressure concentration and the like, and the nutritional components contained in the rose and the polygonatum are fully utilized, so that the prepared mask lotion has the effects of whitening, removing freckles, moisturizing, activating blood, relieving skin itch and scales and the like, and the problems in the background are solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
on one hand, the invention provides edible natural plant skin-care mask lotion which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-100 parts of fresh rose, 10-60 parts of aloe, 10-100 parts of polygonatum odoratum, 5-30 parts of white poria, 1-10 parts of luffa stem, 5-30 parts of medlar, 1-10 parts of camellia seed and 10-30 parts of sodium hyaluronate.
Further, the edible natural plant skin-care mask lotion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-100 parts of fresh rose, 10-50 parts of aloe, 10-80 parts of polygonatum odoratum, 15-30 parts of white poria, 1-8 parts of luffa stem, 5-20 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 1-8 parts of camellia seed and 10-25 parts of sodium hyaluronate.
Further, the edible natural plant skin-care mask lotion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of fresh rose, 10-40 parts of aloe, 10-60 parts of polygonatum odoratum, 15-20 parts of white poria, 1-5 parts of luffa stem, 5-15 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 3-8 parts of camellia seeds and 15-25 parts of sodium hyaluronate.
Further, the molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 5,000-50,000Da, specifically, the molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 5,000-30,000Da, and preferably, the molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 9,000-30,000 Da.
In one aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of edible natural plant skin-care mask lotion, which comprises the following steps:
1) pouring fresh rose, aloe and salt solution into a grinder, adjusting the rotating speed, grinding into slurry, pouring the slurry into a distillation kettle, sealing, introducing water vapor, distilling, collecting the rose extract, and refrigerating for later use;
2) putting the polygonatum, the white poria, the luffa stem, the medlar and the camellia seeds into a grinder according to the parts by weight, adjusting the rotating speed, and drying the obtained mixed powder after grinding;
3) pouring the distilled rose solid distillation residue obtained in the step 1) and the mixed powder obtained in the step 2) into a reaction kettle, adding an organic solvent aqueous solution and sodium hyaluronate, adjusting the rotating speed, stirring, heating and carrying out ultrasonic extraction to obtain an ultrasonic extracting solution;
4) standing the ultrasonic extraction liquid obtained in the step 3), and filtering to obtain a filtrate;
5) mixing the rose extract obtained in the step 1) and the filtrate obtained in the step 4), adjusting the pH, decompressing, recovering the solvent, and concentrating to obtain the edible natural plant skin-care mask liquid.
Further, the concentration of the saline solution in the step 1) is 5% -50%, specifically, the concentration of the saline solution in the step 1) is 5% -30%, and preferably, the concentration of the saline solution in the step 1) is 10% -20%.
Further, the ratio of the weight parts of the saline solution in the step 1) to the sum of the weight parts of the rose and the aloe is 1: 1-5, specifically, the ratio of the weight parts of the saline solution in the step 1) to the sum of the weight parts of the rose and the aloe is 1: 1-4, and preferably, the ratio of the weight parts of the saline solution in the step 1) to the sum of the weight parts of the rose and the aloe is 1: 1-3.
Further, the weight ratio of the rose to the aloe in the step 1) is (1-5) to 1, specifically, the weight ratio of the rose to the aloe in the step 1) is (1-4) to 1, and preferably, the weight ratio of the rose to the aloe in the step 1) is (1-3) to 1.

On the other hand, the invention provides application of the edible natural plant skin-care mask lotion, which can be applied to preparing masks, skin-care essence, skin nutrient solutions and makeup remover.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the rose and the aloe are subjected to mixed salting treatment by using the salt solution, so that the extraction rate of the fragrant substances of the rose is improved, the mask water contains the head fragrant substances of the rose, and the mask water has the characteristic fragrance of the rose;
2) by using the distilled solid residue for ultrasonic extraction, the extraction of polysaccharides, flavonoids, amino acids, vitamins and the like in the rose and the aloe from the raw materials is reduced, the utilization rate of the plant raw materials is fully improved, the production cost of the mask water is reduced, and the discharge of solid waste is reduced;
3) the polygonatum odoratum has the effects of nourishing yin, moistening dryness and moistening skin, is matched with the poria cocos, the luffa stem, the Chinese wolfberry and the camellia seed, and the extracted active substances such as amino acid, vitamin, flavonoid substances and the like greatly improve the care effects of whitening, antioxidation, moisturizing and moisturizing, repairing facial damaged skin, moistening and nourishing skin and treating scales of the mask water, and meanwhile provides nutritional active substances for the skin, so that the skin is deeply nursed, is further lubricated, fine, compact and elastic, and effectively prevents skin problems such as pruritus, scale, dry crack and the like caused by lack of nutrition and insufficient moisture;
4) the mask lotion can be used for preparing masks, and can also be directly added into skin care milk, skin care cream and skin care ointment.
Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention without further limiting its scope.
Example 1
A preparation method of an edible natural plant skin care mask lotion comprises the following steps:
1) pouring 40 parts by weight of fresh rose petals, 20 parts by weight of aloe and 120 parts by weight of 10% salt water into a grinder, adjusting the rotating speed to 1000rpm, grinding into slurry, pouring the slurry into a distillation kettle, sealing for 12 hours, introducing 8L/hour of water vapor, distilling, controlling the outlet temperature of a condenser at 4 ℃, collecting distillate, and placing in a refrigerator for refrigeration at 4 ℃ for later use;
2) putting 20 parts by weight of polygonatum odoratum, 10 parts by weight of poria alba, 3 parts by weight of luffa stem, 10 parts by weight of medlar and 3 parts by weight of camellia seed into a grinder, adjusting the rotating speed to 1000rpm, grinding into mixed powder of 30 meshes, and baking in an oven for 1 hour;
3) pouring the distilled rose solid distillation residue obtained in the step 1) and the mixed powder obtained in the step 2) into a reaction kettle, adding 300 parts by weight of 60% ethanol water solution and 15 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, adjusting the rotating speed to 1000rpm, stirring for 30 minutes, heating to 50 ℃, performing ultrasonic extraction for 3 hours, wherein the ultrasonic power is 1000W, and obtaining an ultrasonic extracting solution;
4) standing the ultrasonic extraction liquid for 6 hours, and filtering with a 100-mesh filter screen to obtain a filtrate;
5) mixing the distillate obtained in the step 1) and the filtrate obtained in the step 4), adjusting the pH to 6.0, recovering ethanol under reduced pressure, and concentrating to 1/3 of the volume of the original mixed solution to obtain the edible natural plant skin-care facial mask liquid.
Example 2
A preparation method of an edible natural plant skin care mask lotion comprises the following steps:
1) pouring 60 parts by weight of fresh rose petals, 30 parts by weight of aloe and 200 parts by weight of 15% salt solution into a grinder, adjusting the rotating speed to 1200rpm, grinding into slurry, pouring the slurry into a distillation kettle, sealing for 16 hours, introducing 12L/hour of water vapor, distilling, controlling the outlet temperature of a condenser to be 4 ℃, collecting distillate, and placing in a refrigerator for refrigeration at 4 ℃ for later use;
2) putting 40 parts by weight of polygonatum odoratum, 15 parts by weight of white poria, 4 parts by weight of luffa stem, 12 parts by weight of medlar and 5 parts by weight of camellia seed into a grinder, adjusting the rotating speed to 1200rpm, grinding into mixed powder of 50 meshes, and baking in an oven for 2 hours;
3) pouring the distilled rose solid distillation residue obtained in the step 1) and the mixed powder obtained in the step 2) into a reaction kettle, adding 500 parts by weight of 70% ethanol water solution and 20 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, adjusting the rotating speed to 1200rpm, stirring for 40 minutes, heating to 60 ℃, performing ultrasonic extraction for 4 hours, and obtaining an ultrasonic extracting solution with the ultrasonic power of 1200W;
4) standing the ultrasonic extraction liquid for 8 hours, and filtering with a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain a filtrate;
5) mixing the distillate obtained in the step 1) and the filtrate obtained in the step 4), adjusting the pH to 6.0, recovering ethanol under reduced pressure, and concentrating to 1/3 of the volume of the original mixed solution to obtain the edible natural plant skin-care facial mask liquid.
Example 3
A preparation method of an edible natural plant skin care mask lotion comprises the following steps:
1) pouring 80 parts by weight of fresh rose petals, 40 parts by weight of aloe and 250 parts by weight of 20% salt solution into a grinder, adjusting the rotating speed to 1500rpm, grinding into slurry, pouring the slurry into a distillation kettle, sealing for 24 hours, introducing 15L/hour of water vapor, distilling, controlling the outlet temperature of a condenser at 4 ℃, collecting distillate, and placing in a refrigerator for refrigeration at 4 ℃ for later use;
2) putting 60 parts by weight of polygonatum odoratum, 20 parts by weight of white poria, 5 parts by weight of luffa stem, 15 parts by weight of medlar and 8 parts by weight of camellia seed into a grinder, adjusting the rotating speed to 1500rpm, grinding into mixed powder of 80 meshes, and baking in an oven for 3 hours;
3) pouring the distilled rose solid distillation residue obtained in the step 1) and the mixed powder obtained in the step 2) into a reaction kettle, adding 600 parts by weight of 80% ethanol water solution and 25 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, adjusting the rotating speed to 1500rpm, stirring for 60 minutes, heating to 70 ℃, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 5 hours at the ultrasonic power of 1500W to obtain an ultrasonic extracting solution;
4) standing the ultrasonic extraction liquid for 10 hours, and filtering with a 300-mesh filter screen to obtain a filtrate;
5) mixing the distillate obtained in the step 1) and the filtrate obtained in the step 4), adjusting the pH to 6.0, recovering ethanol under reduced pressure, and concentrating to 1/3 of the volume of the original mixed solution to obtain the edible natural plant skin-care facial mask liquid.
Comparative example
Rose essential oil was prepared as comparative example according to the method described in CN 109925217A.
Example 4
Taking the edible natural plant skin care facial mask prepared by the method of examples 1-3 and the rose essential oil prepared by the comparative example, respectively adding the aloe gel, and stirring to uniformly mix the aloe gel and the rose essential oil to obtain the facial mask. Selecting 400 subjects with color spots, acne marks, rough and dull skin and age distribution between 18-65 years (no male or female) as subjects to be examined, randomly dividing into 4 groups, uniformly applying edible facial masks on the faces after 20min, cleaning respectively 1 time every morning and evening at intervals of 10-12 hours, and using for one month without other cosmetics.

The table shows that the edible natural plant skin-care mask liquid prepared by the invention can effectively repair facial scars, make skin soft, fine and elastic, improve the luster and whitening effect of the skin, keep the skin moisture, reduce the generation of scales and greatly relieve skin itch.
Although the invention has been described in detail hereinabove by way of general description, specific embodiments and experiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many modifications and improvements can be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (10)
1. An edible natural plant skin-care mask lotion is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-100 parts of fresh rose, 10-60 parts of aloe, 10-100 parts of polygonatum odoratum, 5-30 parts of white poria, 1-10 parts of luffa stem, 5-30 parts of medlar, 1-10 parts of camellia seed and 10-30 parts of sodium hyaluronate.
2. The edible natural plant skin care mask lotion of claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of said sodium hyaluronate is 5,000-50,000 Da.
3. A method of preparing an edible natural plant skin care mask lotion according to any one of claims 1-2, comprising the steps of:
1) pouring fresh rose, aloe and salt solution into a grinder, adjusting the rotating speed, grinding into slurry, pouring the slurry into a distillation kettle, sealing, introducing water vapor, distilling, collecting the rose extract, and refrigerating for later use;
2) putting the polygonatum, the white poria, the luffa stem, the medlar and the camellia seeds into a grinder according to the parts by weight, adjusting the rotating speed, and drying the obtained mixed powder after grinding;
3) pouring the distilled rose solid distillation residue obtained in the step 1) and the mixed powder obtained in the step 2) into a reaction kettle, adding an organic solvent aqueous solution and sodium hyaluronate, adjusting the rotating speed, stirring, heating and carrying out ultrasonic extraction to obtain an ultrasonic extracting solution;
4) standing the ultrasonic extraction liquid obtained in the step 3), and filtering to obtain a filtrate;
5) mixing the rose extract obtained in the step 1) and the filtrate obtained in the step 4), adjusting the pH, decompressing, recovering the solvent, and concentrating to obtain the edible natural plant skin-care mask liquid.
4. The method for preparing the edible natural plant skin-care mask lotion as claimed in claim 3, wherein the concentration of the saline solution in the step 1) is 5% -50%, and the ratio of the weight parts of the saline solution to the sum of the weight parts of the rose and the aloe is 1: 1-5.
5. The method for preparing the edible natural plant skin care mask lotion as claimed in claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of the rose flowers to the aloe in the step 1) is (1-5) to 1.
6. The method for preparing the edible natural plant skin care mask lotion as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rotation speed of the pulverizer in step 1) is 500-2000rpm, the input amount of the water vapor is 5-20L/h, and the condensation outlet temperature of the distillation is 0-5 ℃.
7. The method for preparing the edible natural plant skin care mask lotion as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mesh number of the mixed powder obtained after the pulverization in the step 2) is 10-100 meshes, and the drying time is 1-5 hours.

The method for preparing the edible natural plant skin care mask lotion as claimed in claim 3, wherein the ratio of the amount of the organic solvent to the sum of the weight parts of the rose distilled residues and the mixed powder in the step 3) is 1: 1-10, and the temperature after the temperature rise is 40-80 ℃. The ultrasonic power is 800-2000W, and the ultrasonic extraction time is 1-6 hours.
