如图1、2、3和4所示,一种便捷式电能计量箱内电表不停电更换工具,包括短接组件2和操作组件1,短接组件2能够对电表进行短接,工作人员通过操作组件1能够对短接组件2进行操控,操作壳体14内设置有滑槽18,操作壳体14内对应滑槽18设置有压槽16,压槽16垂直于滑槽18设置,压槽16对应设置在滑槽18的中部位置上,压槽16内滑动连接有压杆17,压杆17的远离滑槽18的一端设置有操作把手15,方便工作人员通过操作把手15带动压杆17移动,滑槽18的左右两侧均对应压杆17且滑动连接有横杆20,两个横杆20之间连接有复位弹簧19,操作壳体14内位于滑槽18的两端对应设置有平移槽26,平移槽26内设置有竖杆21,平移槽26的宽度大于竖杆21的厚度,竖杆21的一端与横杆20相连,竖杆21的另一端延伸至操作壳体14外且设置有卡爪22,卡爪22上设置有卡槽23,压杆17在压槽16内移动并抵在横杆20上时,能够带动横杆20在滑槽18内移动,横杆20在移动时能够带动相连的竖杆21同时在平移槽26内移动,竖杆21同时带动卡爪22移动,复位弹簧19的设置能够在压杆17不受外力时带动两个横杆20复位,短接组件2包括短接壳体5,短接壳体5内设置有调节腔6,短接壳体5的一侧对应两个卡爪22分别设置有两个进爪口27,两个进爪口27之间设置有位于短接壳体5上的且与卡槽23相配合的卡接壁7,短接壳体5的另一侧设置有两个短接口13,调节腔6内对应每个短接口13分别设置有两个短接脚4,一个短接壳体5内的短接脚4的数量为四个,两个相对应的短接脚4的位于调节腔6内的一端转动连接在同一导电柱12上,导电柱12固定在短接壳体5内,四个短接脚4分别两两电连接在火线和零线的进线和出线端,使得电流不经过电表,从而能够对电表进行短接作业,短接脚4上均转动连接有调节杆11,相对应的两个短接脚4上的调节杆11连接在同一支撑板10上,一个短接壳体5内的支撑板10的数量为两个,支撑板10通过连接杆9连接有与调节腔6滑动连接且与卡槽23相配合的调节板8,调节板8在移动时能够通过连接杆9带动支撑板10移动,使得支撑板10在带动调节杆11移动时,通过两个相对应的调节杆11的移动能够调节两个相对应的短接脚4的倾斜角度,从而便于调节短接脚4与火线或零线之间的连接程度,调节板8与调节腔6的侧壁之间具有一定的摩擦力,从而能够防止调节板8随意移动;两个相对应的短接脚4的相靠近的一侧上均设置有连接环43,相应的两个连接环43之间连接有调紧弹簧41,调紧弹簧41的两端均设置有与连接环43相配合的连接钩42,通过连接环43和连接钩42的设计使得调紧弹簧41为可拆卸连接在短接脚4上,调紧弹簧41具有一定规格的弹簧力,当调紧弹簧41安装在两个短接脚4之间时,能够使得两个短接脚4的倾斜角度保持稳定,从而方便短接脚4与电表上的火线和零线的电连接,工作人员也可以将调紧弹簧41拆下,从而方便后续的调节;具体在进行不断电换电表的作业时,工作人员先移动短接装置,使得短接装置上的四个短接脚4分别与火线和零线的进线和出线端电连接,从而使得电表被短路,然后工作人员通过操作组件1可以调节短接脚4与火线或零线之间的接触程度,即工作人员先按压压杆17,使得压杆17抵在两个横杆20上从而使得横杆20带动竖杆21同时移动,竖杆21再带动卡爪22移动到对应进爪口27的位置处,然后工作人员移动操作壳体14,使得两个卡爪22进入相应的进爪口27内,当卡爪22移动到对应调节板8的位置处时,工作人员松开压杆17,使得两侧的横杆20在复位弹簧19的作用下带动竖杆21和卡爪22复位,从而使得卡爪22移动时调节板8会卡入卡槽23内,此时工作人员可以通过移动操作壳体14来带动调节杆11移动,从而在克服调紧弹簧41的弹簧力后可以调节短接脚4的倾斜度,以此来调整短接脚4和火线或零线接触程度,使得电表被短路时的稳定性高,提高工作人员换电表时的安全性;当工作人员要取下短接组件2时,工作人员将两个卡爪22卡入卡接壁7内,即可安全地带动整个短接组件2移动,一个操作组件1可以配合多个相同规格的短接组件2使用,操作便捷。As shown in Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, a convenient tool for replacing the electricity meter without power failure in the electric energy metering box includes a
