The invention relates to a door opener, in particular to a bilateral door opener and a cooking appliance thereof.
Background
A microwave oven generally includes a cooking cavity, an electric chamber on one side of the cooking cavity, and an oven door for opening and closing the cooking cavity. The traditional microwave oven door opening mode is a single-side door opening mode, and the single door opening direction cannot meet the requirements of users with different habits, for example, for the users, if a handle arranged on the left side is beneficial to the users; meanwhile, the single door opening direction also enables the placing mode and the position of the microwave oven to be greatly limited, and the requirement of a user cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bilateral door opening device with a bilateral door opening structure and a cooking appliance thereof, which are reasonable in design, flexible and convenient to use and capable of being opened from left to right at will, so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.
The bilateral door opening device comprises a door body assembly, wherein the door body assembly comprises a front door plate, the left side and the right side of the closed position of the door body assembly are in horizontal direction, the bilateral door opening device also comprises more than two connecting plates which are arranged at intervals left and right, more than two movable buckling parts which are arranged at intervals left and right are arranged in the door body assembly, the movable buckling parts and the connecting plates on the same side are in the same vertical direction, the movable buckling parts are elastically and telescopically arranged in the door body assembly, the left side and the right side of the front door plate are respectively provided with a first handle and a second handle which trigger the movable buckling parts to buckle or break away from the connecting plates, the first handle and the second handle are respectively and rotatably arranged on the front door plate, more than two rotating connecting parts are arranged in the door body assembly, and the handles on the same side and; in the opening and closing process of the door body assembly, the first handle or the second handle drives the movable buckling parts on the same side to move through rotating the connecting parts respectively in the rotating process, so that the movable buckling parts and the connecting plates on the same side are buckled or separated. The front door plate is provided with handles at two sides, and the door body assembly can be opened or closed from left to right at will.
A connecting rod is arranged between the first handle and the second handle on the inner side of the front door panel, and two ends of the connecting rod are respectively matched and connected with the first handle and the second handle; in the opening process of the door body assembly, the handle on the opening side transversely tightens the handle on the non-opening side through the connecting rod in the rotating process. When one of them side handle opened the door, the first roof of handle of the side of opening the door rotated toward the external side of door, and the connecting rod on the side handle of opening the door rotated along with the handle, and the connecting rod moved toward the outside and taut opposite side handle that links to each other with the connecting rod, and the opposite side handle is the non side handle of opening the door, and the non side handle of opening the door is difficult for rotating after being taut, prevents that a body group spare both sides from being opened simultaneously, takes place the pine and takes off.
The inner side of the front door panel is respectively provided with a first limiting plate corresponding to the first handle and the second handle, and a first spring is arranged between the first handle and the second handle and the adjacent first limiting plate; the two ends of the first spring are respectively connected with the corresponding first limiting plate and the corresponding handle in a matching mode. Be equipped with first spring between handle and the preceding door plant, when needs open the door, the handle atress takes place to rotate, and when the handle withdrawed the atress, first spring can make the handle reset, is convenient for next door of closing and opens the door.
The connecting plate comprises a first upper plate arranged on the same side as the first handle and a second upper plate arranged on the same side as the second handle, each movable buckling part comprises a limiting rod arranged on the same side as the corresponding handle, a limiting lug is arranged on the periphery of the limiting rod, a first limiting column extending out of the limiting lug is arranged on the limiting rod, a second spring is arranged on the limiting rod, the second spring is sleeved on the outer surface of the limiting rod, one end of the second spring abuts against the limiting lug, and upper buckling holes matched with the first limiting column are respectively arranged at one end of the first upper plate and one end of the second upper plate; in the opening and closing process of the door body assembly, the handle drives the limiting rod on the same side to move in the rotating process, so that the first limiting column of the limiting rod is inserted into or separated from the upper buckling hole, and the limiting rod performs elastic telescopic motion through the second spring. The first upper plate and the second upper plate are arranged at left and right intervals in the horizontal direction.
The door body assembly further comprises a door frame, a second limiting plate is arranged on the door frame and corresponds to each limiting rod respectively, each second limiting plate comprises a vertical block and a transverse block fixed on the door frame, each vertical block is provided with a limiting top block and a limiting bottom block which extend outwards and are arranged at intervals up and down, each limiting top block is provided with an opening corresponding to the first limiting column, each limiting bottom block is provided with an open slot, a rod body of each limiting rod penetrates through the open slot, guide convex blocks for clamping the limiting rods are arranged on two sides of the open slot, and the width of each limiting convex block is larger than that of each opening; the other end of the second spring is abutted against the limiting bottom block, and the outer diameter of the second spring is larger than the width of the open slot; in the opening and closing process of the door body assembly, the limiting rod moves along the open slot through the guide convex block, and the first limiting column of the limiting rod moves towards the top end or the bottom end of the open hole. The guide lug plays a role in limiting and guiding in the motion of the limiting rod, and ensures that each limiting rod is stably and correspondingly inserted into or separated from the opening, the upper buckling hole and the lower buckling hole in the direction. When the limiting rod moves up and down, the round limiting convex block and the limiting bottom block compress and limit the second spring, on one hand, the limiting rod can be prevented from falling out when the second spring is compressed by the limiting convex block, and on the other hand, when the handle withdraws the stress, the second spring plays a role in resetting the limiting rod.
The first handle and the second handle respectively comprise a top plate and a bottom plate, the connecting plate further comprises a first lower plate arranged on the same side of the first handle and a second lower plate arranged on the same side of the second handle, an upper rotating component forming a first rotating connecting part is arranged above the top plate of each handle, and a first movable buckling part is arranged above the top plate of each handle; the lower rotating part for forming the second rotating connecting part is arranged below the bottom plate of each handle, the second movable buckling part is arranged below the bottom plate of each handle, lower buckling holes matched with the first limiting columns are respectively arranged at one ends of the first lower plate and the second lower plate, and the upper buckling holes, the lower buckling holes and the opening holes on the same side are vertically aligned.

The cooking appliance comprises a box body bottom plate, a box body front plate and a door body assembly positioned in front of the box body front plate, wherein the door body assembly is provided with the double-side door opening device; the connecting plates comprise a first upper plate, a second upper plate, a first lower plate and a second lower plate which are respectively positioned at four corner positions of the closed position of the door body component, the first upper plate and the second upper plate respectively comprise a transverse plate and a vertical plate, the transverse plate is fixedly connected with the front plate of the box body, the upper part of the front plate of the box body is provided with a third opening and a fourth opening which are arranged at intervals from left to right, the vertical plate of the first upper plate penetrates through the third opening and extends out of the front part of the front plate of the box body, the vertical plate of the second upper plate penetrates through the fourth opening and extends out of the front part of the front plate of the box body, and each vertical plate connected with the upper plate is provided; the first lower plate and the second lower plate are arranged on the box body bottom plate at intervals from left to right, one part of the first lower plate and one part of the second lower plate are fixed on the box body bottom plate, the other part of the first lower plate and the other part of the second lower plate are provided with lower buckling holes extending out of the box body bottom plate, when the door body is closed, first limiting columns on four angular positions of the closing position of the door body assembly correspondingly extend into the upper buckling holes and the lower buckling holes respectively, and each upper connecting plate and each lower connecting plate are used for fixing the door body assembly to prevent the door body assembly from being opened; when one side of the door body assembly is opened, each first limiting column on the opening side is correspondingly separated from the upper plate and the lower plate on the same side, the first limiting column on the other side (the non-opening side) is still inserted into the upper plate and the lower plate on the same side, and the door body rotates around the first limiting column on the non-opening side.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
a. the door body assembly can be opened or closed from left to right at will, and the technical problem that the placing mode and the position of the microwave oven can be greatly limited and cannot meet the requirements of users due to the fact that the traditional single door opening direction is solved.
b. A connecting rod is arranged between the first handle and the second handle, and two ends of the connecting rod are respectively matched and connected with the first handle and the second handle; in the opening process of the door body assembly, the handle on the opening side transversely tightens the handle on the non-opening side through the connecting rod in the rotating process. When one of them side handle opened the door, the first roof of handle of the side of opening the door rotated toward the external side of door, and the connecting rod on the side handle of opening the door rotated along with the handle, and the connecting rod moved toward the outside and taut opposite side handle that links to each other with the connecting rod, and the opposite side handle is the non side handle of opening the door, and the non side handle of opening the door is difficult for rotating after being taut, prevents that a body group spare both sides from being opened simultaneously, takes place the pine and takes off.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a two-side door opening device of a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprises a cavity 1, a box bottom plate 3, a box front plate 2, and a door body assembly located in front of the box front plate 2, wherein: the door body assembly comprises a front door panel 4, and a first handle 5 and a second handle 6 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the front door panel 4; in the inboard vertical direction of preceding door plant 4, the pivot 7 of alignment from top to bottom all is equipped with at the top and the bottom of the first in command 5, the second in command 6, and the first in command 5 or the second in command 6 rotate around pivot 7 to the middle part direction of preceding door plant 4 under the exogenic action, are equipped with pivoted first in command 5 and second in command 6 on the preceding door plant 4 left and right sides, can open the door body of cooking appliance from the left side or the right side wantonly.

When the first handle 5 or the second handle 6 is installed, the panel 8 is located in the installation groove 4.1 on the outer side of the front door panel 4, the top plate 9 and the bottom plate 10 respectively extend into the first opening 4.3 and the second opening 4.4 of the installation groove 4.1, the first installation holes 11 of the top plate 9 and the bottom plate 10 are located on the outer side of the front door panel 4, and the notches 12 of the top plate 9 and the bottom plate 10 extend into the inner side of the front door panel 4.
Referring to fig. 3, the rotating shaft 7 is substantially L-shaped, and the rotating shaft 7 comprises a cross rod 7.1 and a vertical rod 7.2 which are connected in a bending manner; mounting parts for assembling rotating shafts 7 are arranged above and below the positions, corresponding to the mounting grooves 4.1, of the inner side of the front door panel 4, the mounting parts comprise transverse grooves 4.5 and vertical grooves 4.6 which are recessed outwards, first limiting blocks 4.7 and second limiting blocks 4.8 are arranged above and below the transverse grooves 4.5 respectively, third limiting blocks 4.9 are arranged in the middle of the vertical grooves 4.6, third mounting holes 4.10 are formed in the middle of the third limiting blocks 4.9, and the third mounting holes 4.10 and the second mounting holes 4.2 are aligned in the vertical direction; when the rotating shaft 7 is fixed, the cross rod 7.1 is located in the transverse groove 4.5, a limiting groove is formed between the first limiting block 4.7 and the second limiting block 4.8, the cross rod 7.1 is located in the limiting groove, the vertical rod 7.2 is fixed in the vertical groove 4.6, and the vertical rod 7.2 penetrates through the third mounting hole 4.10 and the second mounting hole 4.2 and then extends into the first mounting hole 11 of the handle to be connected with the handle. The pivot 7 is installed in the inboard installation portion of preceding door plant 4, and the montant 7.2 of pivot 7 passes the third mounting hole 4.10 at third stopper 4.9 middle part, and first stopper 4.7 and second stopper 4.8 form the spacing of direction from top to bottom to the horizontal pole 7.1 of pivot 7. The third limiting block 4.9 limits the vertical rod 7.2 of the rotating shaft 7 in the front-back direction and the left-right direction, and the rotating shaft 7 is firmly installed; the rotating shaft 7 is not required to be fixed through screws, so that the installation is simple and convenient, and the material cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 4, a side wall 13 is arranged on one side of a bottom plate 10 in a first handle 5 or a second handle 6 close to the middle of a front door panel 4, a fourth mounting hole 13.1 is formed in the side wall 13, a first limiting plate 4.11 is arranged on the inner side of the front door panel 4 close to the lower portion of the mounting groove 4.1, an arc-shaped concave portion 4.12 is formed in the first limiting plate 4.11, a first spring 14 is arranged between the first limiting plate 4.11 and the side wall 13, the first spring 14 is a tension spring, one end of the first spring 14 is fixed in the fourth mounting hole 13.1, and the other end of the first spring 14 is fixed in the concave portion 4.12. A first spring 14 is arranged between the bottom plate 10 and the first limiting plate 4.11, when the door needs to be opened, the handle is stressed to rotate, and when the handle is relieved of stress, the handle can be reset by the spring, so that the door can be closed and opened next time conveniently.
In addition, the top plate 9 in the first handle 5 or the second handle 6 is also provided with a side wall 13, and the side wall 13 is provided with a fourth mounting hole 13.1.
Referring to fig. 5, the top plates 9 of the first handle 5 and the second handle 6 are respectively provided with a fifth mounting hole 9.1, the fifth mounting hole 9.1 is arranged at the inner side of the front door panel 4, a connecting rod 15 is arranged between the first handle 5 and the second handle 6, two ends of the connecting rod 5 are respectively provided with a bending end for forming a hook, one end of the connecting rod 5 is hooked into the fifth mounting hole 9.1 on the top plate 9 of the first handle 5, the other end of the connecting rod 5 is hooked into the fifth mounting hole 9.1 on the top plate 9 of the second handle 6, so that the connecting rod 5 is connected with the first handle 5 and the second handle 6, when one of them side handle was opened the door, the handle roof 9 of the side of opening the door rotated towards the door body outside, and the side connecting rod 5 that opens the door moves and taut handle of opposite side along with roof 9 towards the outside, and the difficult rotation in opposite side (the side of opening the door promptly) handle is taut back prevents that door body both sides from being opened simultaneously, takes place the pine and takes off.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, a third opening 2.1 and a fourth opening 2.2 which are arranged at left and right intervals are arranged at the upper part of a front plate 2 of the box body; a first upper plate 16 and a second upper plate 17 are arranged on the front plate 2 of the box body, wherein the first upper plate 16 and the second upper plate 17 are fixedly connected with the upper part of the front plate 2 of the box body, the first upper plate 16 and the second upper plate 17 both comprise a transverse plate 18 and a vertical plate 19, the transverse plate 18 is fixedly connected with the front plate 2 of the box body, the vertical plate 19 of the first upper plate 16 passes through the third opening 2.1 and extends out to the front of the front plate 2 of the box body, the vertical plate 19 of the second upper plate 17 passes through the fourth opening 2.2 and extends out to the front of the front plate 2 of the box body, and the vertical plate 19 is provided with an upper buckling hole 34; the box body bottom plate 3 is provided with a first lower plate 20 and a second lower plate 21 which are arranged at left and right intervals, one part of the first lower plate 20 and one part of the second lower plate 21 are fixed on the box body bottom plate 3, and the other part of the first lower plate 20 and the other part of the second lower plate 21 are provided with lower buckling holes 22 extending out of the box body bottom plate 3. One end of each of the first upper plate 16, the second upper plate 17, the first lower plate 20 and the second lower plate 21 is fixed on the cavity shell, the other end of each of the first upper plate 16, the second upper plate 17, the first lower plate 20 and the second lower plate 21 extends out of the front box plate 2 and the bottom box plate 3 forwards and is matched with a first limiting column 26 of the door body, when the door body is closed, the first limiting column 26 on the door body correspondingly extends into the through holes of the first upper plate 16, the second upper plate 17, the first lower plate 20 and the second lower plate 21, and the first upper plate 16, the second upper plate 17, the first lower plate 20 and the second lower plate 21 fix the door body to prevent the door body from being opened; when one side of the door body opens the door, the first limiting column 26 on the opening side is separated from the upper and lower connecting plates on the same side, the first limiting column 26 on the other side (the non-opening side) is still inserted into the upper and lower connecting plates, and the door body rotates around the first limiting column 26 on the non-opening side.
Referring to fig. 7-11, the door body assembly further includes a door frame 23, and a second limiting plate 24 and a limiting rod 25 are disposed at positions of an upper left corner, an upper right corner, a lower left corner and a lower right corner of the door frame 23; the second limiting plate 24 comprises a transverse block 24.1 and a vertical block 24.2, the transverse block 24.1 is fixed on the door frame 23 through a screw, one end of the vertical block 24.2 is provided with a limiting top block 24.3 extending outwards, the middle part of the limiting top block 24.3 is provided with a circular opening 24.4, the other end of the vertical block 24.2 is provided with a limiting bottom block 24.5 extending outwards, the middle part of the limiting bottom block 24.5 is provided with an open slot 24.6, and two sides of the open slot 24.6 are provided with guide convex blocks 24.7; the limiting rod 25 is provided with a round limiting lug 25.1, one end of the limiting rod 25 extends out of the limiting lug 25.1 to form a first limiting column 26, the other end of the limiting rod 25 is provided with a through hole 25.2, and the width of the limiting lug 25.1 is greater than that of the opening 24.4 in the middle of the limiting top block 24.3; a second spring 27 is arranged between the limit bump 25.1 and the limit bottom block 24.5, and the outer diameter of the second spring 27 is larger than the width of the open slot 24.6. Referring to fig. 7 to 11, when the door body is opened at the right side, the second handle 6 at the right side of the door body horizontally rotates around the rotating shaft 7 toward the middle of the door body under the action of external force, the top plate 9 and the bottom plate 10 drive the second limiting column 31.4 in the notch 12 to rotate toward the right side of the door body, at this time, the second rotating arm 31.3 at the upper part of the right side of the door frame 23 drives the second pull rod 33 to move upward, the limiting rod 25 at the lower part of the door frame 23 moves upward along with the second pull rod 33, and the first limiting column 26 at the lower end (bottom end) of the limiting rod 25 is pulled out of the lower buckling hole 22 of the second lower plate 21 at the lower right side; and the second swinging boom 31.3 of door frame 23 right side lower part drives first pull rod 32 and moves down, the gag lever post 25 of door frame 23 upper right side is along with first pull rod 32 and moves down, first spacing post 26 of gag lever post 25 upper end is pulled out the last lock hole 34 of 2 second upper plates 17 of box front bezel, thereby release the door body of upper right side, the door body right side breaks away from spacing of second upper plates 17 and second hypoplastron 21, realize the function that the right side opened the door, can realize the left side and open the door on the same way.
