The distributor comprises a supply container that is replaceable and can be emptied through torsion, a distributor sleeve, an open end and a retaining part that is positioned at a first end of the distributor sleeve and is rotatable. The retaining part is separably combined with the bottom end of the supply container; furthermore, the open end area of the supply container is installed on the distributor cover in a nonrotating way; meanwhile, the retaining part comprises at least a guiding device which ensures that the bottom of the supply container is inserted into the distributor cover when the supply container is inserted into the distributor cover, and the bottom in the distributor sleeve keeps nonrotating and can move freely along axial direction on the retaining part.
