A UHPC dry-mixing stirring device is characterized by comprising a quartz sand feeding system, a quartz sand storage system, a quartz sand weighing scale, a quartz sand hoister, a quartz sand middle storage hopper, a steel fiber metering system, a powder storage system, a powder metering system, an additive storage system, an additive metering system, a stirrer, a material collecting hopper, a finished product packaging system and an electrical control system; the quartz sand feeding system is connected with the quartz sand storage system, the quartz sand storage system is connected with the quartz sand weighing scale at the lower part, the quartz sand weighing scale is matched with the lower part of the quartz sand hoister, the upper part of the quartz sand hoister is matched with the quartz sand middle storage hopper, and the lower part of the quartz sand middle storage hopper is matched with an opening at the upper part of the stirrer; the lower part of the steel fiber metering system is matched with an opening at the upper part of the stirrer; the powder storage system is connected with the powder metering system; the powder metering system is connected with the stirrer; the additive storage system is connected with the additive metering system, the additive metering system is connected with the stirring machine, the stirring machine is connected with the collecting hopper at the lower part, and the collecting hopper is connected with the finished product packaging system through the conveyor.

The UHPC dry-mixing stirring device as recited in claim 1, wherein the quartz sand feeding system, the quartz sand storage system, the quartz sand weighing scale, the quartz sand hoisting machine, the quartz sand middle storage hopper, the steel fiber metering system, the main building dedusting system, the powder storage system, the powder metering system, the additive storage system, the additive metering system, the mixer, the material collecting hopper, the finished product packaging system and the electrical control system are respectively connected with the supporting device.

The UHPC dry-mixing stirring device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the supporting device comprises a first bracket and a second bracket, the powder storage system is supported on the first bracket, the stirring machine is supported on the second bracket at a position close to the middle height, and the steel fiber metering system, the main building dust removal system, the powder metering system, the additive storage system and the additive metering system are arranged at a position higher than the second bracket of the stirring machine.

A UHPC dry-mixing stirring apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the quartz sand feeding system, the quartz sand storage system, the quartz sand scale, the quartz sand elevator and the quartz sand middle storage hopper of the supporting device are provided with sealing parts, and the sealing parts are provided with a main building dedusting system.
5. A UHPC dry-blending mixer apparatus according to claim 2 wherein the support means is connected to a ladder.

The UHPC dry mixing and stirring device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the electrical control system comprises a main controller, the main controller is electrically connected with the quartz sand feeding system, the quartz sand storage system, the quartz sand weighing scale, the quartz sand elevator, the quartz sand middle storage hopper, the steel fiber weighing system, the main building dedusting system, the powder storage system, the powder weighing system, the additive storage system, the additive weighing system, the stirrer, the material collecting hopper and the finished product packaging system, and the main controller is arranged at a position which is convenient to operate and is arranged at the lower part of the supporting device.

The UHPC dry blending and stirring device of claim 1, further comprising an air path system, wherein the air path system comprises an air compressor, the air compressor is arranged at the lower part of the supporting device, and the air compressor is connected with each air using device through an air path pipeline.
8. A UHPC dry blending and mixing plant as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixer employs a single horizontal axis mixer main unit.
9. A UHPC dry mix blender as claimed in claim 1 wherein the steel fibre metering system employs a steel fibre vibratory feed weighing system.
