Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging collagen-based cosmetic which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of fish skin collagen, 40-50 parts of refined tea oil, 5-10 parts of sweet almond oil, 5-7 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of squalene, 0.5-1 part of tea tree essential oil, 50-70 parts of deionized water and 3-5 parts of an emulsifier; the method comprises the following steps: step S1, mixing refined tea oil, sweet almond oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, vitamin E, squalene and tea tree essential oil to prepare mixed oil; step S2, dissolving fish skin collagen and an emulsifier in deionized water to prepare a collagen aqueous solution; s3, shearing and emulsifying the mixed oil and the collagen aqueous solution by using an oil-water mixing and emulsifying device to obtain the cosmetics in an emulsion state; the invention solves the problem that the existing anti-aging collagen cosmetics have poor absorption effect and anti-aging effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-aging cosmetics, and particularly relates to a cosmetic based on anti-aging collagen.
Background
Although the aging is a natural phenomenon of life process, people can slow down the aging pace through some means, the life rhythm of people is accelerated, the working pressure is increased, the work and rest time is irregular, the skin color of the face is dark and dry, fine lines are easy to generate, the aging of the skin of the face is accelerated, and the anti-aging cosmetic is the cosmetic aiming at delaying the aging of the skin, so the anti-aging cosmetic has more urgent use requirements.
Collagen is a structural protein existing in extracellular matrix, and is widely distributed in animal connective tissue, and as a functional biological macromolecule, collagen has various characteristics, such as no cytotoxicity, controllable biomass degradation speed, capability of promoting or inhibiting interaction of cellular materials, excellent biochemical compatibility, and the like. At present, collagen in industrial production is mainly from cow leather, pigskin or bones, but the content of collagen in aquatic animals is higher than that of the aquatic animals, the content of collagen in fish skin can be up to 80% of the total protein content, and after the aquatic animals collagen is hydrolyzed, collagen hydrolysate with similar amino acid composition can be generated and is easily absorbed by the skin of human body.
However, the anti-aging collagen cosmetics sold on the market at present cannot be effectively absorbed by facial skin after being used, so that the anti-aging effect of the cosmetics cannot achieve the expected effect, and the use requirements of people cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-aging collagen-based cosmetic, and solves the problems that the anti-aging collagen cosmetic in the prior art cannot be effectively absorbed by facial skin and cannot achieve the expected anti-aging effect.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
an anti-aging collagen-based cosmetic comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of fish skin collagen, 40-50 parts of refined tea oil, 5-10 parts of sweet almond oil, 5-7 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of squalene, 0.5-1 part of tea tree essential oil, 50-70 parts of deionized water and 3-5 parts of an emulsifier;
the preparation method of the cosmetic based on the anti-aging collagen comprises the following steps:
step S1: heating refined tea oil in the formula weight part to 50-55 ℃, adding sweet almond oil and caprylic/capric triglyceride, stirring at a constant speed under the condition that the rotation speed is 80-100r/min, adding vitamin E and squalene after mixing uniformly, continuing to heat to 55-60 ℃, keeping the rotation speed constant, continuing to stir, cooling to 8-10 ℃ after the vitamin E and the squalene are completely dissolved, then adding tea tree essential oil, and stirring at a constant speed of 80-100r/min for 5-10min to obtain mixed oil;
step S2: adding the fish skin collagen in the weight part of the formula into half of deionized water, stirring at a constant speed of 100-120r/min for dissolving, adding an emulsifier and the other half of the deionized water, and stirring and mixing for 10-20min while keeping the rotating speed unchanged to obtain a collagen aqueous solution;
step S3: the method comprises the steps of adding a collagen aqueous solution and mixed oil into a barrel body from a feeding pipe of an oil-water mixing and emulsifying device respectively, starting a telescopic cylinder after a liquid level reaches the upper half part of the barrel body, extending a telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder, driving a material sealing plate to move downwards by the telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder, stopping the telescopic cylinder after the lower surface of the material sealing plate is contacted with the liquid level, starting a motor, driving an input end of a speed reducer to rotate by an output end of the motor, driving a stirring shaft to rotate by an output end of the speed reducer, rotating the stirring shaft at the rotating speed of 10000-15000r/min, driving a shearing rod to rotate by the stirring shaft, shearing and emulsifying the collagen aqueous solution and the mixed oil in the barrel body, wherein the stirring time is 10.
Further, the preparation method of the fish skin collagen specifically comprises the following steps:
step A1: removing scales, flesh and clean the fish skin which is preserved by freezing, shearing the fish skin into blocks of 1cm multiplied by 1cm, adding the fish skin blocks into a sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 0.1mol/L at the temperature of 4 ℃, stirring for 24-26h at the rotating speed of 200 plus one year at 400r/min, replacing the sodium hydroxide solution every 12h, washing the block fish skin treated by alkali liquor to be neutral by deionized water with the temperature of 4 ℃, and draining for later use;
